✓ Rates not updating. Beautifully designed app though.This was the best looking, simple, forex rates app with Today widget out there. Trust me I’ve downloaded them all! This simply looks beautiful. But it seems like the rates have stopped updating. I’ve had the NZD/VND stuck at the same rate for a week now. First I thought it was just a data feed issue, but it hasn’t fixed itself, and I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. I got a new rate, but one that doesn’t move from day to day. ✓ The new UX design is awfulI used to really like your app and thought it was the best currency conversion app on the mobile platform until you changed the UX design. Previously, it was quick to specify and switch between main currencies, and to rearrange the order of currencies. Now, it requires additional steps, which is very inconvenient for those who need to frequently compare prices. Additionally, it used to be possible to quickly add and search for currencies by simply pulling down, but now it requires switching to a new tab, which is unnecessary and inconvenient. I hope you can revert to the original layout or provide us with an option to choose ourselves..Version: 2.4.1

✓ One little flawSometimes when this app tries to aim for simplicity, it detracts from the enjoyment. For example, the keypad is made retractable in an effort to remove modality, but I find this slightly awkward and visually distracting, as a small sliver of the keypad has to remain onscreen at all times. It’s visually unappealing and doesn’t really follow with iOS’ interface metaphors, in which the expectation is that keypads dismiss completely when not in use. It is ironic that a decision which aimed to remove complexity has caused more confusion. Other than that, the app is wonderful and deserves a full five stars..Version: 1.2
✓ Good and simple converter BUTThis app was the way-to-go in currency converter. Shared it with friends and family, colleagues and people that needed a fast currency conversion. Last update changed a lot of things. Only one thing was good: See the rate of your local currency faster. The bad? • Trying to get conversions between currencies that are not your local needs a lot of steps (before was 2 taps) • Paywalls for everything that before was free: -Cannot have more than 5 favourite currencies unless paid (before $2,99; any currency) -Cannot add another “local” currency unless paid (Not an option before, not needed) Unfortunate to lose another excellent app to the usual “subscription” plan that a lot of awful apps use. One-time payment also is extremelly expensive. I understand you need to obtain profits, but even if $5 a year sounds cheap, you get almost nothing for that “pro” badge. Thanks for the last 6 years using this app..Version: 2.0.4
✓ Handles decimals incorrectlyWhen I type €6.50, I get $7. Where’s the decimal? If I out €65, then I get $71. Plus, the UI is announcing counter-intuitive. Try to change currencies.Version: 1.7.4

✓ Great visuals, poor usabilityI have a thing for great looking apps, and it fills a functional void. It has great aesthetics, but that seemed to take too much focus, and almost took it too far in simplifying. I'm not a fan with how the currency selection works. It should allow me to choose two currencies independent of one another. The current method is extremely frustrating. I'd also like to see a clear button. I like the swipe to clear, as it's rather unique, but I would like the speed of a single tap to clear my values. Hopefully this is constructive enough feedback!.Version: 1.1

✓ Used to be good however seems it no longer worksI bought the upgrade in app months ago was working fine I loved it. Used it on all my travels. However, when I bought a new phone and installed it and restored purchases it won’t even load that nor will it let me buy it again. However it still allows a trial but cannot buy or restore the purchase. I’d love if this could work again but, it doesn’t at the moment. 😞.Version: 1.7.1
