✓ DisappointingContinued to lose journal entires when logging in in on my iPhone and iPad. I have now deleted the app after customer service not providing an answer on how to preventing this happening. Good app apart from this..Version: 1.3
✓ Not able to change colorOverall the app is impressive, however, I was not able to change my time bars in different colors. Color in such an important feature to improve clarity and productivity. Please make it more visible and easier to change. The user guide was not helpful as well... I would not use it anymore if I’m not able to change the color..Version: 6.6.1
✓ Great app butThis is a great app but it has an annoying habit of losing journal updates if your network connection is lost. I'd recommend writing long updates in another app and cutting/pasting until this problem is resolved. 5 star without this problem..Version: 2.0
✓ Adding milestones was much easierThis is a great app I must say. I have used it for over two years. I have updated the app regularly. Some of the upgrades have been great and some old features have also been restored in consequent versions e.g. dragging and sorting goals as per personal preferences. The main sell of this app for me has always been completing intermediate milestones towards one goal. The data I generate gives me a picture of where I currently am and how far I need to go for one goal. To give an example some of my goals have every chapter of an enormous book. Otherwise what is the point of tracking progress right? Hence it would be great if the developer re-added the quick milestones feature of the past. Currently I need to go through three pages to add one intermediate milestone. This is so cumbersome that I have stopped adding intermediate milestones. And it means I don’t generate goal progress data. In the past version I could do that in one page with milestones simply moving down. I could also copy units or part of the milestone phrase to quick add multiple intermediate milestones. I hope the developer can restore that feature in the current cleaner interface. It’s great to see improvements and refinements but it is also important to maintain some core features that made our lives so much easier. If this is restored I will give 5 stars. And of course another positive review. Thanks for making this great app!.Version: 6.1
✓ Privacy ConcernI didn’t realize when I purchased this app that all of my tasks, goals, notes, etc goes on their server. For me, that’s unnecessary because I don’t need to sync any of this data to any of my other devices and especially not their server(s). Since this is a big deal to me, I have to give this app a low rating. Otherwise, it would have gotten a higher rating from me..Version: 5.1.1
✓ No Longer Syncs to IOS Reminders 😡Nothing is more frustrating than when a developer takes away a function of an app without notice. There was nothing in the “What’s new” portion of this page that warned that this function would go away. It really pisses off current users and negatively affects a developers credibility. I liked using the evening routine of using this app to plan my next day and add activities that would show up the native IOS Reminders app. Granted reminders were only unidirectional, ie reminders added to the Reminders app could not be imported to this app, but at least they were there. Syncing with Reminders is useful because the Reminders app is integrated with Siri and Shortcuts. I use those reminders with another calendar app that I like better than the native IOS calendar or the calendar feature on this app. I had a system I could easily manage and now it is broken. In other words, just having this app send a reminder through notifications is not good enough and shows that the developer lacks imagination when it comes to use cases. It’s a shame, because this was the best goal setting app I have found, but now it’s usefulness is incredibly decreased..Version: 6.5
✓ Would be the industry leader ...butI would pay (more) for all of the features across your endless apps, to just be in one app. It is such an infuriating business model that you have. It’s clearly a cash grab & you would build such a bigger loyalty out of me (& perhaps other customers too) if you could just subscribe to one app that has all the features and perhaps all the individual apps can be your way of funnelling new customers to the main app which has everything. I hate that every time I pay for another app/feature/premium you end up finding out that there are features you only get by buying yet ANOTHER app subscription ...or even then pay more just to use the Desktop version properly. ✓ Room for improvementI had used this app for like 2 days and I liked it, but after few days all my tasks were gone. Moreover, the app started crashing on my iPhone 11. I do not know what real problem is but, I think they can do better. Seller/ Dev I want to request for refund for my subscription as I had canceled my subscription but, it is saying that you have been charged on my bank account..Version: 6.6.3
✓ Would have been nice had it workedI used this app when it was new. It was simple, but effective. For some reason I got out of the habit of using it. After hearing about the updates I decided to try it again. It was fine until I got to the goals page. I tried to set a goal and it said that I had reached my limit of three goals. When I tried to see the goals it only showed one. When I tried again to add a goal it said I had reached the limit of three. I deactivated the account, thinking that would clear it so I could start over. No. I couldn't re-register or reactivate the account. I then got an email saying that if I had a paid membership I should cancel payment. I had planned to. Thank goodness I didn't spend money on this!.Version: 6.2.4

✓ A good idea, but complicatedI use it from time to time, and it can be helpful, but often complicated. A goal like losing weight doesn't appear to be trackable, as graphs want to go up, not down, and I can't find a way to tell it I have completed a goal. ✓ Sick of apps not working with password managersWhen an application requires that you create a password and usernane and doesn’t allow you to paste or generate passwords with the built in capabilities or extended capabilities it is useless to me. Cut/paste isn’t allowed so I can’t make it anywhere and on the account creation screen it inexplicably limited you to putting the password on the bottom password but not the first one since it makes you enter twice. None of the iOS cut/paste prompts come up so unable to copy and paste it out of it. If you require an account it’s mandatory you get this working. Especially in an app that wants money for features this isn’t adware this is a software package we want to give you cash to use. Can’t get past the start screen because can’t create a secure login really hard to evaluate and pay money for something..Version: 6.8.7

✓ Great app but missing something and bit expensiveIs a great app. It has all the things in one that makes it so simple. However, to really use it, you need to pay for pro or premium subscription which I’m okay with but the price is a lot higher compared to some other. ✓ Confusing & demandingThis app seems good in the outset but it constantly reminds you of things you need to do and becomes nagging. Plus the reminder badges don’t refer you to anything and you have to troll through the entire app to find out what it relates too. I spent way too much time trying to work out out the app works. ✓ A lot of confusion!Dear to whom it may concern, Your idea and concept are great. However, I find terrifyingly disturbing the fact that you offer so many apps/services with the same goal in mind, the same features, same layout, UX & UI, different domain websites and the same content but with a different title. You don't even give a little explanation of the existential reason for each of these apps, in what order they should be considered when starting, their price difference and how they should be used. I heard of you years ago but didn't use you for too long due to many bugs back then, but now, I was willing to give it a try again as I started following Brian Tracy recently. Some can call the service overpriced, and it can be justifiable if appropriately used to boost your performance and life achievements. But the fact that your pricing is so confusing and different from each of your apps, considering that they are loaded with the same features, I feel like you are tricking your users into paying whatever price they end up seeing on any of your apps. Also, I checked your social media for updates and recent activity; your last YouTube post was a year ago; it would be pretty exciting if you could offer certain personal development content surrounding your service, perhaps with leading authors, successful people, etc.; and not only using Brian as the leading brand ambassador. Coming back to the main point. Goals Wizard, why does it even exist? Its account is not even synchronised with your other apps. Please do us all a favour and delete all the unnecessary apps and release an universal app that does everything & everything is well structures and explained. Step by step guided lessons on how to use your platform and how would life benefit from using your app, and then I will, and for sure, everyone else would be much likely to accept such prices..Version: 7.5

✓ Learning curveI found the organization of the interface and the structure of the goals, activities, rituals, etc. confusing. It was impossible to tell at a glance how all the pieces fit together. The interface does not clearly communicate how to interact with elements, making it hard to tell whether a tap or swipe will mark something as completed, delete it, move it, get more information, etc. I could find no way of easily undoing an accidental completion of a task. And what's up with the points system? That seemed gratuitous. And all the reflection prompts felt really annoying—but chock that one up to having to do so many useless reflection tasks in grade school. In short, I found the way this app is organized to be confusing and unhelpful. I would have to spend an hour or more just to figure out the most basic functions. You may find it easier to use than me, but I didn't find this app helpful at all..Version: 3.5

✓ Wish the Free Version Wasn’t Just a DemoI really, really enjoyed everything about this app. The functionality was great, the activities and goal linking were really motivating, and the evening routine was great for ending the day in a thoughtful note. Previously, I had rated this app five stars. And then I hit my forty activity cap that comes in the free version. The app is essentially broken now unless I subscribe to the pro plan (which is a monthly fee). Honestly, the app is good enough that I AM considering going pro...but the fact that the free version essentially had a limited lifespan before basically forcing you into the paid plan by restricting the app’s usefulness is pretty disappointing. Would much rather have had the functions just limited to free version/paid version features, vs a free version that stops working as well (ie. Like Evernote, Todoist, Trello, etc). Leaves me feeling pretty let down as a consumer by an app I had been really enjoying....Version: 6.2.5
✓ Very BusyI doubt you will be focused or get much done with this app, because it takes too many touches and reading of options and entry fields in order to enter any info or take any action. Better structure, and hiding most entry behind icons, would be big improvements. I just could not get past the tech friction. ✓ Confusing, poorly designed, and exploitive.I set a goal and could not find it, so I set the goal again. Once I had set the goal a second time, it showed me a list of goals, including the first one, which had gotten lost due to a poorly designed GUI... and it gave me no option to delete that goal. Then it counted the duplicate goal — caused by poor interface design — toward my three free goals, after which I would need to pay. It’s absurd, and offensive, and I feel the company owes me money. “But you didn’t pay anything!” I WASTED VALUABLE TIME, because these programmers were thoughtless and mercenary..Version: 6.2.1
