Can not enter Email ?Can not create leads or contacts using either iPhone or iPad with an email address! Every single time whatever the email address you add it says “ Enter a valid email address”. It just about works.The app connects and works if you have patience. Bit sluggish here and there. Quite a bit easier to go through a web browser if you need to spend some time on it. Becoming more unresponsive on iPadThe last few updates have not been performance improvements, but quite the opposite. Quick lead and activity entries have slowed to a crawl. I have to sit and wait several seconds for the app to respond to my taps and typing. The lag between what I tap/type and what is entered into the field has increased to the point where I cannot use my device to quickly log my activity. What used to take minutes now wastes time. Mobile access to CRM is supposed to be designed for quick data entry, right?.Version: 13.20042.5

Not a chance for iPadSeems like others like for iPhone so maybe try that but doesn't work on iPad. Can't change between different account and activity views which renders it useless. Terrible just use the mobile webpageHad old ipad, did not support. have brand new ipad air2, does not work, am not sure what limited sliver of platform this app will actually work with, works fine on my iphone actually its just a mirror of the mobile web crm version, so guess its really pointless to have this app anyway was part of the team that selected crm over salesforce and have regretted ever since, unbelievable large company like microsoft has not been able to put better mobile solution to crm, as its a sales tool and most sales professionals work in the field on the road.Version: 2.0.25

Literally unusableI am forced to use this abysmal product which barely works online let alone via outlook but it breaks all levels of frustration and disappointment on the iPad. As the title says it's literally unusable on the iPad and don't even try it on the iPhone, it's pointless. I want to get in and get out when updating my CRM. The less time I can spend the better but Dynamics seems to have a different view. It's slow, unresponsive, incredibly frustrating and just poorly implemented. To write up an appointment takes a ridiculous amount of time and I have just given up and gone back to my the online version from my computer. A Horrible & Frustrating ExperienceNo matter what I try I cannot get this App to connect to our Office 365 Online application. I keep getting “We can’t find any apps for your role.” Message and there is nothing on the web to sort this out. I copied and pasted the URL right from Safari on iPad, so I know the url is correct. Advanced Find ViewApp has been pretty fluid. Everything was working perfectly till the advanced find view stop retrieving results. It just errors out now. This is a big issue for my company since the reporting entity isn't available I was leaning on the advanced views as a alternate way to pull custom results.Version: 2.0.30

Have un-install and re-install all the timeThis is a very frustrating app. I have to uninstall and reinstall all the time. Every time I try to add an opportunity from the left drop down list it gives me an error code and the grey menu button on the bottom right disappears. On my desktop it works ok, but is not user friendly most of the time there either. My IT eat, even suggest that I don't use the menu on the left to add an opp that way. I have to find a customer first and then add an opportunity from that menu. Very irritating..Version: 2.0.26

Slow and clunkyI think Microsoft tried to make this work, but it’s not a great experience. For example, when you switch between Dynamics and any other app on your ipad, it forgets what page you were on. So if you want to cut and paste details from an email or website into a record, it takes you all the way through the startup page and to your default view. So you are forced to navigate back through to where you were. This isn’t helped by the general slowness of the Dynamics backend, so even on a Gigabit Internet connection, the whole application doesn’t feel very responsive by today’s standards. It’s fair to say that this isn’t a modern looking iPad app, and in fact just looks like a web app that is supposed to be optimised for an iPad sized device. They haven’t taken into account any of the advantages of being a proper iPad application, with the responsiveness and ease of use we have all come to expect by well developed mobile applications. The iPhone version suffers from all the same issues by the way. I’m hoping they will put some time into improving this over time!.Version: 13.22093.16

Needs more work to be useful !!Primary issue is that the app does not connect with CRM 2013. We provide path, and app does not appear to locate path to on-premise service. It may be this app only connects to on-line service, and that is our problem, but there is no feedback or error message to advise the user. CRM 2013 is promising. Mobility is important to us, so I am sure this issue will be corrected in time. We are CRM 2011 and operating CRM 2013 in a "sandbox" for the time being. Planned deployment for CRM 2013 is Q1, so would be nice to have this app functional for on-premise before end of Q1..Version: 1.0.51

Why?Just done update. UI looks bald with missing grid lines. Signature page may as well be blank. Column on left flows through whole signature page giving room just to the right of the screen for signing. Can’t re-open attachment taken by camera on iPad. App short of featuresIt's a great app for a few quick thinks and check on existing content in the system. However falls short of creating new appointments, tasks, projects, and most importantly connecting to outlook. So far I've seen no way of connecting emails to a project via the ipad or phone. Also creating an email regarding a project (opportunity) inside the app. This would be the first thing I'd like to see added..Version: 3.2.0.39

Too SlowThe system is too SLOW. They need to develop a LITE version for sales or train users to understand how to limit some of the functions. Ipad issuesThis app works great every time on the iphone, but only worked the first time on the ipad. Horrible app. I would give it 0 stars if the review let meHave been trying to work with Dynamics for the past year. My company has attempted to use Dynamics and integrate it to work with Outlook. Big mistake. I lost hours per day due to the program syncing with Outlook and locking access to any other part of Outlook while syncing. On average 2-3 HOURS PER WORK DAY. My IT department could not find a fix. Nor could Microsoft. It was removed and now life is good. Do not use Microsoft Dynamics. It is not dynamic at all.Version: 13.18103.5
