✓ NOT retinaI am playing on my ipod 5th gen and this game does not look retina supported. Pls do something with resolution because everything looks all blurry and not clear. ✓ Throughly enjoyable space shooter.I purchased Star Horizon to escape the seemingly endless and overwhelmingly boring pay to win games that offer nothing for gamers and act only as a profit generating business models. Star Horizon has no in app purchasing and reminds me of Lylat Wars 64 which is a great thing for nostalgic reasons. The graphics in this game are very satisfying and the general feel of immersion from the quality sounds when using headphones is a major positive. My only annoyance with this game is the slightly cheesy talk between pilot and A.I and feel this could be improved with a slightly more serious tone. ✓ Short yet sweet!At first I was a bit upset about only having partial flight control, but after awhile I began to enjoy the charm of it; The great graphics and scenery help with that. ✓ Decent rails shooterPretty good on rails shooter. Like that there are now IAPs in it, everything is upgraded via in-game money. The graphics are good and it is easy to see what are targets versus background ships and other objects. You also get breaks in combat to make choices during the level to branch off what you want to do, in other words rail path changes. Only downfall is the voice acting is TERRIBLE and sounds like it was recorded in someones house. I think the word "John" is the new rage in the universe, may as well replace "the" for it as you hear your pilot's name at almost every line of pilot communication. Also, the random VO John gives during dogfights is really irritating. I recommend it based on price, especially if you want a quick "blow crap up" game. It is not a hard game, and the levels take about 10 minutes to get through..Sabre FoxVersion: 1.0.1

I've played each story/level multiple times as the direction can change depending on the option you choose, plus you'll do better as you back track and replay older levels as you upgrade your ships. ✓ GREAT GAMEThis game is an old school style, fast pace star fighter game. Graphics are very good, fluidic controls for smooth and precise flight. You can flip the control so flight stick can be left or right. I enjoy this game. I have yet to beat level 10 but I will some day. ✓ Thanks for the graphics update!! Just one little flaw.The game it's impressive. Maybe the voice acting it's not the best, and the story and career its way too short, but it's an enjoyable game. I love the 3D graphics and now with the new updated graphics, even more! Details are amazing and textures look very sharp and excellent. The only issue I have noticed, it's in some cutscenes and intense fighting and lighting areas, the frame rate tends to drop and the game lags. I have the latest iOS update and running on a new iPad Air 2. Definitely not hardware but software issue. Thank you so much developers for this gem and hopefully you will listen and fix the graphics glitch and maybe bring new levels or a totally new sequel of this game (free of IAP) in the near future. 5 stars. The first thing the game teaches you to do is a barrel roll. Visually, the game looks really good on my Ipad 2, so I can imagine it looking even better with the retina display units.
