✓ App crashes constantlyThis constantly crashes upon opening it. I have to close all the other apps or restart my phone. I’m paying $9.99 per months and I’m not able to use this for my business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WHITEPAGES OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR APP. This app is a headache, I have given the developers some other suggestions and they still have not corrected the problem.Version: 5.1.10
✓ Absolutely pathetic resultsI tried one number that was harassing me and it found it was coming from a telephone tower and it was a land line. All that detail, wow! I gave Intellis the benefit of the doubt and background checked myself. Age was 20 years out, I was married to somebody I’ve never heard of. Not an auspicious start. It’s been approximately 30 mins since I downloaded it and 30 secs later I deleted it. Pretty layout though..Version: 5.1.10
✓ DisappointedWhen you go on their website it is free just put in their phone number before they give any information they want to be paid this is misleading and less we take it off the website free of charge I think this is ridiculous that when you go on their site it says free them before they give you the information they want to charge you that’s fraud mail leave and I’m going to try to press it on Joel.Version: 5.2.0

✓ 95% wrong info.Searched my roommates #, ( he's had over 4 yrs) and it comes up with some girls name, address , and other personal info. I know it's his I call it a couple Tim's a day, I've had to borrow it , and use it. I transfer my calls to it when my phone was acting up , his kids call him on that # . His boss his father all use that # . But not according to this site!!!! Use a fee site and save your money. But their all lies, I'm on a mission to find real!!!!.Version: 5.2.5
✓ App doesn’t workUsed this app multiple times in the past few years and worked fine now I can’t log into the app. Says to update user information and when I submit the information a box pops up and says an unknown error has occurred. Meanwhile I can login to the website on my browser just fine!?.Version: 5.2.5
✓ Fraudulent chargesI signed up for the free two day trial, and cancelled the subscription indisputable immediately afterwards so I would not be charged. The app still charged me, and when I requested a refund from Apple, which they said they would refund the charge, the subscription was still charged to my credit card. Beware of the scam this app is running and do not sight up for the "free" trial unless you want to pay for it..Version: 5.1.10
✓ Please cancel my accountYou do not make it easy to cancel and it’s taken me two days to get to this point. You may not charge me anything or I will contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General and anyone else I need to. ✓ Not so hotThis app is extremely inaccurate! I guess you get what you pay for but geesh! I have not found one accurate phone number yet. ✓ “Having trouble connecting”This app worked great when I used it over a year ago. Suddenly the app kept saying: “Profile Now Unlocked”. Followed by, “We are having trouble connecting. Please close the app and reopen it in a few minutes”. Like a fool I have tried at least 5 other times and each time was charged $1.99. I did this each time hoping it would work as good as it used to. ✓ Not as good as you think.The app will get stuck most of the times I will get in, information is maybe 40% accurate on the person or the number you put it. Only 5% if at all will find you social network account and it doesn’t even make sense because most of the people have Facebook or Twitter or Instagram. They charge Waymore than the rest of the apps that will give you the same type of service. It doesn’t look like they’re updating their database often or anything in the app or in the Versions..Version: 5.1.10
✓ Good search App.Find what you're looking for but all information may not be correct. Application is fairly good with details but does miss on minor points. ✓ Did not get reports I orderedI got an email that they could not provide the report I ordered because they could not confirm my order by phone. I don’t answer numbers I don’t recognize and I can’t answer while working. I had no idea they would need to call me. They refunded the report but not my membership which I only got inadvertently when trying to order the report..Version: 5.1.10
✓ Needs ImprovementI have used this app since IOS 10 and now with IOS 11.4. FOR 2 Years now when I tap on the app the orange screen opens but it never changes to the search page unless I double tap to see all apps open, then it will show the search page but most of the time it is unresponsive and won't let me type in the info for a search. No matter how many times I close the app the same thing keeps happening. Only occasionally does the app work correctly. This being a paid app surely someone in the Company can fix this problem. When this app works it works great and has been extremely useful to me. I hope it can be improved and I can update my review with a better rating..Version: 5.1.5
✓ Discriminates against those of us who you screen readerI thought I would get the app and try after the website was a total bomb with screen reader. The website has a recapture that doesn’t have an audio challenge to it nor does it even let screen reader know it’s a recapture it just says image, image, image. And it won’t let you go past that with screen reader. When I called customer service they just advised me to use it with a friend that’s not convenient. But I thought I would give this app a try. The app just absolutely does nothing when using it with screen reader. It is very obvious that this company does not care about those of us that you screen reader and therefore I don’t care about this company..Version: 5.2.5
✓ App works fine, but...I use the app off and on. While it works, it doesn’t always provide usable information. For instance: recently I was spam-called several times a week by a company I’d never heard of, much less had any direct contact with. Intellius was unable to provide more than a general location. A google search of the number, however, turned up the corporate name and address. Unfortunately, while this isn’t the standard response, it happens too often for my satisfaction. To unsubscribe, you are supposed to go to iTunes Store settings... yet - at least on MY phone - there is nothing there to facilitate such an action. Bad design, that.Version: 5.1.8
✓ Owe me money!I had the intelius app 3 to 4 years ago and I paid 9.99 dollars a month which it was well worth it. Then it went away. Recently I searched for it in the App Store and downloaded it, when I opened it I was informed that there was no data to be imported and I was to open the website thru safari. I did , and then searched a number and I was promptly directed to the page where I was told to get the info I was seeking I could pay 4.95, which I did and was given just a name and I could get all information if I paid more. Very disappointed, and I want my 4.95 back.Version: 5.2.5
✓ Total scamFirst off after you download the app they say apple has banned them from showing you this information and redirected you to a website. Yet all these other apps on the App Store have no problem working. Then there’s the pricing and website it says one price but when you go thru the whole process it then Tells you it’s a completely different price in the fine print. ✓ Not Accurate Information On MyselfI decided to run my own number and self on the app. It does not only not have my accurate number, but much of the information including places of employment, residence, and current phone numbers are inaccurate. And it says my telephone number I’ve had for years belongs to someone else! How is that even possible to leave that much false information on what should be a very reputable app? It’s so far fetched at that. The good thing is I now have a name of who perhaps uses my number as there’s and I get a ton of calls from a debt collector for that person/them. I would pay for the service if it addressed and fixed these huge issues. And put a real fix out there to prevent unknown callers from continually bugging. Not right..Version: 5.1.11
✓ App Not WorkingI have been using Intelius services for 20+ years, and the APP for approximately 5 years. I have always been very satisfied with their products and services and personally believe they’re second to none when it comes to accuracy and reliability, and the data I have found that has always allowed me to keep my family safe. My only complaint is with the app. I would typically give Intelius a 5 * rating, but I can no longer open my reports- even when I am paid in full. I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place, and would appreciate if somebody could post something as to why I am unable to open my reports using iOS latest version. ✓ App vs desktopThe app versus the desktop are like tow different companies. The old desktop was so much netter, the new desktop so much slower and tje format completely changed. What if your favorite car maker when making an update to your car changed your turn signal lever from the left side of the steering column to the right, and put the gas pedal on the left and the. Rake on the right ? Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. You made it so much slower that I have started using another service. I still use the app, but it has never worked similarly to the desktop..Version: 5.2.0
