✓ Just what I’ve been looking forI am loving the great yoga & mobility classes with Riva, but one of my favorite features on this app is the personal tracking section! It helps hold me accountable to stay on track on days when I’d otherwise probably skip my workout. The mobility classes have actually been noticeably transformative, & I’ve only just begun. ✓ Love this wellness app!I love all of the options within this app for holistic wellness - from exercise to meditation. Great flows, easy to follow for all levels but still challenging.
