Cellopark Australia for Negative User Reviews

Overcharged and unhelpful customer serviceZero star. Do not recommend this money robbing app despite the convenience it may offer. I trusted the app with my credit card details and the overcharged me for "premium service" that I had not signed up for nor use it. Cellopark responds by telling me that these charges are mentioned on their website, in their T&C and FAQS. Of which, it says the charges are $1.99 yet I was charged $3.62 for no reason, without my permission, against my will. Cellopark makes no effort to correct the situation and insists that I have opt-in for it myself when I was not informed of the charges at the sign up page..Version: 5.52

Dirty tricks, location tracking and no Apple PayThe app has a switch to turn of constant tracking. They call it iMoved. However, the switch is off and the app still tracks me. When I force close the app it even complains that this would stop iMoved (all I wanted). Secondly, the app makes it easy to upgrade to premium with well placed banner components. You don’t need it to work. Downgrading then only works on their website and not within the app. Lastly, you have to hand over your credit card. No integration with Apple Pay. I hope that Apple finds this app and forces the developers to integrate that payment option. I don’t think that these developers are able to keep my details secure in the long term..Version: 6.3

Shitest APP - WARNING, DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!I’ve gotten multiple fines because of this app. Try to “book” your parking in advance and it doesn’t resulting in a fine every time. Don’t even risk or waste your time with this app as I have tried to contact to company and they think they are always right and believe that they would know if it happened. NEWS FLASH - it doesn’t. Anyways still have to pay the fines regardless as they don’t want to take and blame just ur money for using the app every Time you use it, just thought I would write this review to give everyone a heads up to stay away! Technology isn’t always the better option. Seems like it won’t be resolved either as they believe they know all. Better to walk up to the metre and pay it. Thanks for reading! Cheers..Version: 6.2

Park somewhere elseThis app makes parking a nightmare. First you have to give up a stack of personal data that I would rather not give to a corporate that I’ve never heard of (OK - no problem giving them my rego, but I should not have to hand over my phone number and email just to park a car). They also take this data without using it to enhance or even provide their basic service. For example, try getting a tax invoice out of them. They could email it to you couldn’t they? Pay and display is so much easier and so less intrusive..Version: 6.2

Garbage frustrating appSigning in for the first time in a while, my phone number was recognised but no password recovery email arrived in my accounts. No way to update details in app. FAQ uses browser layout rather than optimised for phone despite being a mobile app. Obviously breaking out the desktop computer to resolve account issues in a car park is astonishingly bad user experience. Cheap nasty design made all the more infuriating for the fact that it’s forced onto customers wanting to access parking. Previous issues have included the ‘Start’ button not working at all, and no phone restart, app restart or update would solve the issue. Garbage software design and in the end it’s quicker and easier to walk than figure out how to solve this company’s issues..Version: 6.61

Completely uselessWhy produce an App that doesn’t work with International numbers!.Version: 7.10

The bad reviews are trueThis app is terrible. Like many other reviewers I also accidentally signed up for the premium service - the reason being that it’s stupidly (likely deliberately) easy to do so with a big one click button right in the menu. After googling how to disable this service I came across the sassiest ‘rumours and facts’ page from Cellopark which shocked me with its hostility… came here to see that they also directly respond to feedback the same way! Ridiculous and so unprofessional. My feedback is: The Premium service is far too easy to ‘opt-in’ to and way too hard to opt-out of. iMoved gave me alerts even after I manually stopped my parking, which makes me suspicious that manually stopping even works. Also I have never been charged an hourly rate, always the daily rate even if I’ve stayed for under an hour. Please stop being so defensive and just take the feedback CelloPark, it’s clear that this app is a money grab so at least make it better..Version: 6.80

Money hungry appTo use the feature to remained you to end your parking session you have to pay an extra $2 just to get a notification. This should be a free feature as your already making money from people using the app. This whole parking system and app could be made In about a week yet you feel the need to charge extra for such a basic feature so people do not get charged for time their not even using the parking bay and forgot to end their session before leaving. Not to mention this parking app is used by lots of universities so your trying to rip off some of the people on the tightest budgets..Version: 6.90

JeromeSeem like I am not the only one complaining this apps. Very ridiculous apps having useless premium upgrade for “reminder” where the place I park doesn’t have time limit and they still want to charge you money for each car whether or not you use them in the apps. Cannot believe Curtin use this apps as their parking payment. The design is very confusing to make you didn’t realise you are on premium until you get the bill and call them. If you want to use this apps, stay sharp and careful, because they may make you a premium even though they claim they won’t. And the phone and email reply is useless..Version: 5.80

IPhone X?It’s been a long time since iPhone X released, even a long time since iPhone XS released. Why this app still doesn’t support their screens? I have read many feedbacks under your app, many of them mentioned about this issue yet you chose not to see them. You promised a new update coming soon from your reply in November. But now we are entering March of 2019. Still nothing happens. THIS is the ONLY app in my iPhone that DOESN’T support this screen size! Please at least make some effort. It is really not hard to make it support iPhone X. Even an undergraduate student in computer science can do it..Version: 5.80

Worst app I have ever used.Worst app I have ever used. Why Brisbane City Council switched from in-house to these incompetent app designers I’ll never know. Seriously the sms service the Council used to do was WAY better! It takes ages to use the app, finding the car park meter! Yeah right good luck! Then they say it stops charging if you leave the location. The funny thing is, is I had a feeling it wouldn’t work, but decided to try the feature. Nope it charged me for all the time after until I decided I couldn’t wait any longer and stopped it manually. So don’t get caught by that! Over all it really is a disgrace of an app. Cellopark: In relation to your response to this Review.. I don’t think you understand how bad the app is. You say you use it in the exact same manner as SMS?! That’s the most incorrect statement in the world to compliment the worst app in the world! You do not simply enter the 4 digit meter number like in the past. You first have to find you location in Australia then then the associated meter! After you’ve finally reached that stage then there is also a selection of about 100 odd ones that come up under making it an even more confusing and lengthy process..Version: 5.70

This is outrageous and disgusting practiceAs an app that is widely used by university , there’s a shady subscription option which I have no idea about until I get the invoice. I am just a contractor who goes on site to commission equipment and I have to pay out of pocket for this subscription charge. It’s not much but still very disgusting practice; I am launching a case to ACCC and I suggest others to do so. If refund is not given, apply for credit card chargeback, my bank is willing to do that. This types of practice needs to be stopped!.Version: 7.10

Please support autofillI’ve used plenty of parking apps around the world and I find this one particularly frustrating (a category of apps which set a low bar too). For an infrequent user, the moment when you need to use a parking app is one you want the most seamless experience. So why doesn’t it support iOS’s password suggestions, why does it not support credit card autofill or even better ApplePay or PayPal (especially this era I don’t even carry a physical card so had to open my banking app to get cards details which if the first time I’ve ever needed to resort to that). Definitely needs a better focus on providing a frustration free, modern user experience (that said the first time I used the app many years ago I was perplexed how to even use it, and I’m an app dev too, so it has improved as that basic usability is better now)..Version: 7.10

Fraudulent company bewareThis company will upgrade your service to a premium service without your knowing or consent. They will charge fees that are almost equal to the parking fees without advising you. You will then question these fees and be met with customer service who will defend those fees saying you ‘signed up for premium’ when you didn’t. Do not use!! They will also advise you that it is easy to accidentally tick the premium box but yet very hard untick - In fact you can’t... Councils need to address this issue and stop this company from managing parking meters. So fraudulent and cello park are getting away with it!.Version: 6.3

Can’t believe how successful they’ve beenCan’t believe Cellopark managed to sign up Brisbane City Council and UQ. The app is downright hostile to users. It is by far the worst designed and least user friendly app on my phone. It looks like a child designed the user interface. Instead of just tapping to start/stop a parking session, you’ve got to do some old-school “slide to unlock” style gestures in a direction that isn’t explained. The app is ugly, hasn’t been updated for iPhone X, but even on older iPhones the app will look like something out the 90s. Not user friendly and as complicated as you could possibly make it. There are large intrusive ads, for the “premium” service all over the app. They take up the majority of the screen. This app is so hideous looking at is like pouring seawater in your eyes. You can’t pay with PayPal, Apple Pay only credit card. It is a great idea, but the execution is beyond terrible. This app is a total dumpster fire and needs to be rewritten from the ground up, with a focus on simplicity, user friendliness, ease-of/use, proper design and functionality. These have got to be some of the laziest devs around, no one would ever use this app by choice, the only reason anyone I know uses it is because UQ forces you to use it. Cellopark has a captive-audience by way of UQ and Brisbane City Council..Version: 5.70

It's functionalThe app is alright and does the job. I have an iPhone X so it's kinda annoying that it isn't optimised. I have no idea how much I'm getting charged for my parking without going through multiple screens and that too how do I know if I'm getting charged the student rate or visitor rate till after I've paid? I signed up to premium by accident due to the horribly placed banner right in the middle of the screen, if you want to make your app offer premium don't make it that easy to misclick. At macq I have no idea whether I'm getting a fine or not as there is no cell O park signs anywhere. The most annoying thing however is the responses to the reviews, instead of trying to fix the problems from the feedback the company is defending their app quite rudely. If you have to defend your app from feedback you know should know that there is sth wrong. Take this as stuff you can fix cause mobile app parking is a lot easier and I'd hate to see it fail..Version: 5.80

Very poor serviceVERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE This company will happily take your money automatically signing you up to their premium service and when you go to cancel they say it was all your fault and won’t credit your account. They reply to emails with a generic corporate response. App premium features don’t even work very well such as imoved. They wouldn’t refund an all day parking fee when accidentally started in the wrong zone so was charged full days fee when I stopped it after 3 seconds. Pitty our stupid council signed up with this company. The previous provider and app worked so much better..Version: 5.80

What about the motorbikes?Review for a dyslexic friend. This app cost me a fine. As I have multiple personalised number plates (with the same letters) for cars and motorbikes, I mistook the motorbike rego for a car purely because of the car symbol. I recommend that for motorbikes there is a bike symbol instead of a car symbol to help identify the different vehicles for dyslexic members using the app. I love using the app as it’s convenient and easy to use. I can enter my details for the vehicle, and end the timer when I return. I don’t have to worry about cash or being charged the maximum on my credit card from the street vendors. I also am not risking my credit card details being used against my knowledge from card skimmers placed on the vendors..Version: 5.70

Premium service doesn’t workI tried the premium imoved service as I have previously forgotten to stop parking when I left the car park and faced a massive $20 plus bill for 2 hours parking......imoved has not worked once, I have contacted the support team several times and get brushed off with the t&c’s. I have requested a refund on the monthly fees as their service does not work and instead they cancelled the service. I have also asked that they look into the times that I have left the car park early, as they should have this data with the imoved service, and I have requested a refund, but they say they cannot help with this. I am now over $60 out of pocket, mostly my own fault for relying on a service that I paid which is faulty, but developers are not helpful. If I made this mistake on iTunes for example, they would refund out of good faith. I will be deleting the app and going back to the old way of paying..Version: 5.80

Designed to scam moneyThe reality is that many people are often going to forget to end their parking session. The fact that this app does not allow location reminders to be set when you leave a carpark shows the developers are just looking to extract as much money as possible from users. Also, it is laughable that the FAQs state it will rarely happen that people will forget to end a parking session. Upon forgetting myself, the only way to get a refund is to contact the site I parked at directly rather than Cellopark. The just palm off the request stating you need to contact someone else. The app has a terrible user interface. Looks incredibly amateur and I despise having to use it..Version: 5.80

Avoid if you canThis app has twice billed me without my knowledge, does not send SMS confirmations when you park in one of its facilities or leave a parking zone as it promises, does not reveal what it will charge to your credit card prior to doing so, charges at random intervals, and forces you to use its service in some car parks that automatically scan your licence plate. Basically, you’re signing a blank cheque to Cellopark every time you enter one of its facilities. If you want to stop using it, you need to request account deletion in writing. I’m still waiting for my account to be deleted even though I requested it more than a month ago and have sent several emails since..Version: 5.70

Parking system works, app design is outdatedThe app looks like it was made to run on an iPhone 4/5 (iOS 7-8) and hasn’t been updated to modern design standards. All of the UI elements are huge, even the system keyboard blows up and takes up an extra 15-20% compared to normal (I don’t have any other apps on my phone that do this). It doesn’t support dynamic type so the text is huge in the app compared to everything else on my phone. Also, when you have the iMoved service disabled (because I don’t need or want it and don’t want to pay extra for it) there is a giant red banner in the app telling you to enable it that takes up 1/6th of the screen that cant be disabled..Version: 5.80

Over charging occurredI parked the car there yesterday for less than 2 hours, but I got charged for a few more hours — reaching $8.8, while it should have been less than $4. I chose “ always allow” the detection of the location and I thought it should detect the car has been moved. What is the point if it detects my motion and fitness and does not have the basic function of turning off the parking meter when I move the car and have traveled many kilometers away. Would be good if it beeps every 15/30 minutes (user can choose) to remind the driver. I only found out it was still on by accident after I got home. Don’t know how to get the overcharged amount back. To avoid over paying I might avoid using the app next time..Version: 6.2

Forced to supply credit cardMy university recently swapped all paid parking to this app. I study at a satellite campus run as a partnership, so I park there under a different authority. This means I'm at uni once every six months, and after calling customer support I discovered my only option for paying for my parking was to download this app and supply my credit card number. I detest keeping credit card details stored in any device or computer - it's a security risk I don't feel comfortable with. Due to this, I will look forward to the day when I can uninstall this app forever. Update: developer has contacted me, stating that due to their state of the art encryption and file system, giving them my credit card details represents no risk. Whilst I appreciate their feedback, it ignores the main thrust of my complaint - I don't want to use an app to pay for parking once every 6 months. I even called their helpline and attempted to pay via the phone, and was told my only option was the app. I used to have a multitude of ways to pay for my parking at uni. Now I just have this crappy app, and a gigantic bag of 1 & 2 dollar coins that I can't use for parking anymore. What does this company do for people that don't have smart phones? Do they just pay for their parking by getting and paying a fine?.Version: 5.70

OverchargesThe couldn’t work out why I was being charged more money than advertised for my uni parking. Even calling Cellopark support didn’t help and they acted surprised it was happening yet didn’t offer to help only supplied an email address which bounced back! Finally after some detective work I realised I had, without my permission been signed up to the “premium” version of the app. They were charging an extra $2 for this service every time. And this adds up! Be very careful of this company! They clearly know what they are doing to make some extra $$ from unsuspecting people trying to be paying customers..Version: 6.4

Good try but has basic design errorsThe app does not accept a non-Australian bank or credit card (feeble) but does not say this- it just gives an error message without explaining what the problem is (very feeble). The fees are not clearly visible before starting the parking period. Most seriously, each pay point seems to have a separate number so you have to walk to the pay point to get the number to put into the app. You can’t just do it from your car using geolocation (fantastically feeble). Look at how other countries do it (eg RingGo) to see how a well-implemented parking app is done..Version: 6.5

Leave payment details before the service is provided! So I recently downloaded this app as the sports and aquatic centre I go to started using this app to pay for parking. Although there were many bad to average reviews for this app, I downloaded it thinking it would be handy. The interface could definitely be improved but I didn’t care much. My problems started just after I opened the app. So I registered my phone number online from my computer and it didn’t send me a password to register and so I thought I’ll re-register with the same phone number. It asks for my credit card details JUST so I can register! Hmmmm fellas/developers, that is not a good way to build trust with the app. I’d be happier to put my credit card details in AFTER I register and select my parking and definitely not before I have received any form of service. Happy to say I’ve deleted this app from my phone and I’ll just park on the streets. When you improve the app workflow I’ll sign up again :).Version: 5.80

Would not let me select/find my own locationThe area I needed to park has switched to using this app so there were no parking meters around. I downloaded the app, registered etc. however when searching for my location is would no show up. It only gave me a few options around Australia. I kept trying, and I also looked at the apps FAQ. I needed to leave my car after attempting to figure it out for 20mins because of a Uni class that I was late to. Still was not able to select my location after trying to figure it out in class. Because of this I got a parking ticket.Version: 6.2

Really poor appI have used this app on a few occasions and each time have had to delete it and start again as when I open it to start a new parking session it pops up with a screen asking to submit feedback and I cannot get out of the screen at all. I’ve had to call the support number and be told to delete the app and download it again. This all takes time and meanwhile you’re parked ‘illegally’ risking a ticket. If the app worked properly in the first place this risk wouldn’t be a thing. Not happy as last time it happened I did get a ticket..Version: 6.4

Premium charges ridiculousCan’t deactivate premium from the app, you can only disable the service so it won’t be useful but you’ll still be charged unless you log in to the website - not good enough Cellopark! If you help your friend with parking once, don’t forget to remove them or you will be charged premium fees for their car every month too even though you didn’t activate any parking for that car in a month and every time you use parking it is for a specific car rego. Please update your “premium” warning to make it explicitly clear about the total the user will be charged if they have more than 1 vehicle on the account, that it is not charged per vehicle that is used per month - ?don’t use don’t pay?. Please remove the hideous red warning that is appears after you downgrade the app from premium. Please allow a user to downgrade the account within the app - if they can upgrade it they should be able to downgrade it. Making them go to a website is just trying to make it harder for them. Questionable tactics to charge customers more rather than running efficient and user friendly systems that help residents. BCC should be choosing a better service than this one..Version: 5.80

Sort of WorksAs I have read in other reviews , I have also been victim of signing up to alerts with the accidental touch of one button then spending weeks in contact to diable the service . Ironically I never got the alerts I was paying for until I downloaded my invoice to see why I was paying so much extra . Kudos to the app designer to have a one touch activation but also not even alert the subscriber unless you activate alerts . If it was not a scam the alerts would also turn on when they start charging for the service . The app cannot find Turbot street in the city even though the location dot is hovering over the street I need to manually have to enter the street name , yet it offers about 6 other streets nearby . Been using it a couple of years , time to update it and remove the scammy subscription traps as others mention ..Version: 6.3

Scared to use appRegistered for Cellopark, but the app is very janky. Firstly, it somehow automatically subscribed me to the money-grabbing premium service, the app isn’t optimised for the iPhone X - more than a year after its launch - and I somehow started a parking session without the app prompting me to ‘slide to start’. There really should be Face ID/Touch ID/pin authentication for every session start, and an overhauled user interface! Sometimes, it’s hard even to press the hamburger icon for the side menu without sliding my finger. I do need to preface that I haven’t started using the app, but I’m definitely not looking forward to it. It is in need for a major app update!.Version: 5.80

Inconvenient appI am so disappointed at UQ for replacing the previous easy-to-operate parking system with this stupid app at the so called “pink zone” near UQ lake. It’s so inconvenient to use! I didn’t mind spending 15 minutes to download this app and enter my details because I knew it was only an one-off set up. But the problem was that it wouldn’t let me add my student ID on the system(and my ID is not expired for sure). Because the app couldn’t recognise me as a student, I couldn’t park at the pink area and I was forced to find an alternative parking area that still had the old paying system. NO WONDER there was HARDLY ANY CAR parked at the rooftop “pink zone”, because Cellopark was the only paying method at that area. Apps are supposed to make life easier, but this app definitely did that do so for me 😒.Version: 5.70

Doesn’t let me loginI downloaded the app and it worked fine. Then my friend had to download it too for uni but she couldn’t sign in. So I took her through the sign up process but she kept saying it wouldn’t let her in. So I signed out from my account to try logging in with her details from my phone and it wouldn’t work. But now I can’t login with my account either. It tells me my password is incorrect (when it isn’t) but when I click the “I forgot my password” option, it says it has sent me the password via SMS to my phone. I never get these SMS messages. I’ve tried countless times, updated the app and reinstalled it. Ive just tried again months after since uni is starting again and it’s still the same. So I’m locked out from the app and so is my friend..Version: 5.70

SHADY TACTICSLooks like I was signed up to a premium service that checks the clock for me. This mysterious subscription seems to be linked to the tick box “I would like to receive SMS reminders” that you are given when signing up. It’s really shady because it says “fees may apply see T&C’s” in brackets beside the option. If you were like me and set up your account in a hurry after realising that you hadn’t paid, you will miss it. These terms then go in to say that to receive the SMS notifications you will have to pay for it. I highly doubt this would meet ACCC requirements and if CellOPark truly cared for its users it would make this subscription more clear, hence the 1 star I am giving it today. I have asked 3 times for my account and card details to be removed from the service (twice on the phone) and have been told that I need to email my details, yet on the website it says I can opt out “orally”, so unless this means I need to record my voice on email I’m confused why that’s on there. Would not recommend this to anybody, have zero trust in the app with my card, and BE CAREFUL when signing up to this money snatching corporation..Version: 5.80

STOP taking my money!!!As so many others have said this app repeatedly takes incorrect unauthorised amounts and makes trying to rectify this as difficult as they possibly can. I am sure as has been done for previous reviews, the developer will jump in and tell me they do not automatically sign me up for premium but obviously the way in which it is being done is not clear or reasonable (otherwise why are so many people having the same problem)? I am now signed up for a service I don’t want or need, have no idea of how I signed up for it and can’t unsubscribe in app but have to try and log into a website I have never been on (so somehow I opted in to premium in the app but to opt out I have to go to the website?!) AND the website won’t actually allow me to log in or submit “forgot password”. Ridiculous. I have charges to my card this month that don’t total the amount on my file in the app EVEN with the premium services added. An absolute joke, it’s probably easier to just catch an Uber. Will be reporting to both my bank and the BCC..Version: 5.80

Average. This is the second time I’ve downloaded and tried to use the app and I find it just as non-user friendly as the first time. It’s clunky, not very forthcoming with information when something’s completed and I don’t recall seeing an actual button/confirmation to say ‘yes, I want to book this park’, it just did it and then only provided an option to stop it. This seems like an odd way for the app to function. Think the app could be vastly improved if the feedback was reviewed, everyone seems to notice all the same problems!.Version: 6.1

Poorly built appThe app is pretty poor, iOS has things built in for the users like being able to automatically fill in sms’ed codes, fill in credit card details, phone numbers and so on. This app uses absolutely none of these things at all, it is cumbersome and poorly thought out and utilises none of iOS features and if the response is because they are using a Multiplatform development tool then shame on them for doing it that way. Brisbane city council get a better developer/company.Version: 6.90

A long way to goI tend to agree with most of the criticism and further to that the developer should be taking the feedback on board and not being so defensive about the product. If the market feed back is criticism then these element should be addressed. A well authored app that offered functionality, good to look at and ease of use gets 5 star rating. In saying this, I use this app every time I visit and park in Brisbane. If there was a better alternative I would probably use that but there isn’t, so you guys have plenty of opportunity to improve this great idea. Keep up the work and make this an app that everyone wants to use..Version: 5.80

App literally doesn’t workYou can’t make an account. It literally gets stuck on the sign up page and won’t let me past. Have tried many different combinations of information as well. I use parking at University heavily so need this app to work. Scrolling through previous reviews to look for how to fix this issue or for an indication it is being fixed, but the developer feedback has been nothing short of rude and sarcastic. I don’t know why any institution would sign up to this service..Version: 6.90

Doesn't accept my phone numberA good idea but during the sign up the app doesn't accept my mobile number for some reason. Add to this the error associated requires you to re-do the 'I'm not a robot' test every time and it's a no from me...easier to keep a dollar or two in the car, wasted a good 10 minutes on this error again today Jump four months and I'm still trying, although it now says my number is already registered. Have spent literally hours trying to register, just keep $1-2 in the car and pay like you always would..Version: 5.52

Awful Trap of an AppHave had to use this for uni parking in the past and now use it for local council parking. Both times I have been unknowingly signed up for premium services (that have not worked) and only realised when I checked my invoice. The second time I downloaded it for local parking, I even specifically tried to avoid this yet somehow it has still made its way onto my invoice. I’ve never received iMoved notifications after leaving a park in this time, so I’m not sure what I was paying for and have regularly overpaid by hours because of forgetting. I also have ADHD so often will completely forget to turn it off and pay for an entire day when I was only parked for an hour. If you’re going to charge me without my consent for the premium services, at least send me the notifications so I can save myself some money in unused parking..Version: 6.3

Beware of trapsIn Brisbane you have no option but to use this app if you want the convenience of paying for parking by smartphone. The previous iPark app was excellent. Very quick to enter details and start your session and you could have as many vehicles as you wanted listed; great if you drive fleet vehicles. Also very clear listing of parking history. So now we have to use Cellopark. It’s slower to use and you can only have three vehicles listed. The extra charges are not clearly explained and as many other reviewers have pointed out, you can very easily find yourself signed up for the premium service without your knowledge. You can complain as much as you like and they won’t budge an inch because they know you have no power as a consumer. You can’t go to a competitor because they have done an exclusivity deal with your local council..Version: 5.60

Barely usable. This app has poor usability. It’s hard to log in to the app if your password is stored in the iCloud password manager, as the prompts reset - you have to copy and paste the password manually. Some in-app purchases are made without prompts to confirm (signing up for a premium account, for example) - deregistering for that premium account is made much harder, requiring accessing your account settings through a website front, and not much information is clearly available for what kind of billing cycle applies. Unnecessarily complicated to use, needlessly so. Much room for improvement..Version: 6.2

Frankenstein appWorst app I've been forced to use in a while. Seems to crash regularly and design isn’t ideal. Surely there’s a better design solution for this that doesn’t involve pointless animations. Edit: the swipe feature now has an option to click/press instead of swipe. I won’t be removing this review as using this app resulted in me getting parking fines as it was so difficult/annoying to use and the terrible phone support. With so many bad reviews, why not just rebuild it instead of getting customers to update their review??.Version: 5.80
