✓ Tired of the gamesOk now don’t get me wrong this is an amazing helpful app but one time I used this app and I sent my problem but it kept saying it’s not clear so basically I used a session and didn’t get it back I’ve emailed someone about it and I still didn’t receive my session back so the lady told me to give my feedback through the app and I did and I STILL NEVER RECEIVED MY SESSION so I won’t be spending anymore money on this app until I receive my session again this app is really helpful but just bad with giving back sessions..Version: 4.2.5
✓ Needs improvementThe app would honestly skyrocketed if it werent for a couple of things. First, how long it takes to answer a question. Even when you just want to double check your answer, it takes a long time. Second, tutors rejecting sessions due to “unclear image” when the image is crystal clear. Third, sometimes problems dont get solved even if you exceed you 10 min limit. So you’re left hanging after 20 mins. The app just needs a lot of upgrade because it has a lot of potential to be better. Also one session is $3.99 which is honestly crazy to me. You’re trying to get your money’s worth since you spent so much on it..Version: 4.2.14

✓ Not that helpful.They do effectively answer your maths equations but it looks like they don't read the instructions YOU wrote. there were times where they avoided my questions when i was stuck. they deliberately type fairly slow to waste the majority of the session time so you don't get to ask questions at the end of the lesson. i don't think this site is worth spending money on..Version: 3.2.0
✓ TerribleI’ve tried to use this so many times. Each time it starts with a question “do you agree to not share anything personal?” Then I don’t have a place to type a response or select yes or no. And then a few minutes later it says sorry can’t connect to the person. I've had issues with several people and sometime it just connects me to the same person. ✓ Answers aren’t always correct BUT...I downloaded this expensive app to help me with my Physics course (college). I use the app nearly everyday because I have a lot of assignments. This app has been helpful in allowing me to maintain a B average. Although the answers aren’t always correct, I normally still make a decent score with a mixture of Chegg. I’d never taken Physics before, and the lessons I was looking at were GREEK (for real). I do recommend the app, but I use Chegg for my back up to ensure my answers are correct. ✓ It worked at first but then...So when I first got the app the first few problems I had were solved and explained within minutes but then I had one last one and it kept saying expert cannot see the problem clearly or that they do not understand it. Like the whole point of this app is that they’re supposed to understand the difficult problems. I literally submitted that same question so many times and waited hours for absolutely nothing. ✓ Connectivity IssueRecently, there is something wrong with the app. I post my question and find for an expert, it asked me if I agree to not share any personal information. I chose 'yes' and then waiting really long without any response from the expert. Finally a 'slice' pop up and says the expert have a conectivity issue. It does not happens once but 6-7 times and I still have not recieved a solution to my quiz for almost 2 days. At some other times (twice) an expert took my quiz and says my photo is not clear! (While acutally the photo was so clear that I can even see some dust on it!) I don't know if my quiz was that hard so they keep reasoning or because of the app. Deadline is coming and I desperately need a solution for the quiz..Version: 4.0.6
✓ Didn’t help me and doesn’t give me a refund from a bad session.Honestly, as other people may say, I would also review this as 0 stars if possible. I had a bad session and it didn’t let me review it in order to get a refund that it would usually offer. The worker who tried to teach kinda just took my money without helping me and just told the basics of the problem that I already know and it led to nowhere. He/she didn’t find the answer and nor did I. So I was going to rate it as a bad session but it didn’t give me the chance to review him/her. This app took my money and I’m frustrated that my purchase was not fulfilled. The app also has overpriced sessions that would cost so much just to solve one problem. The time limit for the questions are too short so the people who try to teach others don’t have enough time and the student and the tutor never get anywhere. ✓ Really good at first but...I loved having a math app that actually helped you work on specific problems and an actual tutor to guide you through it! But unfortunately that slowly got messed cause of the app, I used to get a free session everyday which was awesome because I don’t have much money to spend. Especially with college, I should be saving my money and I can’t really be spending so much, so I think it’s great that I could get a free session! But they stopped giving them out, which is a bummer :(. But this wasn’t the problem, I paid for a session because I really needed help with a math problem. First off the solution for the problem didn’t include a step in the problem. The tutor completely skipped over a necessary part of the problem and when I asked about it, they ignored it and repeated information i already knew, I tried getting a new session but that didn’t work? ✓ DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP!!!!!!This app is awful!! You pay for 5 sessions daily and at the beginning of the day on multiple occasions, my daily credit started at either 2 or 3! When i payed for 5! Also, the help is terrible. The tutors are rude when they question why you’re unfamiliar with a topic and make you feel like you should’ve known this concept by now. Thats not the point!! The point is to help someone learn the concept, not question why they don’t already know it. Also, it takes so long for the tutors to help you. And when they do, they don’t like when you ask for a certain explanation or strategy that your teacher has taught you. I had to ask for help on a question with several attempts. And not once have I gotten the answer for that question. And with every attempt, you’re just sitting there, 20 mins at a time, waiting for a response. Also, when you do get a response from a tutor, this feature that says “i’m still working” keeps coming up while you’re typing so it takes up ur time when u have to constantly press “yes”. Also, they take far too long in situations, I asked a question and they didn't reply within the 10 minutes given, so I couldn't ask for help on bits I didn't understand. ✓ Rude, Slow and Wrong!If you're thinking of getting this app, think again. The "experts" are condescending at best and respond very slowly. You are given a ten minute window and most of it is spent staring at the (...) when the expert is typing. They seem to understand basic maths and can get an answer but all the answers I got were completely different to what the question even asked. I needed one quick answer to help with solving an extended algebraic equation and at the end of the ten minutes all he'd taught me how to graph a coordinate. ✓ The app is a good ideaThe idea of the app is really awesome and I love the new update where you pay $24 for unlimited problems. Here’s the issue though. I do school online and sometimes I take timed tests. When I’m struggling with a problem I use got it to help me solve it except constantly and I mean all the time I send in my problem and 20 minutes later they say “sorry your problem was not explained please submit it again” because some annoying tutor couldn’t answer it or was having connectivity issues. I can’t spend 20 plus minutes waiting for someone to help me. Not only that but I’ll send in perfectly clear pictures of the problem and they say “oops we can’t see it take a clearer picture please” THE PICTURE COULDNT GET ANY CLEARER. I’m begging the app to fix these kinks or I will stop using it. I’ve spent a lot of my own money on this app and I will put that money towards a different app if things don’t change soon. I asked for help on a question, it took 5 minutes for someone to say something/help and this took away time I had with talking through it with this "helper". They said I had to find the LCM so I was like "ooooh! I see!" But then I thought about it an realised it was the HCF I had to find and not the LCM so I asked about this and they simply said "no, it's the LCM" so I explained what I would get if I used the HCF and they replied with "it's the LCM you found not HCF" I asked why and they said don't ask why just remember it. I was thinking they were wrong but I went along with it anyway. I handed in my work at school and it WAS the HCF! I feel like they may have just been stubborn and not wanted to be corrected by a kid who has to download an app for math help, maybe that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt like it. It’s 10 minutes, if I had the equation it would take me less time to do so.
