✓ Excellent product with ease of operationI have enjoyed having this product since the first day it was installed over 3 years ago. I like the ease of the app. I have had no issues with continuity using the app. It has always been up and running every time I have opened the app. I was a bit skeptical about AT&T having an alarm system and then with a home management system as well but I have been pleased with everything for my entire 3 years (+). Now I look forward to what they will have to offer customers in the future. Thank you AT&T for a great system and a seamless app to make our lives secure and easier..Tfaulk13Version: 3.1701.1

✓ App update/ making betterI would like to say I have been with att digital life for a year and honestly I love it , however I think the main issue is that we can not view more than one camera at a time , which is annoying , I should be able to have several cameras in live feed, and be able to multitask, also I would like to see this all have the ability to multi task with the new ios9 as most apps have, there should be more updates on a regular basis, this is the only reason I have not added more components to my system. ✓ Love the App and Service, but…I love the app and service, but you should be able to remove devices that receive push notifications without having to contact AT&T and reinstalling the app. Removing push notifications from other devices should be an option in the app. After all the account belongs to the person that pays the bill, so they should have control of who receives push notifications. I would also like to see emergency buttons for police, fire, and medical on iOS and iPadOS like how it is on the physical keypad and the AT&T DigitalLife tablet. ✓ Easy to useI've never lived with an alarm system before so I can't compare but this alarm system is really straight forward and easy to use and it always works, I don't understand all the complaints about it not working. We accidentally set if off a couple times and it followed the process as it was supposed to. Also I Love the digital app. I live in a three story townhouse with the key pad on the bottom floor so when I'm about to go to sleep and remembered I haven't set the alarm, I can easily set it on my phone and it works great including the Touch ID. ✓ Slowly getting betterWe had several problems in the beginning with our key pad not working, which caused us to be locked out of our house several times. However, after 3 tries, they finally fixed it & it is working fine. I love getting an alert sent to my phone when the camera detects motion so we can see if it is someone delivering a package, one of our pets, or something we should be concerned about..PjaydedVersion: 3.1701.1

✓ Not perfect,but caught the thiefIt has its problems mostly with not being able to stream more than one camera at a time, and the long load between camera switching (to be fair that's just an issue with digital life in general, not an app exclusive issue) that being said it's saved me a few times and even helped me catch the thief stealing off my porch, I easily emailed the video clip to the police . I have 6 cameras with DL and they work great. And with the complaints about streaming from 4G, never had a problem..NesbowVersion: 3.1701.1

✓ Great System - Dislike Blue ColorWe’ve had DL monitoring our home for over 4-1/2 years. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. We had a minor issue with the contact sensors on a few windows being knocked off when the when the windows were opened. This happened after the first winter. ATT sent out a tech who removed the bulky plastic cover on the problematic window sensors. Problem solved. This is most likely due to living in a cold climate during the winters. The app did have some issues in the early days but has been rock solid for quite some time. Mind you, we do not have an Apple Watch or cameras with our system so I can’t speak to that. My one issue though is when ATT changed the color and logo of this app from the orange DL logo to the blue ATT/DirecTV logo. I won’t update the app because of the this. This may seem minor and nit picky and I understand ATT wanting to have a universal logo for all their apps. However, I have the U-Verse and the ATT app which all look the same. When I receive a notification from my DL system, I prefer the orange DL notifications so I don’t quickly dismiss it thinking it’s one of the other ATT apps. I’m just person but I hope ATT reconsiders changing back to the orange DL color and logo..22RickVersion: 4.1806.30

✓ Awesome App at the FinestI am very pleased with the ease of the Digital Life App. I can turn on and off my system with the use of a simple log in of the app. I can also pay my Digital Life bill with just the tap of my finger. When a natural disaster, Hurricane Irma, strikes I receive a notification immediately telling me how my Digital Life is being taken care of.
