✓ Amazing Program!101BeforeOne has been a lifesaver for our family when it comes to baby led weaning! We have the printed copy of the book, but having all the info in app form is fantastic, especially if you’re on the go. ✓ MUST HAVE!101 before one has hands down been the best resource for my 15 month old. I started using their recipes when he was about 9 months old, and use so many still to this day. He loves the oatmeal breakfast “cookies”, butternut squash pasta sauce, and the broccoli egg bites. I love being able to cook nutritious meals for the whole family, while including our little one. He’s already checked off 60+ foods from his 101 checklist! ✓ Worth itWe used a different meal plan (Fresh20) when it was just my husband and me, but those meals always took a long time to prepare. Now we have our daughter, I wanted meal plans that could help us with her and BLW. I purchased the app & book on sale right after Christmas and I’m so glad I did! There’s a lot of educational info about BLW and the meals are so good and easy to prepare. My husband and I both work full time, so I was worried this would be another meal plan that took too long, but they actually are pretty quick.
