✓ Total failureI bought this a month ago (Dec 22) with dictionary. It worked about four times and now craps out with message “Total Failure”. Have shutdown uninstalled, reinstalled and opens up the Apple App Store. It suggests d/l a new version, but of course there is none. It craps out on my late model iPad and iPhone. I can’t see anywhere I can obtain a refund for this crappy English product..Version: 13.3.1
