✓ It worksI bought the app after seeing an article on the news. Had never heard of exercising your eyes before but thought I'd give it a go because I rely on my glasses more and more, I never had to wear them watching the television but I do now. Have been doing the exercises for a couple of days morning, afternoon and at night, I already notice the difference. Have been watching the telly without my glasses and it's clear!! ✓ Exactly what I neededThere are a bunch of apps out there for eye training, but they're mostly games on the phone itself. This is the best app I've found that teaches me proven exercises for my eyes off-screen and has a built in timer and demonstration of each exercise. ✓ Solid eye trainerTo be honest, the exercises on here you could just find on the Internet and do them without the app, however the app puts them into a nice order for you with a timer for each exercise of which you can repeat as many times as you like so it is aesthetically nice, however the translation of the text into English is a bit unorthodox and could do with some work but it's easy enough to understand still, all in all I've used this app now 3 times a day and I've improved my weak eye from 6/9 (or 20/30 for you Americans) to 6/7.5 or 20/25 in the time period of just a week so very impressive, but again it's not something you can't just compile together yourself but for the cheap price it's nice to have it on your phone to do it whenever and wherever you want..Version: 1.2
