✓ Can’t cancel trial membershipI signed up for trial subscription with the highest membership they offer. Unfortunately it’s limited. It does not allow for spaces such as hallways, laundry rooms, walk-in closets or stair landings. immediately I went to cancel that membership since those are the items I needed and the app doesn’t offer them. There was no option to cancel except to request cancellation by opening a request ticket. I sent the message immediately. Two months later I’m still waiting for a reply or for my membership to be canceled. I am still getting charge and I have now sent a second message requesting the cancellation. I will update this review once somebody answers or my membership gets canceled as I’ve requested a couple times already. Through the windows it's obvious that my office is downtown in a high rise and when I selected the "zen" design, the app generated an office in some kind of a bamboo forest. I cannot plant a bamboo forest going 27 floors high in downtown Toronto!! The next day, I tried using the app for my house, but it didn't work at all! ✓ Forced review & misleadingI didn’t get a chance to explore the app when it forced me to either give it a thumbs up or thumbs down. Literally not even 30 seconds into the app. Rated high probably because of this tactic. Once I got a chance to use app I realized that it does not do what TikTok advertised it to do. It does not take your furniture and rearrange it. It just takes your room (best it goes) and gives ideas on styles you could do which would require a total makeover for your home. 🤦🏻♀️.Version: 1.4.2

But the options we were getting from the app were hard to understand (artefacts, etc). 1. It produces artefacts, many photos it generated did not make sense. It is especially bad with mirrors, glass door etc, but not only. 2. Feature request: it would be great if you could chose, which items you do not want to be changed. I.e. you take a picture of your living room which is half furnished. It would be great to be able to mark which items/furniture you do not want the app to change, I.e. I want to keep my couch and the coffee table , but suggest me changes for the rest. 3 Feature request: it would be great to be able to change for example wall colours with a few clicks. Example: I like the idea that the app has generated, but I would like to see it with different wall, carpet, flooring colour. We will be closely looking at the app development but currently we could not have achieve what we wanted (clear ideas easy to address without artefacts that do not make sense).
