What is BlueBeast - Yamaha EX5 Library? Description of BlueBeast - Yamaha EX5 Library 3997 chars

Released in 1998, this was the first synthesizer I actually fell in love with. The EX5 was way beyond its time as it featured Analog Modeling, Virtual Acoustic Modeling, FDSP multi-Synthesis Modeling and of course sample playback. With a mixture of all of these sound synthesis techniques, the EX5 was literally a Blue Beast®. We were not able to capture all of the virtual modeling, but what we were able to capture was the warmth, phatness, and essence of the machine. We also were able to convert the analog waveforms into our own Phat Table™ format to capture all of the analog goodness of the VL technology. What you get in this virtual instrument is a beautifully sampled nostalgic representation in the spirit of the EX5. This is by far the most exhaustive and meticulously sampled EX5 virtual instrument, and is the closest you will ever get to the real thing.

• Factory Presets -
• Raw Waveforms - We give you access to the RAW Waveforms so that you can re-create some of your favorite patches. Our synthesis and effects are powerful enough to get very close!
• Analog AN Recreated - Using our exclusive PhatTabe™ technology, we were able to capture the analog warmth of the AN waveforms. We also included the classic PWM as well.
• Sampled VL Sounds - Using our custom analog gear, we meticulously sampled the heck out of each waveform--maintaining the depth, velocities, and warmth of the EX5.
Yamaha Navigation - The interface and design is structured using the same 4-element oscillators as the original hardware, so you will feel right at home when programming.
Advanced Synthesis - We used our own PhatTable™ technology to model the AN waveforms, including PWM. We also include Analog modeling filters and effects.
High Quality Effects - We use the classic Overloud® VKFX for our effects suite, along with many analog modeled effects. Our effects very high quality and can be assigned to modulation sources as well.
Dynamic Modulation - Right+Click on any knob or widget and assign a dynamic envelope, Modwheel and/or LFO modulator. You can MIDI learn any knob or widget for real-time control as well.

✗ App insta-crashes on fresh installFeedback for dev; app crashes on first and subsequent opening. App storage was defaulted to iCloud but changing to “on my iPad” in iPad settings allowed the app to open and begin factory sounds download. iPad Pro 12.9 2022 2tb P.s. I absolutely hate the GM logo in your apps. It has the same effect on me as seeing comic sans font, cheap and nasty. ✗ Congratulations…GM has the worst iOS product downloading experienceI have downloaded more synth apps and expansion packs over the years than I care to admit… BUT GM Gospel products for the iOS platform are the worst. After stupidly being patient and give GM one more chance by purchasing yet another synth from GM (Blue Beast), I have realised again that I have paid for a GM product with a convoluted flawed method for multiple partial downloads for sound packs. I have no problems with downloading any other synths and their sound packs from any other developer except GM. After 3 days of persisting with this synth and in the past with their other synth products which I have had the same problems, I vow that I will NEVER buy another GM Product. Dont wont waste your money till they develop a new system for downloading their sound expansion packs for the end user..PooderdownVersion: 2.0.1
