✓ I want it to open the app from my email.The app takes a bit to load. Also I want the app updated so that it will go to the app by default not ask me to log in on the website alone or at least give me the option of app or website as most emails now do..Version: 3.0.0

✓ Home Screen does not scale or scrollI have an older iPhone mini and I cannot get to the sign in button on the app Home Screen, which makes it impossible to sign into the app and thus worthless. I can see the sign up for free button and the top edge of what looks like it should be a sign in button but I can’t scroll to see it..Version: 2.0.0
✓ Says I’m Elite but only shows free offers!Paid $49+tax for Premium then paid another $199+tax to upgrade to Elite a few days later so I could see international deals (with that said, Going should be refunding me my initial $49+tax). My Membership Status says Elite but I cant access any fare “deals” claiming I need to upgrade to view. At this point I’m only seeing what a Free Membership would get. I find myself just navigating to the website to really be able to sort and filter through the content I want to look at. ✓ Not really functionalI took the trial on the full version as I am an international traveller and get exhausted looking for deals. Once installed I put in my next destination, Manila in the Philippines. Not found. Then put in five more recent ones that are more off the beaten path: Yerevan, Tashkent, etc. App did not recognize any of them. I plan to go to Dubai next year so figured that would be more popular and yes it found that airport. But none of the other airports were found and I was not able to save any future alerts even for Dubai. So far I see no value and cancelled my subscription. Appears to be functional only for very popular destinations although I was surprised that even Manila was not found..Version: 2.2.0

✓ Lack of customization makes it uselessThe deals look great until you see they're with certain airlines that won't even give you a carry on. So by the time you customize your flight, the price is far higher than promised. This would be remedied if you could filter airlines or include bag costs as you can with Google flights. But this app has zero customization settings. Makes it pretty pointless to use. Google flights is far more effective.Version: 3.0.0

✓ Launched this app way too earlyThe website is great to find deals. This app is not. I could take a flight to the other side of the country and come back before this app loads. I get notifications about flight deals but when I click it it just gets stuck on the opening logo animation screen. The 2 stars is mainly because you offer a great free trial unlike many other companies and the website is good. However, It’s clear you invested more in UI Design than you did in UX or Engineering. I’ll just stick to the website :).Version: 3.1.0
