✓ Revolutionary. Simply amazing!I live in a small town where Doctor appointments can take weeks to get in and walk-in clinics are around $200 without any labs/tests. Stuck with a sore throat and having to work Monday, I was kind of out of options on this Sunday afternoon. I figured I would give this a shot- I was worried it might be a scam- but with how I felt, $39 seemed like a reasonable gamble. OMG! I was so pleasantly surprised. NP Dunsmuir was so kind and helpful. I also felt like she listened to me more than my doctor does. I am so glad I tried this!! Talk about healthcare of the future! I was so overwhelmed with relief by the end of my call that I was almost in tears. I could not believe it was that simple! This is revolutionary. ✓ Great visit but no way to contact after visitRegistration was easy enough. Wait time was as listed. Nurse Practitioner was knowledgeable, empathetic and helpful. She followed up with a phone call with additional information in a timely manner. It was all great until I went to the pharmacy to pickup the prescribed medication. The pharmacist didn't have a script phoned in and the website customer service was completely useless. There is no way except to pay another $39 to get follow thru on the prescription. ✓ Good usage experience, be careful of setupLike other users, I had issues with initial registration. It would crash when adding insurance info. Workaround for me was to finish registration without ins. Info, then add insurance information *after creating user* but prior to seeing the nurse practioner (ARNP) on my first virtual consult. I had a sinus infection and the kind nurse was able to see my electronic medical record (EMR) at Swedish and leave me a message on MyChart. They also had my pharmacy info when writing me a prescription for my treatment. All in all a pleasant experience from the comfort of my own home..Version: 8.3.027
✓ Great tool for remote care!I've used this service twice when I was unable to find an opening with my primary care physician and it's worked great. Granted, you'll need to self care and measure your own biometrics if you want it on file, but the guidance and service is superb. ✓ 11pm care without an ER visitI developed an earache with symptoms coming on right at bedtime. I thought I would be able to go to sleep and go to an express care clinic in the morning. Rest was short lived with that awful ear pain. Access to a virtual visit meant I didn't have to go to an ER at 11pm just for an ear infection and wait time was way shorter!.Version: 9.5.018

✓ Affordable and convenientVirtual visit is a a great app. The health care professionals are knowledgeable and treat you like a patient and not a number. It was 5 mins from the time I signed in to the time I was talking to the nurse practitioner. ✓ Amazing!I'm so impressed. I could not get my daughter into her doctor and I did not want to drag her to urgent care to sit for 2 hours. Plus we don't have insurance and it would have cost over $100. Health express took 1 min to sign up for and cost $39. We talked to Kim, the healthcare provider via my iPhone. ✓ Wow!! Wish I found this sooner.If it weren’t for the trust I have in the Providence name I would never have tried. I was short on options at that time of night so I took a chance. I’m glad I did. The experience exceeded all expectations. I was instantly connected to a kind & knowledgeable physician. The conversation never felt one-sided or rushed in any way. She even called me back to let me know the pharmacy would have my prescriptions filled before closing!!! ✓ Medical care has upped the anteAfter 5 days of feeling miserable with varying symptoms that are different for me I found and used this app. My vision has been blurry and husband out of town so options to seek health care are limited. Having a medical provider give me advice without having to ‘bum’ a ride is amazing. The provider was kind; thorough and efficient. Prescriptions sent digitally to my local pharmacy, spent 10 minutes on video chat and then just had to stop at the pharmacy on my way home from work. ✓ Pinkeye and a speedy, convenient resolution!Wow ... Medicine taken to the next level and kudos to Providence for making this leap forward to invest in the technology necessary to make this happen! Eldest son had pinkeye (we knew because this wasn't his first bout) and we were able to save the hassle of getting in our vehicle in the hot (for us) weather and drive to a clinic, sucking up at least an hour! ✓ Sooooo much better than urgent care!I had a horrible nagging cough and considered going to urgent care, but I always seem to catch something there...too many sick people in one place. Then I remembered a sign at work saying Providence Express has an app! I had been to a kiosk location before, but this sounded easier. I downloaded it and registered easily. It asked me a few questions about my personal info and my insurance plan name/ID #. Much less work than filling out paperwork at a clinic. The app showed me there was one NP online with two people ahead of me and the app said it usually takes about 10 minutes per person. While I was waiting for her, someone confirmed some information with over a text message-style chat. When we were done, I was told it would be another 10-12 minutes but it was much less. The NP Katharine apologized for my waiting 20 minutes, but it seemed like less and the app prepared me for that wait. She was very nice, personable, informative and thoughtful. The app was very easy to use...I just sat in a comfy chair and talked to her FaceTime-style. I will DEFINITELY be using this in the future and recommending it to others!.Version: 10.0.103

✓ This was kinda dope!!This was super neat and I really appreciated this service. I needed clearance for activity and knew I had plantar fasciitis but needed a doctor confirmation and a note for coaches and such that required me to go to urgent care. I didn’t have time or resources to go there, and I got the care I needed and the note as well. I saw Brianna and I really appreciated her personable appearance and her clear care for patients. She was quick and efficient. She provided me with her license so that I could confirm her identity and it was very professional. Run like a real urgent care but over the camera in my home. ✓ First time userThis was my first time using an online doctor visit and was nervous I would pay and then get nothing out of it or it was something different than i thought it would be. I tried it out and spoke to a nurse practitioner who was nice and was able to give me a prescription to help my cough. So much easier than going in! If it is for something basic like cough or a common illness like UTI this is a great and convenient resource! The app itself is very simple and easy to navigate.
