Kharé is brimming with things to do and creatures to meet. Visit the Festival of Thieves, battle a ghost, escape from slavers, gamble your fortune at the Halls of Vlada, drink at the tavern, worship strange Gods, and much much more. Will you uncover the secrets of the city, overthrow the Council, destroy an invading army, or leave Kharé to burn?

From legendary designer Steve Jackson, co-founder of Lionhead Studios (with Peter Molyneux), and Fighting Fantasy and Games Workshop (with Ian Livingstone), and designed and adapted by inkle, the app uses inklewriter technology to tell your journey in real-time, shaping the story around your choices. The text itself changes based on how you play and what you do. In combat, the action is described on the fly based on how you play.

Featuring original illustrations by John Blanche and maps by Mike Schley (Wizards of the Coast).

✓ Even better than the first time!The 2nd chapter in the updated Sorcery! series improves the upon the first in every way (which was already a superb start). There is much more to explore here with greater depth and detail and, of course, lots of new villains and challenges to overcome. You'll find hours and hours of immersive adventuring in Khare and yet when done, plenty of unexplored parts of the city and sub plots to still uncover. Khare (and the Sorcery! series) is simply put, a perfect blend of great storytelling integrated with classic board game elements and modern technology. Find a comfy chair, get started (highly recommend that you start with the first chapter in the series), and you'll find yourself in a world you won't forget!.Snooky13Version: 1.1.1

✗ It's okBut sadly not as good as sorcery 1. I didn't read the original books, so all nostalgia aside, this game doesn't quite live up to the freedom of choice the first game offered. There's no real decision in the game, or paths to choose, as you end up doing all of it no matter what. So there's no replay value. in one play through you can explore every route and complete the whole thing... Hope sorcery 3 is better! Still, this is worth a play...
