✓ Not the caliber we were expecting.First off my 13.5 month son loves Peek a Boo Barn and Wild. We also have Forest-- it's ok. However, what they all have that this one doesn't is the Spanish version. What happened here? That's one of the first things we looked for. The fruit/vegetable graphics are ok. They need more depth. Also why do the fruit/vegetables have noses? The broccoli and lettuce graphics definitely need updating. There needs to be music attached to the fruit/vegetables not sounds. The sounds just seems odd. Also add more appropriate graphics- tomatoes, asparagus, blueberries, cauliflower, butter. Things you will find in the fridge. I also suggest replacing that juicebox with orange juice or something more healthy. Consider having more than one fruit/vegetables on the screen. For instance, bananas come in bunches so show a banana and a bunch of bananas in the background. The most fun/interesting part is the party at the end. The sleeping part is also odd (that part also takes too long to come up) at the party they are all there then all of a sudden most of the food disappeared and only appeared on one shelf. Please go back and make updates you have a good concept but I don't think it should have been released yet..Version: 1.0

✓ What happened with language optionsOur daughter loves peekaboo barn and peekaboo forest (although is the iPhone version and we played it in the iPad) and my husband and I love the multilingual options! I was very excited when I saw this one and assumed it will have the same options as the other ones. Very disappointed that only has English! Really hoping you will update it soon and include other languages and the options for mama and papa to record their own voice!.Version: 1.0
✓ Prefer Peek a Boo BarnThis is an okay app, but after Peek a boo Barn, Im a little disappointed. The Barn app incorporates an animal sound before the door opens and my son loves to guess what the animal is after hearing the sound--and he is THRILLED when he's right. This app is missing that element of a hint of of what's in the fridge before the user opens the door-- something that really takes away from the overall experience and requires less brain power/engagement from players. ✓ No Sound!!My two year old really loved this app. He'd call out the hidden food before it appeared based on the sound it made. The sounds for milk, pickle, and eggs were his favorite. Now that there's no sound, he's not interested in the app at all. Please fix this bug. Without the sound effects the app is no fun. Very, very disappointing!!!.Version: 1.0.1
✓ Wish I could record languageMy mother is French, so I like teaching french words. I love the language options that peek a boo Barn includes, and I love how peek a boo forest allows you to record additional languages. But all the other games in the peek a boo series do not allow you to record additional languages. This is a big set back. Allow other language recordings and this would be 5 stars..Version: 1.1.3
✓ Not like the othersWe are big peekaboo fans in our house - especially my 15 month old daughter. So when this one was released, I excitedly bought it but was very quickly disappointed. As the others have mentioned, the sounds are really odd and don't really teach the children what each food is. Maybe more like crunching or slurping sounds would have been better, or even music. I really don't like the faces on the foods either. They just seem odd. Their strong suit is in the animal world, but this fridge one just isn't a favorite..Version: 1.0
✓ The sounds ruin it!First off I have to say my son loves playing this, especially since these are words we have recently been working on BUT what the heck is up with the SOUNDS they make??? Honestly the weird grunts and words sound pervy, my husband overheard him playing it on my phone and asked what the hell is he playing?! ✓ Cute but kinda dullOut of the Peekaboo franchise this version is one of mine and my daughter's less favorites. The idea is cute and the ending is sweet she just wishes the characters made more interesting and funny noises, but all in all pretty fun for kids..Version: 1.0.3

✓ Boring and uninspiredWe have all the other night and day Peekaboo Apps and so wanted to try this too. But it's really boring! The fun of the other apps for the children is hearing the animal sound and guessing it... But as Food doesn't make sound this game just doesn't work, and he pictures aren't great either plus there are only a few. Novelty wore off for my kids very quickly, they're already bored! ✓ Disappointed - expected more from this great companyWe love Peekaboo Barn and Forest - Andy never tires of them. Their color and sound effects are so vivid and engaging. We had high expectations for this app, but we're very disappointed and probably won't play it again unless we are stuck in an airport and desperate. The sound effects are so quiet, even with the volume turned up - and they aren't very engaging or interesting or different from one food to the next. Second of all - where is the Spanish version that is available on their other apps? Third, the fridge seems to be temperamental. Andy has to hit it about 5 times in order for it to open - a frustrating length of time for a 16 month old! We haven't seen that on the other apps. I would save your money until they upgrade this - or try another in the Peekaboo family..Version: 1.0
✓ Doesn't hold attentionWe were so excited for this app to come out! my 15 month old son loves the other peekaboo games, but this one just didn't grab his attention. I think part of that is for the reasons the other reviewer talked about, but also the noises just didn't draw him in. I. the other games, the noises are louder and bolder, which grabs his attention and makes him curious. but the sounds the fridge friends make were so quiet and not attention-grabbing that he quickly lost interest..Version: 1.0
