✓ Severe ink problemsInserted new ink a while ago, printed only a few pages, a half a dozen at most. Tried to print an important document today, black ink won’t work apart from slight broken bits and very scarce black ink. Spent over an hour cleaning the print heads several times, re aligned and continued to try to get black to print, after over 20 wasted papers I’ve had to give up. These inks were relatively new they did work but will not work now. So a single star, I tried to speak to anyone but no chance. Cannot speak to anyone. My HP Envy won’t be used again..Version: 1.2.1

✓ Why so complicatedPrevious home printers have attached automatically via wifi. After an hour I have linked only my phone to the printer. The screen is tiny close to unreadable. You can only load a couple of pieces of paper and they tend to load crookedly. My desire to not have a unit that used printer cartridges has not been rewarded.
