Best subsNo matter what sub you get from Jersey Mike’s. You know it’s fresh. You never have to ask is the bread soft like you do at Publix and other places. They have the best customer service. Fastest delivery service and they never mess up the order. The one on Village is the one I always order from and they are amazing. Sometimes when I’m at work I get the one in Royal Palm and they are just as good. I am so glad jersey mikes finally came to Florida because I remember them from New York. Best sub franchise by far. And sometimes when some thing becomes a franchise they lose The great taste but jersey mikes is the best‼️💣‼️💣‼️🙏.Version: 4.15.0

Jersey Girl gives two thumbs up!I’ve been going to the PalmSprings location for years. Pre-pandemic they had lines at lunch and on weekends... but they always moved quickly! Never had a substandard sandwich. Hard to find a good substitute hoagie and cheese steak. This is the closest I’ve found. The Manager who looks young but is so professional, provides excellent customer service and keeps the team moving. I’m glad she’s back after pandemic, she was training at another location..Version: 4.16.2

The Best!!!I recently had a spur or the moment, COVID guideline respectful, out door gathering for 12 adults. Thankfully I thought to order the Jersey Mikes box of mini subs and individual bags of chips. How perfect! The subs were fresh, delicious and so cute!!! Everyone loved them! Two boxes were plenty for our hungry guests, with some left over for lunch the next day. The staff at the Plymouth, MA shop were so helpful, professional and kind. Not only will my husband and I come back again, but my guests are fans of Jersey Mike’s as well!.Version: 4.14.1

Great app overall, could use a few improvementsJersey Mike’s has a solid app that is easy to use. However, a few additions would make it a 5-star app. For one, it would be great if you could easily re-order a previous order from your purchase history. As it is now, purchase history is just an “FYI, this is what your ordered previously.” Secondly, I would love to see more granular control over sandwich and condiment customization. It would be great if we could set the amount of a condiment (i.e. light Mayo, or extra lettuce) like you can with Chipotle. Also it would be nice if you could subtract (or request extra) specific meats on a sandwich. Like “Italian but with no pepperoni or extra pepperoni.”.Version: 4.16.2

Good app, works well, doesn’t always show all optionsIn the time of reduced product availability, this app doesn’t always show what is available at stores. For example, my local location has roast beef available, but that option is not in the app. Called the store about it and they gave me a work around to order an Italian and put roast beef I the notes. Moral of that story, if you do not see what you want, call the store. It works but it seems they could update it to be more location specific. Other than that, good app..Version: 4.11.0

As close to The Parrot sub shop in Highlands as you’ll find outside of NJ.The subs we got from the Parrot back in the seventies were always amazing. I think the cold cuts were better then and that would be my one minor beef with Mike’s. However, Mike’s spicy oil and vinegar mix is spot on so this ameliorates the poorer quality of meat. Also, the Parrot offered a hamburger sub with patties grilled on a flattop that was killer. I would strongly suggest working that into the hot menu. Overall, one of the better franchises in the food industry. Their app is convenient and efficacious..Version: 4.16.1

Need Assistance Please!I've been using this app monthly for a couple of years now and it's always worked flawlessly. I tried using it yesterday and it sent me to a web page stating "Error 1020, Access Denied". Below that it states "This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks." I tried deleting the app and re-installing but it made no difference. It does this whether I'm using my home Wi-Fi or cell network. When I click the "contact developer" link in the app store it just sends me to the Jersey Mike's home page. What's going on?.Version: 4.17.0

Love it but a little tweakHi guys!! I’ve loved using the app for pick up and delivery. Thank you! However i have twice wished there was a way you can customize a sub that isn’t on the board (as if you were walking in). For money reasons, i get you need to have a baseline for charges. Both times I’ve put the particular type of chips I’ve wanted in the “special notes” section and didn’t get the chips. I know you have different kids but they’re not all an option on the toggle switch. Today I wanted a turkey sub with American cheese. I ordered the turkey and provolone to be charged fairly, and put “AMERICAN CHEESE PLEASE” in special notes. My sandwich came with provolone. I wish there was more toggle options in the customize section, or that there was a way to start from scratch. Lyndee - Santa Rosa Rd, CamarilloI ordered on the App because the employees don’t answer the phone during lunch hour. The problem is, they ALWAYS get the order wrong. Today, it was the wrong bread. Last time, it was the wrong roll (I wanted Spinach roll, got the white). Why is it so hard to read directions????? Also, as far as I could see, there is not a place to make special requests like “extra juice or scoop the bread.” I still love their food and will continue to use them but I think they have room for improvement..Version: 4.24.0

Customer ServiceEveryone there is polite, patient and they go the extra mile. They greet you entering the store as well as leaving. If anything is incorrect on your order they offer to fix it and are very apologetic, even if the customer made the mistake. I had problems using the application in the beginning, no one was ever rude not abrasive. They even know my name and I think that's a great quality!!! If I could afford it, I would have Jersey Mike's Daily!!! Your food is always fresh. I love that your quality has not changed through the years!!! All of your stores are clean and fresh looking always... Thank you so much for hiring customer oriented staff!!!.Version: 4.23.0

DelightfulWe are very pleased with our Jersey Mikes Sandwiches , App & Delivery people. The “in Shop “ or “in store” experience is lacking in that we frequently find dirty chairs & tables at both this location & South Fry. The customers throw their trash away but the staff doesn’t clean the tables & chairs so it’s unappetizing to eat there. Sadly. Maybe you should put sanitizing & dissecting wipes out for customers to clean up their table & chairs as the staff doesn’t do it/ often enough for the high customer Turn over. Chairs & table are frequently dirty leaving the customer to eat in their car. Not pleasant..Version: 4.26.0

An app for the adventurous!The app is easy to use and is pretty on point for most things...but. Its like playing Russian roulette with your order. You order something but you never know what you're gonna get! Order turkey... get ham. Order tuna, no, today you're getting a cheese steak! The customization notes are almost NEVER followed (asking for extra something just gets ignored, saying you cant have vinegar on the sandwich... naaa you're getting EXTRA vinegar!) For what its worth i order 2-4 times per week. The order is right maybe 1 out of 4 times if that. And I've ordered from different locations (there are 4 in my vicinity). So unless its a systemic problem with the employees not able to get the orders right, I'm gonna blame the app for not sending the right order. Theres no way the employees are THAT incompetent..Version: 4.16.1

Great App the best food appIt stores favorites exactly as you like them, all payment methods, and they always get the special instructions correct with it. Most of my other food apps make some sort of mistake or a little more difficult to use, especially if there are special instructions. This app is the reason I buy from JerseyMikes more often than anywhere else when I’m looking for fast food..Version: 4.26.1

ExcellentOur local Jersey Mike’s opened recently and I placed my first order using the app just a few days ago. I recommend going through the app since it’s very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I thought the sandwich was a little pricey but I did get a giant size with extra meat. And then I pick that beast up. This sandwich was a monster. There was a weight that told me I was going to be in serious trouble if I try to eat the whole thing. I tried, and I succeeded, but not very easily. Now I’m basing this review on one use and one sandwich, and I intend to try more, but if my next experience and the rest of the menu is even half as good then there should be a rating above five stars. Order the giant, and be warned. This thing put me in a food coma and I was able to skip breakfast and lunch the next day..Version: 4.11.0

Good overall, but would add couple thingsWe love the food, it’s always fresh, the app is very clear and easy to use, and you don’t even need to have a login, which is nice. However, it would be nice if there were as many chips and drink options on the app as there are in the store. For example, I don’t see all the soft drinks or the milk on the app but they have plenty of those options in the store if you go in..Version: 4.26.0

App is Well-Intentioned, But Will Fail You in Your Hour of NeedI place an order on the app and got a confirmation time, but the order was never received at the location’s machine. Then, I couldn’t pull up any sort of tracking of my previous orders within the app, so I couldn’t find the ticket. What a waste of time! Also, the inability to substitute cheeses on the customization menu is a real let down. Great job keeping it updated with notifications about your deals and your contributions to helping during this pandemic. Can’t exactly knock that....Version: 4.9.1

Please test better before pushing out new versionsThanks for the new delivery option from the app. Too bad the app no longer functions and I had to use door dash and miss out on my shore points. You really should get 1 star, but I generously gave you three because I had been successfully using the app up until this upgrade. I am looking forward to a fix in the near future. App needs workWhen you place an order, they assume you want every condiment they offer. The user has to uncheck everything they don’t want, rather than checking the items they do want. In addition, you can add names for multiple items ordered. Nice, but the keyboard hides the save button unless you tap into the special instructions field. They should use a keyboard that can be collapsed so the most important button “Save Order” can be seen..Version: 4.22.0

The Very Best Subs in Town!I have been ordering from Jersey Mike’s subs as long as I have lived in Jersey, which is about eight years. The food is always fresh and delicious, and when you have occasion to go into the store or speak on the telephone, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, no matter if you have a question or the very seldom times you might have a problem. They are a joy to speak to. They go out of their way to help you, whatever the case may be. If all companies operated like this, the food ordering world would be a much better place. Love JM’s Sandwiches but App Needs WorkLove Jersey Mike’s subs. I order from them a lot but the app leaves a few things to be desired. Hopefully these issues can be fixed: 1. Why can I not make an individual sandwich a favorite? As far as I know I can only make a whole order a favorite which means I have to go in a remove a bunch of sandwiches or add sandwiches if I am ordering for my family versus just me or just my husband and me. 2. I want to order a fountain drink, not a bottle, but there’s no option to do it. I hate having to wait in line for my fountain drink if I already ordered from the app. 3. Why don’t you have all the chip options or put a place where you can write in which chips you want?? I hate having to go into the store and play musical chips because you have the chips I want in the store but didn’t offer them on the app. Thanks!.Version: 4.20.0

BetterOrdering is much improved, but the form still needs some work. While the instruction field is good to have, a list of all optional ingredients would be good in all sandwiches. The customization menu is more extensive on the cold sandwiches, but is still missing ingredients you can see in the store counter. For example I can’t change the cheese on my sandwich. The best practice would be to show everything on the sandwich page without an extra tap to go to a new submenu page. There is no Wallet Pass support for the Shore Card, a continued disappointment. The store has a scanner set up so including a wallet pass that just shows up would be a big help..Version: 4.19.0

Almost perfectI love Jersey Mike’s food but they don’t always get it right. I have learned sometimes it is because they sell out of certain ingredients. Which makes sense. The one by my home can get really busy. The problem is I like to order ahead and just pick up my food. But if thwy run out of something like bacon or mushrooms i end up getting charged even though it may not have been placed in my sub. They have been really cool about it but I think the app kust needs something like on uber eats when something is missing you just report it and that one item gets credited. If they can fix this I would definitely give the app 5 stars. I highly recommend Jersey Mike’s over any other sub places. It’s no contest!.Version: 4.23.0

AmazingFood is fresh and as always is amazing and the service is quick. The workers do need to learn to communicate better and acknowledge customers when they walk in or standing at the counter. I have on several occasions walked in and stood at counter with more than 2 employees look at me and continued doing whatever they were doing. Never asked what I needed or if they could help me. I eventually would have to say excuse me to get there attention or to ask me what I needed. But other than that very good place to eat at..Version: 4.18.0

Outstanding locationI cannot say enough great things about this store and their employees! Honest, friendly, compassionate, professional are just a few of the words I could use to describe them! During a recent ice storm, I attempted to walk in to the store. The ice was so bad in the parking lot that I could not accomplish this simple task. One of the employees came out to assist me and helped me back into my car, took my credit card in to the store, paid for my sub, and brought everything back out to me. He went above and beyond the requirements at his job just to ensure that I did not fall. Again I cannot begin to express my appreciation for his actions. Mr.The folks at Jersey Mike’s on E. Stone Drive are amazing ! The owners and everyone on on staff from leadership to front line employees are always courteous and professional. I worked at for a Wireless Company for 13 years in the same general area and while they weren’t in existence the entire time I was employed near their location they were for the over whelming majority of my time. And my point behind that is I ate Jersey Mike’s multiple times a week for over an extended period of time. The food is always fresh and the level of service and attention to detail is what you would expect at a 5 Star sit down restaurant. And yes my Jersey Mikes’s is alway a 5 Star Experience from the app to the counter and all points in between!.Version: 4.5.0
