Having flight tracker has not only helped me maneuver the airports to get to the appropriate gate, but I have been able to help other travelers lost in themselves due to anxiety trying to find their terminal upon landing at their connection airport. My dog is a therapy dog at Sonoma County Airport so I am often there with her. Additionally, I am a Certified Tourism Ambassador so helping passengers is job one. With this app I can easily see which flights are delayed and by exactly how long. I can also reassure the passengers once this app shows me that the flight is indeed in the air that the delay is firm so that they can accurately estimate their new arrival time.
