✗ RX renewals very difficult to obtainAll of my prescriptions on record have been prescribed for years. The option to renew in this app does not work. All of them are “locked” despite this switch over from the far more efficient Follow My Health. I have to literally send a message to submit my request which is then ignored. Processing time is three days but I still wind up calling my PCP’s office at least twice to get it moving along. Follow My Health processed and sent my RX to my pharmacy the same day. It’s frustrating and disappointing. A patient shouldn’t have to “work” to have their medication..Version: 1.0.7
