✓ Most useless supportEven after paying for a year subscription, profile yet under basic subscription. When asked about it, after 10 emails, it has been passed to high tier support. 4 weeks and yet no response. Apple won’t refund as it has passed the refundable time and need ErosNow to refund, but they are useless Been asked to log in and out, delete the app and reinstall etc. Nothing sorted the issue. Then was told that high tier will get back to me. Hmmm.Version: 3.13.15
✓ Waste of moneyRubbish app. Subscribed and played a movie , doesnt even load, movie playing in 144p and keeps loading on 100mpbs connection. Content hosted on worst possible server. Emailed support straight away but never got a response. Waste of money..Version: 3.11.2
✓ AverageI would give erosnow an average score for the following reasons. They don’t bring new programs to the site. Some of the original content keeps saying new episodes but it’s the same content I have watched 4 months ago. Casting on chromecast is also a challenge. A lot of times the app does not sync. Other times when I am stop watching in the middle of a movie, when I go back, the program starts over. Lastly why does the app keeps asking me to log in every week or so. ✓ FlakeyDownloaded and purchased monthly subscription to watch a movie. Unfortunately, I selected a movie to watch and the screen began to flicker while trying to load the movie. Once it stopped buffering the movie started with flickering included. I deleted and re-downloaded the app to see if there was a problem with the download. Still had the same issue. ✓ Eros now has a horrible UIFirst off, trying to connect the app with the TV just gives you a headache. The program is unable to move from the log in screen once you log on correctly, meaning you have to try multiple times. Furthermore, there are so many movies( some of which are not the actual movie) flooding the options, so you can’t find the real one. Additionally, the subtitle set up glitches all the time. ✓ Almost perfect but one fatal flawThis app is almost perfect. A great selection of Bollywood movies and good quality. There is one problem though. When using AirPlay to stream to Apple TV the subtitles do not go to Apple TV. Instead they appear on the iPhone! Right before the 14 day trial was up, I tried to cancel the subscription and could not find a way to do it at all... ✓ Not able to chrome cast.Based on my last review I was asked to provide devices specifications and screen shots of an error. Both are useless requirements asked by App developers as we are unable to chrome cast with any of our iPhones- 7, 11 & 8 and with any of our laptops- Dell, HP. People see what they are going to have then if they like what they see, they purchase it. ✓ Introducing Regressions!!!The development team don't seem to be efficiently testing backwards compatibility when introducing new features. They broke Cast on iOS 12 devices which they claim has been fixed but doesn't work for me still. According to this team, SmartCast is not supported - They don't even know it was supported and did work fine before this new version! ✓ Beware of this company and read the full reviewWhat a pathetic service. I applied for a trial for 2 months from them using staysafe coupon and renewal was due on 19th May. I cancelled before 19th May and thought it was done but I overlooked the fact that I didn’t receive any confirmation from them. Fast forward July, I am being charged money monthly for the months without me using the services. I live in UK and we do not receive any message for transactions on card. When i looked at the transactions on my card, then i cancelled it again. No message of success or email confirmation on cancellation. Dropped email to their support team, and the account got cancelled after few days. It shows you that they dont want to cancel your account at all. Once you subscribe, you are stuck with them as they will keep charging your account. Stay away from Eros Now as they are the most dishonest company in the world.Version: 3.13.9
