Great appI have a few go to apps on my phone and this is one of them on my first screen. Easy to use, I don't use it as a program to follow to 100 (I have gone through it all) but I just drop and use the app to do a quick 50/70 or something. Keeps a check of time giving you a 90 second break which is ideal for HGH growth. An improvement would be to select the break time as if you are new to push ups (a lot of people getting this app) when it starts to get hard for you a break up to 3 minutes between sets would be beneficial. Then you could go back through and reduce the breaks down to nil and do a straight 100. Great app. Thanks.Version: 7.2

Must haveWell worth the money that was paid for the app, I've tried a lot of home work out apps but must admit this one is the best by far, would recommend buying the fuller version since it lets you do the full 8 week cycle. Good app - does not go high enough thoughThis works very well up until a point. I’ve used a few different push-up apps and have had problems with some of them leading to repetitive use motion pain in my shoulder. This particular program seems to work its way up into higher counts without that problem. I’m not sure why, but it’s been more successful for me. Great till week 8 onwardsGreat from 0 to around 60 push-ups past that it goes in weird jumps from 58 to 68, rather than the 2-4 increments you’d normally get. Amazingly Perfect!I really can't explain how perfect this is, you have to try it for yourself! They have thought about every detail when making this app. Tells you how to warm up, timers, visualized goal, very easy to understand and use. If you switch to another app during rest time, it'll continue counting down and send you a notification when the time's up. You get a motivational quote at the bottom of the app, as well as, a nice scenic view at the top (both which change over time). Only recommendation would be to have a feature which sends a notification to the user every day (or 2-7 days, depending on user preference) in order to remind them and keep them in the routine/habit to exercise often (but can be disabled in settings). Also an "are you sure you wish to clear?" would be helpful in preventing accidental hits of the 'clear' button. These guys make the best fitness apps, they sure know how to make a good design!.Version: 1.4

RecommendedI’ve been using this app for four months and I like the training schedule it takes me through. It’s been years since I’ve done push ups or bench press or any resistance training.
