✓ Works perfectlySimple and awesome user experience. I managed to link a Bluetooth device and map the second dial to the volume of my secondary device. My 700 stealth headset works great on a ps5/iPhone combination allowing sound and control on both at the same time with the multiple dials and mapping settings. Thanks!.Version: 3.6

✓ Great easy to useFor people using iOS and are trying to connect the super amp, go onto your mobile device settings and then Bluetooth, I know simple so far isn’t it?? Hold the button on the side of your super amp and it will start to flash and then pair it to your phone... once done then open the app and it shall work.. magic 😂.Version: 2.6.9

Anyone complaining about not being able to update firmware app might not understand how firmware works and sometimes it requires a hardwired PC connection to update. ✓ Useful info.When the app is searching for a headset, turn the headset off and on again. WHILE THE APP IS SEARCHING FOR IT. This allowed the app to find my headset and change settings. I hope this works for others as this work around works for me.Version: 3.2

I just don’t like how these turtle beach don’t connect rapidly although it says design for Xbox. ✓ Bluetooth Issues at every CornerI’ve had this app since launch it actually worked when it released too! But now bluetooth connectivity seems to be rocket science for them to figure out its been 3 years since the app worked the best solution i could find is if you reset your device to an old update (in my case the audio mix amp) & connect that way but even so the app work correctly sliding the slider to chat makes the game louder & sliding the slider to game makes the chat louder. All this to say is that the app doesn't work at all unless you can get the bluetooth to connect than it works well.Version: 3.14.8

✓ 700 Gen 2 MaxOnly down fall is, I had to update my firmware and the gen 2 max has a USB transmitter. In order to update the transmitter and headset have to be both connected. My laptop only has one USB port. So I had to wait and borrow a buddy's laptop who had two ports. The hub should maybe let you do it simultaneously to avoid having to do it at the same time. ✓ What’s people’s problem?Right having seen the reviews on this app when I first brought the head set I thought great it won’t even connect to the app properly what other issues will I have. The answer is none I clicked the Bluetooth device on the head then clicked the app to open and boom it connect. I have a iPhone 7 Plus. Make sure you’ve updated your phone. Could be a reason why. ✓ Read this if app can’t see headsetJust got the turtle beach gen 2 700, connects to PS4 fine but the app can’t see it. First you’ve got to connect via the Bluetooth settings in your phone and can use them as traditional headphones which is cool. However, you’ve got to update the firmware on the headset before it can work on the app. Plug into your pc/mac (both wire and headset and the usb adaptor piece) and download the turtle beach audio Hub for your computer. It’ll spend a few minutes updating and once it’s all up to date - the app worked instantly and I could play about with EQ..Version: 3.2
