✓ The rulesIt would be nice to have a section where the language “rules” are explained such as the alphabet and their sounds, how the compounds and blends, why there are so many letter in Gaeilge but half of them are silent, etc. It would make the language much easier to learn..Version: 5.5.0

✓ Great app but....I’m Irish so naturally I learn it in school but thanks to covid I can’t this app is helping me learn to spell and speak the Irish but I have one problem.... the accent now I’ve never heard an Irish person speak like that and it’s kind of hard to understand and I’m finding some of pronunciation a bit off like they r saying it the way it’s spelt on a few words ofc this is minor but....Version: 5.8.0

✓ Reliving my childhood.Some is familiar. Some totally new to me. Enjoying the learning in my old age. Got my Irish Passport this year. Wish that there were more phrases taught. It is more difficult to remember individual isolated words with nothing to hang them on..Version: 5.8.0
✓ Not the bestOverall a good app but several problems I’ve noticed such as “sea” (properly spelt Is ea) and “Ní hea” being presented as yes or no when Irish does not have a yes or no. These words better translate as it is and it isn’t respectfully. As well as several pronunciation issues that while some could be dialectical, some are simply wrong however such as Sláinte pronounced “Slawncha” while the audio says “sline-tuh” Definitely not bad as a start but I would recommend the Duolingo course over this as an app for learning Irish.Version: 5.8.0

✓ Cannot RecommendFor my way of learning a language, I would prefer to select daily downloads by type. For example, give me a list of trees or animals or store (shoe, grocery, etc.) types. Then again I had only the free version of the app. I also understand that Irish is very complex, with spelling changeable depending on nearby words, for example..Version: 5.5.0
