✓ A TRUE blessing 😂I have panic attacks from hyperventilating and I feel like I'm going to die from choking and I'm fine but it gives me a horrible feeling the next day like there going to come back at any moment. It has lots of exercise videos and exercise tips for panic attacks it even has relaxing sounds you can mix like flute rain birds and purring from a cat! ✗ Decent but very rudimentary for anyone who's been in therapy.Helpful but not very comprehensive. Nice selection of appropriate and effective tools. I do wish there was more though. As least double the amount. I really appreciate the pictures with affirmations. I would love different albums of photo affirmations. Maybe an album of water. An album of forests. An album of animals.
