✓ Ok. Constant bugs need fixing.Worked okay initially. The "extras" are a bit of a sting and tbh you need at least some of them to manage a decent sized account properly. Constantly having issues where I can't use the "like" function within the app - which I use a lot rather than switching back to IG. Also, some of the data re Followers isn't accurate (lists ppl as Ghost Followers when I KNOW they're not etc.) Support seems non-existent. Have contacted the developer a couple of times with no response/improvement. Happy to take your money though!.Version: 2.1.1

✓ This app is literally pointless at this point.Much like everyone else that's reviewed in the past couple of days, I'm no longer able to access any features, bar maybe one, of an app I have used and paid for since last year. ✓ Password IssuesThe app is fine but on 2 occasions I get an error message which for some reason needs a re-login. Then Instagram won't let me login and I have to reset my password. I then can neither use Instatrack or Instagram. The fact that I don't get the email reset password doesn't help and as Instatrack seems to start this chain of events, it needs to offer a function that allows password reset that bypasses the Instagram standard process which is currently in place as its wholly unreliable..Version: 2.2.1
✓ Update has now locked even the basic features.Unfortunately since the update app users can no longer view even the basic information. The free version of the app is now just a platform to advertise all the features to pay for and unlock. ✓ ProblemThis app has worked perfectly fine since I've downloaded it which was months ago, I even paid to unlock all of the packages. However as of the past couple of days when I click onto somebody's profile to view their pictures it says "this account is private" although I already follow this person and can view their posts on my regular Instagram App. Why does this happen I need it to be fixed so that I can use the app, could somebody possibly get back to me or fix this right away please? ✓ Annoying.It can be annoying at most times, but it great cause I can unfollow and follow people that follow and unfollow me. But when I click on "ghost" followers it said I had to pay? And also for the blockers and other things you can only use 2 things on this app?! And also you can only follow a certain amount then you have to wait a HOUR!!! To follow or unfollow people so I have to wait hours to follow and unfollow people! It annoying so annoying. To make this app MUCH better do it all for FREE! ✓ Helpful, but don't pay £7 for full versionI've found this really helpful for tracking new and lost followers, and repeat offenders. I paid for the full app (£6.99) which is a staggering amount of money for something which is not particularly useful or user friendly. Paying £7 has not really added anything vital, and I feel like I've been conned, but that's my mistake to learn from. The app is very confusing, with no help or info to explain what each category means. Number 1 on my "best friend" list has liked 24 posts and commented once, but number 3 has liked 27 and commented on 10 posts....??? So I refresh and try to log in again and it said the same thing. So I went into the actual Instagram app and it said my password had changed! ✓ Not badThis is not a bad app if you are willing to pay it would be much better but since my business is just starting out, I have not paid for any of the extra features. If you are keen about Instagram then I would recommend getting the paid version though it is a little expensive for me. The best friend pack unlocked for me which was a nice surprise and an added bonus. A little annoying feature is that you can only unfollow 8 people per day which is not a huge number so it would be nice to if that number was increased. I made the individual purchase sacrifice and then after switching devices and installing the app on my new phone and logging in my purchases are no longer recognised. I love that is has an audit of what you are doing right and wrong. I love that it has goals and suggestions. Here is what I don’t love… I was able to get a bunch of hashtags analyzed. But now when I enter in a hashtag to analyze in the search field I get error messages, it won’t take anything to search now. I don’t know how to get around that or fix it. That is really inconvenient and unhelpful if I can’t search hashtags for analysis. Second, I wish there was more of a description on how to read the insights because they are charts, bars and graphs, but, if you don’t know how to interpret them, then how helpful is it really? ✓ Some minor improvements but otherwise greatI use this app to monitor the company Instagram page. The free features include gained and lost followers, however, majority of other features require payment ($1, $2, $3 etc). I found a slight inconsistency with the "Blockers" section compared to other Instagram monitoring tools and it does take a bit of time to load your Instagram information, however, considering the limited information Instagram has available for social media monitoring it is a great tool. ✓ This no longer works!This app used to be great (5*), as for free it provided you with who has unfollowed you, and allowed you to unfollow them from the app. However, now it only gives numerical values - forcing you to pay for the full app to see things like "lost likes & comments". This makes the app pretty pointless, as I specifically want to track who has unfollowed me, as well as how many. I'm really disappointed as used to love this app. I will probably be deleting it soon, unless they return to free in the next update..Version: 2.3.5
✓ DELETE THIS APP ASAP!Every other review on here is BS and probably not even real people!! I logged into my Instagram account through the app, then i tried un/following people and it told me I needed to log out then back in. I logged out, and my password had been changed. I couldn't log back in, I received a message "the owner of this account could have changed the password". I had a forgot password email sent to me and fixed it but yeah, this app is BS and jacked my account!.Version: 2.1.1
✓ Disappointing changesI have had this app for a while now and it has always been fine and really useful. But it's starting to not let u log in saying ur token is invalid and every time I do this it sends a message to my phone resetting my Instagram password which is really disappointing. And I find it very expensive as you have to pay over £2.00 to see who's blocked u. Other than that it is a very good app but I am disappointed with how it's changed..Version: 2.2.2
✓ Good app but has bugsI can see the value that this app is offering but this version has bugs. 1. I can't follow 'my fans' or when I do the app automatically 'unfollows' them. 2. There is a limit per hour where you can unfollow people, but again I think there is a bug because even though it's been 24 hours I am still unable to 'unfollow' those who aren't following me..Version: 2.3.4
✓ ABSOLUTE TRASHI have been holding off on updating this app because I knew the new update would prohibit me from seeing who unfollowed me in accordance with Instagram’s “regulations” which is the only thing I use the app for (to track unfollowers duh). It used to be great, but it just stopped working. Every time I hit refresh it says “Failed” so I closed the app, reset my phone and now there’s a message telling me to update....you know what that means....TIME TO DELETE THIS APP! ✓ Want answers from developerI have been a loyal user of InsTrack for years now, while this app is incredibly useful for managing your account the Pro version has just become unresponsive and I DEMAND a refund. Competitor info fails every time I try and refresh and that is the whole reason I bought the full version. Is this another rule enforced by instagram? If so you HAVE to refund your customers who have paid for features now unavailable. We understand when you have to step in line when instagram change what you’re allowed to provide but a refund is your basic requirement to your in this situation. I await your reply..Version: 3.0.8
✓ HmmmThis app is pretty good. My only problem is with ghost followers. It says I have so many certain ghost followers who in actual fact like plenty of my photos. I'm annoyed that this isn't an updated part of the app. I like to unfollow ghost followers after a longer period of time but this app is far too inaccurate. ✓ Don't pay, don't useIn principal this could be a good app, the problems start almost immediately. No functionality for free, so there's the first problem. Then what's more infuriating is that when you pay your £8 (!) you still are limited by built in speed bumps to stop you doing things like unfollow people. You can do 8 per day! What use is that, and to what purpose would they write that in the app. I tried contacting them, but they haven't responded to my emails for a week. ✓ ANNOYED!!!I’ve been using this app for years no problem until recently I had to uninstall it because it was no longer loading. Upon installing it again it won’t link my Facebook account to be able to use the app even though it’s said that it’s been linked but still need permission to link.
