✓ Needs More WorkWhile the app is sufficient, it could have been designed better to control and monitor both camera and lighting devices. In addition, I've experienced several crashes which required reinstalling in order to work around. The app developers need to perform better testing. I look forward to the next release..G. ✓ Works OK, but!There should be a opt in check box to remember your password.First night with our new system and the alarm when off at 3:30 am... No sweat just launch my app to disable, but have to sign in with password. Impossible at 3:30 am when all groggy and down right irritating every time throughout the day. Total false advertising on the BellAliant TV commercial, where they show the user easily check the status of their system, what they don't show is the hassle of putting in a password basically every hour my calculation (might be less), but wait not your regular day to day password, but another new password that must be 8 characters and include a symbol. Note if my banking app doesn't require me to alway sign in with a password then ease up on your security policy and give the app user the choice..FetchtechVersion: 1.0.1

✓ Needs improvementNeeds a lot of improvement. Turn on your alarm or unlock a door easily but live updates and feed is days behind when checking remotely. It should stay current at all times. Still 24 hours behind on updates that I can check online faster. Can't even see if the kids are home without using data and going right to Bell. Call my company Bell we will develop a professional app that works!!! This is 6 months later since install and I want to toss it in the ocean. ✓ Gets the job done but...There are issues like. Super huge on iPhone 6 plus. No updates in almost a year. And it looks NOTHING like the pictures in the description. I want it like the black background that was depicted. Phone support is useless. It's their app but don't support it. If your having Mac issues let me know it works for me. They have issues with their Java script an error in the script. Turn on Java console and verbatim mode and it will load. I told them MONTHS ago what the issue is with the script. ✓ Brutal - disconnected and no error messagesThis app worked for a few months and then I went in to turn on my alarm remotely and it wasn’t connected. No error messages, just status unavailable. Reset my modems, un/reinstalled the app, still no connection. Good thing I didn’t need it for an emergency. ✓ Motion notifications uselessI get notifications that the outside camera has detected motion but when I log into the app to check what that motion was, I’m unable to see it. I have no idea whether it was a bird or someone unwanted on my property. Completely pointless. It also takes multiple times to sign in to the app so it’s faster to use the keypads to arm or disarm the alarm than use the app..Kristiemoore85Version: 9.0.0.348

✓ So So. No ImprovementsThis update is useless - still not universal so looks bad on your iPad. All they did was update appearance - absolutely no improvements - that's how you lose business - don't listen to users. Bell Aliant gave us some incorrect information when they were selling this system to us. The salesman told us there was an iPad app which he thought was great - there is not an iPad app. And this is not a universal app either - if you run it on your iPad, it's iPhone size - bad Aliant. Also the items you can adjust from the app are limited. You can't disable a zone. You can turn your lights on/off or dim them - but you need to visit two screens to do so - lots of wasted space and clicks. You can arm the system to stay or be away. You can view a live video feed from your camera. You can "Shift' your mode, which affects timers and schedules and automations, but not security zones. On your Mac you won't be able to view live video - haven't worked that out for Mac's yet. This is a work in progress and should actually be better than it is at this point in time..LoRobVersion: 1.0.2
