✓ So far so good!I love the idea of being able to customize my store unlike other platforms out there. The only thing I would like to see is an addition where customers can leave a review on the products purchased. But so far I’m loving it!.Version: 5.8.1
✓ Really miss the old layoutThe new layout is less user friendly than the old one :/ it takes more steps to navigate things and it’s too complicated to understand the shop stats and we miss being able to move items around from the app :/ very appreciative of BC but the new layout is not it.Version: 6.0.9

✓ Two areas to improveI enjoy using Big Cartel. It is reasonably priced and looks slick, BUT there are two big things I think the site needs. I am always back peddling with emails to costumers to compensate for these missing features, which is a waste of my time. 1. customers should be able to to add comments at check out. I understand by adding this feature it may reduce the amount of postings packages you sell, but it’s a pretty basic feature to offer. Given I sell baby crowns with a number on the front, it would be virtually impossible to do separate options for all numbers. Comments could help with this. 2. shipping notifications should be upgraded to show carrier and have a place to add tracking number for ongoing status. This is standard for pretty much all online shops these days. People don’t want to be left in the dark with their orders. Let me know if I am missing these features. Thank you. Vanessa.Version: 4.1.3

✓ Amazing to start out your E-commerce BusinessAs you may know after research, many plafroms charge you monthly fees for having a online store up, BigCartel is completely free and allows you to have 5 products which is great for a new business. It has amazing features to check up on your orders as well as gives detailed analytics and allows a few interrogations to help improve your store. Highly recommend.Version: 6.0.12
✓ NiceWish it had a built in customer review section , transactions/sales counter and patterned wallpapers for us to choose from for those that don't know how to much more than basics on a website Wish duplicating a listing allows u to duplicate the title as well so we can just make minor tweaks instead of typing the whole thing out again. Easy enough to set up. Originally was going with weebly. But not even 15 mins in. I knew that was a mistake. It wasn't user friendly. It was not allowing direct copy pasting. And I have over 230 Etsy listings. If I cannot direct copy paste. It would take weeks to set things up. Big Cartel I was able to get all 230 listings condensed and copied over to from Etsy. In just 10.5 hours. My shop got its first sale in 24 hours after launch. Just now need to work out how this PayPal thing works and I'll be running a store that's easy to manage. Customer reports site is very fast and smooth when they visited and poked around..Version: 3.8.4
✓ MaisieThis is a really good place to start your small business it’s really cheap but stuff I like to see in the future is different types of shipping and if you’d only like to ship to the place in your country that option as that is an option and how much of the item you sell as you’re my big castle it doesn’t let you see it in my own other peoples but on mine it doesn’t.Version: 5.8.3

✓ Easiest and Most Beneficial Site for Local Artists!My favorite part about Big Cartel is that you keep all the money, and money is easily transferred into your bank account. It is also INCREDIBLY EASY on both ends of the transaction for buyer and seller. I am able to look at insights and get 100% of the information I need (i.e name of client, address, revenue, etc.) in order to make a thriving business. If making and sending prints on your own is accessible to you, I HIGHLY recommend Big Cartel if you are an artist!.Version: 4.2
✓ Love it but…I updated my big cartel in the morning and after that I was editing my shop making it perfect till I reached pages. I wanted to make a policies page after I did that I just put “testing” to see how it will work than I saved it and then my banner and my background picture got tooken off and my slide show and when I add say the banner back than I add the slide show or the background it refreshes and takes off the banner please help 🙏🙏 Now I resented all my stuff work and still nothing is this just a bug should I wait till tomorrow!?.Version: 6.2.8
✓ Great App/PlatformAs someone starting out, this is a great place to set up shop. There are a couple things I’d like to see in the future such as being able to add a subscription service and different postal options. I use standard posting but for the likes of deliveries to the US/Canada/Australia I’d like to offer shipped tracking which is more expensive. Still gets my 5 stars though!.Version: 4.2
✓ The bestThe best website so far i’ve seen very easy to use and very modern look only thing is when your clients want to pay they only have the option for paypal only, it will be much better if they can have an option for Cash on delivery for the ones that don’t have paypal in other countries but so far i like it! great Job.Version: 6.2.5
✓ Having trouble with it loadingThis is a great app and tool for a small business but on my computer and on my phone when I go to reset the password on my phone it says 503 service unavailable. When I go to log in on my computer to my account it also says 503 service unavailable..Version: 6.1.4
✓ Need more imagesI had tried Shopify and big commerce now I switched to big cartel. Everything is just fine. But please ,I’m selling women’s clothing and bags, 5 images for 1 product are not enough. ✓ Wonder AppSo far I’m loving this app. One thing I did notice I could not delete old orders made. I was just trying it out to see how it worked by putting in a fake payment made and I went to try and delete and it won’t so when I try to calculate all payments received I have to keep reminding myself of the items not really sold. ✓ Easy peas!From someone who only knows the basics of a website this made setting up my store easy! I would recommend using it to anyone that wants their customers to have a seamless experience! Suggestion? Make store credits a possibility. And to be able to edit the email customers get when they purchase. Not that it doesn't look good but sometimes you want your personal touch added. ✓ Needs more edit options and statsGood app but there's really not much you can do as far as looking at your stats and editing any other items other than listings. Basic stats would be great. ✓ Easy to useSo far I like the product overall...user friendly for seller and buyer. Unfortunately, after some time a page stays blank and won’t load..or the save button stops working so I have to uninstall then reinstall the app..a pain if I’m in the middle of entering merch. ✓ Glitchy app on and off but good service besides thatI’ve use this app for two of my small businesses but often times I’m having issues with the application itself. Product listings not showing order listings not showing taking a long time to log into the app coming back to the app and being logged out it’s very inconvenient when I’m trying to streamline my business and make everything as fast as possible. Time is money and this takes time out of my day. I am looking into switching to shopify because of the glitches that continue through each update. However when I use big cartel on my laptop I have no problem with it so it’s definitely a app problem. Close but no cigar has potential hopefully they can fix those bugs.Version: 6.0.9
✓ Well...I’m a big fan of big cartel, always been a useful platform for myself and my band. Though as of recent. Since the new update, the app won’t load properly. I’ll open it and be left with a mostly black screen. It was working fine last week. I desperately need to update a few things too. Ah well, look, it’s a great app and website. ✓ Great website builder for technophobes!Have used big cartel for a number of years now, love how easy it is to use and navigate. Only issue I’ve had lately is it seems to be glitching.. the app and the web browser, just seems to either not load up properly or it gets stuck and I can’t make edits or do anything else. There’s times when I cannot upload anything too, it just seems to be broken. Becoming very frustrated with it! But I do love it when it works!.Version: 6.1.9
✓ Great app but could be betterI love the new update on this app where it allows you to view orders and products, now I don't have to go on Safari anymore! But I still wish it had more features that the website has, such as managing discount codes. It was also be helpful if there was a notification that told you when you made a new order, so you wouldn't have to keep checking the app constantly throughout the day and only have to check it if you received the notification.
