✓ Faultneeds fixing ASAPIf u do multiple jobs for one client with different addresses for each job. When u enter the address for invoicing for the job you have just completed it changes all the existing invoices u have done for that client to that current address. Major fault!!! Once fixed will definitely rate 5 stars. Been 2 weeks and still not fixed now with no help or returning of emails. Wish I could get my money back. This is a joke now!!.Version: 5.0.8
✓ Great app, Dashboard needs a little work though.This is a great app, however, I have one major gripe with it. In the main dashboard, it displays “outstanding” balance as the original total of all my invoices, rather than accounting for payments I may have received. For example, if I have two jobs of $200 ($400 total) and collect $100 in payments towards the invoices, rather than displaying $300 as the “outstanding” amount, it still displays $400 as outstanding. It should account for the $100 I received. That pretty much makes the dashboard useless for me, when I can’t easily look and see how much I am being owed (NOT the original amount)..Version: 4.1.3

✓ Has it’s downfall but good overallUpdated review: I basically had to start over but so far so good. I’m still terrified that I’ll lose all data again. Issue was never resolved. I had been using this app for 6 months. Everything was great until yesterday when it prompted me to renew my AUTO subscription. It could not find my information so I deleted the app and reinstalled. I login to my account and EVERYTHING is gone!!! 😭 I’m buying upset. This is a HUGE inconvenience. I have already emailed the developer, waiting on a reply. ✓ Takes the stress out of keeping track!Tiny invoice has made the process of generating invoices so easy! The process that was once an annoying task has become more of something that I look forward to. The templates available make it easy to send professional invoices with minimal effort. The app remembers the jobs and prices for easy input for any future jobs, links to my email to send them off, and is an all around joy to use. Normally I hate when apps leave prompts for me to review the product but I was more than happy to take time out to review this app. Easily my favorite invoice app that I've come across, EVER!.Version: 3.6

✓ Crashed and erased all my dataI’ve used this for three years and it has crashed twice on me. I’m not a big business so I’ve been able to make do. But it is frustrating when it logs you out and when you log back in the last years worth of invoices are gone. You don’t know what’s outstanding or anything’s as it deletes everything. I hope they can fix this issue and recover the lost info. It’s too bad because other than this it really is simple and effective..Version: 5.1.0
✓ Almost 5starsIm really happy this app is available and I hope it never goes away or starts charging to use it. I would even pay a little for it if asked. A few things to address that would change my rating to 5 stars: —I’d like the option to remove the due date. —I can’t figure out how to remove items from an invoice... so far I’ve had to redo the whole thing if I mistakenly add an item. —when I add an item, at the top of the screen are ITEM, TIME and EXPENSES tabs, but if I click on time or expenses it says “not enough information”. I wish I could use those functions , if only cuz they’ve put it out there, but at that point I just think “this is dumb” and add the stuff in items, which would be fine and probably easier overall but not being able to use these functions just makes me wonder what I’m missing out on. This seems kinda dumb. Either make it easy to use and/or functional or take the option out cuz every time I get to that screen I’m compelled to click on the time and expenses tabs just to see if I can use them, and I never can so it’s just wasting my time. Other than that, this is a great app. I only make a few invoices a month so it’s not worth paying what other apps charge. I don't need anything fancy. ✓ Would I pay for this App?Actually yes I would, it is so easy to open and produce an invoice, purchase order in only minutes. The result is a professional, clear and concise document that shows the customer / supplier we are serious. I only hope that the app is constantly upgraded with every new software update version. ✓ 5 Years and Still The Best!I’ve been using Tiny Invoice for over 5 years now and still absolutely love it. I’m a freelance filmmaker so I often have to send an invoice for labor or rental fees to a production company. This app makes it very easy and lets me send off a simple, custom, and professional invoice. Since I’m often not at my home office while working in the field it’s super helpful to be able to quickly make and send invoices right from my iPhone. I use other apps to help me with my freelance bookkeeping such as QuickBooks Self-Employed. I love that app for record keeping but their invoice system is horrible compared to Tiny Invoice. This app has only gotten better over the years and it’s always been great for what I need. I have tried a few other invoicing apps over the years and none have ever been as simple to use and free of charge as Tiny Invoice. I found it tallied all my invoices , plus tells you the amount outstanding. I require a deposit for my bookings and I can easily go in and update the paid portion of the invoice when the client sends the money through . Then I discovered you can take a picture of your expenses receipts and record them. This is becoming such a help to me. I really think it’s a great app! ✓ Best invoicing app I’ve found after many.I run a small window cleaning business and just need to invoice about 20 customers per month. Tiny invoices is by far the most and intuitive and best invoicing app that I’ve tried after downloading about six altogether. For a small business like mine I don’t want to pay Expensive monthly fees so this is absolutely perfect for me. The invoices have a very nice and professional look and there are plenty of options. One thing I’d love to see which I can’t seem to do at the moment is to be able to send the invoice to more than one email address as sometimes it needs to go to accounts plus the manager. ✓ Good except for one really annoying issue!This app is great for making invoices. It has made that process so easy and it’s hard to believe that it is free! The only complaint I have is that if I press the home button or do anything to close the Touch ID window, it logs me out of the app and then I have to log back in with the password and wait for it to redownload all of my information. It is a real pain! No other app I use does this. On other apps, you just hit the Touch ID button and then the Touch ID window will pop up and I can scan my fingerprint and still get in. We do lots of quotes and needed a quick and simple app so we could measure up on site and then email a quote in the car afterwards so our clients could get their quote straight away. We use the clover for the restaurant purchases and this for catering when people need to turn in an invoice. They’ve updated the app so that an email is needed in the customer field to send the invoice, but I usually just put my own in, and forward from my own email. ✓ Almost perfectI’m a self employed music teacher, and needed something simple to generate and email invoices to my clients. It gets the job done, no hassles, easy to set up, and dependable. The only thing I would like to see is that it would be great if the iPad app and the iPhone app would sync together; in other words, set up the business one time, and then have all of the invoices and settings sync from one device to the other over iCloud. They do sync now, to a degree, but it’s not real seamless, and sometimes things fall through the cracks if you, for instance, generate an invoice on your phone, and then expect to see it on your iPad. It will eventually show up, but not immediately. Sometimes also you can take a payment on one device, apply it to a specific invoice, but the payment won’t apply to the same invoice on the other device. For the time being, I have just avoided using two devices. Stick to either iPad, or iPhone, and you’ll be totally set..Version: 4.1.3

It allows you to customize work product and merchandise, figure sales tax and send invoices both paid and due. Only glitch that I’ve found is in the reports section; it misses some payments and shows amounts due that aren’t actually unpaid. ✓ Very unhappyUpdate I’ve sent 3 emails with no response, save your money and use a different app their are plenty out there, and ones that will respond back when you have an issue. I used the free version of this app, and really liked it. I decided to upgrade the app and paid the $30 and it still says I need to upgrade and will not let me create any invoices. I’m extremely unhappy because, $30 for a app is expensive and not to be able to use it is very frustrating. I emailed customer support two days ago and have not heard anything back from them..Version: 5.0.6

✓ Great small business appI have been using the app for the last 2 years and it has worked great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is since the recent big update I have lost the ability to edit invoices properly once I have initially typed. Seems to only give me a small section and I can’t scroll up or down change prices not sure what happened..Version: 5.5.2
✓ Lost DataI’ve been using the pro version of this app for over a year and have always given it rave reviews but today i had to drop my rating to 1 star until further notice. I hope you can help. I was instructed to log back into my tiny invoice account this morning and couldn’t remember my password so I reset it. When I logged in with my new password all of my data for the past year was gone. It’s as if I have just started a new account. Please help!!! I have taxes to file and now have no records.
