✓ Problem when importing images - iPad ProThis is a great app overall, however when you try to import images, the first one comes in but no matter what you choose for the second or subsequent images, the first image is just repeated. Can we get a fix please?.Version: 2.8.2

✓ Expected BetterCan’t edit the sound effects, and there is a limited selection of available clips included in the app despite being a paid app. Additional clips cost extra. ✓ It’s okIntroMate is an okay intromate. The fact that you have to buy it is not the best considering there are a lot better apps you can use for free. The intros are quite basic. You can edit the text, change colour and change the music. Personally I would recommend using a website on google called ‘Panzoid’. There are tons of already made intros that are a lot more complex and cool. You can edit the text and everything on that as well along with making your own from scratch. Overall I think this app is okay but I wouldn’t pay for it..Version: 2.5.4
✓ Looks great but..😕I was on the App Store looking for a intro maker this looked cool so I thought I would get it be it has the stuff I’m looking for although when I opens the app it didn’t let me in at all!! Then I saw it was because I had to be on IOS 9.2 or something l witch was disappointing because the latest version is 13.3 and I’m on it.. all in all I wish that you upgrade it so that everyone who wants it can use it without having trouble with the IOS version! 😢😉😕.Version: 2.5.4
✓ Confused...I love the app so far however I’m a little confused on how to add music. It’s working fine but when I export the music. It doesn’t show up or play. ✓ Used to be great...This app used to be great! But it’s been allowed to go stale with no new additions free or otherwise. I’m also getting compatibility issues with KineMaster and having to screen record exported files to get around it..Version: 2.5.1

✓ Needs tiny bit of work.I mean it’s great. I CANT lie about that. The only problem is..well, I wish we could add some music to it. Like our own music we own. Now that would be GREAT! But also, it may just be me not knowing how to work things, but can’t we change the background color? And more color choices...like gray or like light blue. That would also be awesome. For example, in the one where the confetti pops out and your name pops up, we should be able to change the color of the confetti. ✓ Massive disappointmentSo I have been looking for an intro maker, and a lot say you can “add your own videos” well this one totes the same lie. You can add your own videos, but it will only allow the video to play on their terms. What do I mean? I mean you don’t get to choose when your video comes in to play, They do. I tried countless times to put my Video as the intro and use the apps limited editing to make a cool intro customized for me. But you can’t, and I wasted 4$ to find this out. ✓ I want a refund, within minutes I see faults with appI am so not pleased, I just purchased this app and it is not of any use. I can’t rotate the numbers, pictures can’t tilt, nothing special to the app at all. There are pictures on some templates, but they can’t be replaced so if you add your photo it would be placed to the rear. Meaning your pictures won’t show. I asked for a refund, I had it less than 5 minutes and noticed all issues. Please refund my money.......NO STARS Ok I simply said NO STARS but their website won’t let me submit my complaint without rating stars.......Version: 2.5.4
