Average… except forMy biggest bone to pick with this app is that managers don’t get alerts for shift changes. if i put a shift up and someone’s requests to pick it up, the managers don’t get notified. kinda wack.Version: 3.4

Very glitchyThis app is terrible. The bulletin board very unreliable. Sometimes it will state a date in the future as the next shift. When there is a shift scheduled for later in the present day. I’m currently experiencing an issue where my shifts aren’t all appearing for my schedule, causing me to no-call/no-show for my shift. The messaging functions are archaic. There’s no easy way to see a weekly overview of the weekly schedule, only day by day. It’s bad. I’m actually taking time out of my day to write a review voicing my concerns because I’m THAT frustrated with this app..Version: 3.2

App closes out when I’m trying to message back a fellow employeeEvery time I try to reply to one of my co workers the app just shuts down and I can’t respond. This app is terrible for that reason in itself please fix it..Version: 3.4

Poor.Very dated, difficult to navigate interface that seems like a cheap version of better scheduling apps. Except it’s not cheap..Version: 3.0.0

BuggyDoesn’t always send notifications and I miss out on picking up shifts. Next shift on home page isn’t always accurate. When I scroll through the week in roster, if I don’t scroll all the way back before exiting the app I end up at the end of the week instead of the beginning. I’ve exited and shut down the app, it should reset.Version: 3.3

Fixable ?I’m the employee of the company that uses the app and when I first started working and using this app it was totally fine once the new update came in I couldn’t see my schedules on anywhere but the roster. Not under my schedule, availability, manage my shift, or at the dashboard. The GM and DM have tired many things with me to fix it, deleting me from the system ( fire and rehire), me deleting the app and reinstalling, nothing works. It’s an great app but the amount of time for me to find if I’m scheduled for a day or not is extremely annoying because I would have to slowly go through the roster of each day and find my name and the time. The app works for everyone else and I know it’s not my phone becuase I have went online as well to see if I can see it there but nope so something is either wrong with my account or something.... I am contacted the support team multiple times. After emailing back an forth for maybe only 3 times I stopped getting responses. I know apps are hard to manage and it can never be prefect with the technology but I don’t really the effort in maintaining..Version: 3.1

So many bugs and glitchesThis app may have gotten better, but it’s still terrible. The UI isn’t fluid, it’s really clunky and not the most user friendly. But the worst thing about it is that it only works half of the time. Most of the time it times out, fails to open, crashes and closes, just never loads, or any other array of problems. I honestly in my entire life never used such a buggy app. I really don’t understand how this is even acceptable for a paid platform. I will continue to lobby my ownership to switch to hotschedules..Version: 3.3

Notifications not appearingWhen you receive a message the app does not have a red notification number, UNTIL AFTER you open the app. Broken please fix!.Version: 3.4

No Showed at Work Thanks to This AppThis app caused me to no show for a busy Saturday night shift. The schedule portion and up next portion did NOT show that I worked. My manager however has me on their roster and expected me to show. The only way I could see if and when I work is if I scroll through the roster EACH DAY. No way is this acceptable. It should be a seamless effort for me to navigate this app, yet I’m hitting a big speed bump here. I am extremely frustrated with your app. Not only did it cause me to lose out on money, but also leaves a bad taste in my employers mouth. I never had a problem like this with HotSchedules..Version: 3.3

UnusableThis app used to work okay, although it’s never been great. However I’ve recently been receiving error messages and the app won’t load any time I try to do anything. I deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if that would fix it, but now it won’t let me log in even though I know the password is correct..Version: 3.4

Update worseWhat is going on with this app? Ever since the recent update this app won’t work half the time! Keep getting can’t connect to server error. Functional yet seems unfinishedHot schedules is preferred but I like this software just fine The messaging system needs a different interface The time availability and request off sections could be better there seems to be a conflict with repeating days and just days you need to ask off for in advance for whatever reason you need Look at the hot schedules version and use a similar interface but improve upon it There should be a mark all as read in the messaging system because sometimes messages pile up and they're old and because you haven't clicked them they are showing unread But they're usually short and you can read them from the menu Mark all or specifics as read would be great There also seems to be frequent failures in the software when performing tasks Otherwise it is functional it just needs more work I mean no dis But it's true.Version: 3.0.0

HorribleThis is the worst scheduling app I have ever used. It’s not user friendly and hard to read, there’s too much going on. It took a long time to figure out how to submit my availability and time off, and equally as difficult to keep track of it on the app. I haven’t figured out how to cancel time off requests either. It has caused many problems for my me and my coworkers and we JUST switched over to this from HotSchedules. Overall the whole interface needs to be redone to be easier to read and navigate. Can’t link to calendar appI wanted to link my schedule to my google calendar, which it allows me to do but it only shows on google calendar for the web page not for the app.Version: 3.4

Incredibly FrustratingQuite possibly the least user friendly app I've encountered not just in the scheduling realm, but in general. There's a reason HotSchedules costs money... they know that if you don't pay for it, you're left with this dumpster fire instead..Version: 3.0.0

DO NOT GET THIS FOR YOU COMPANYThe company I work for recently switched from HotSchedules to this app and what a downgrade it is. Granted, they switched because this app is supposedly more versatile for FOH and BOH but the scheduling system is a joke. It’s too many steps to put in an accurate availability unless you're an employee who can be scheduled flexibly. It is a pain for my mangers as they deal with their unhappy employees and have to go in and fix everything once again. It’s overall a hassle and it makes our experience as employees and as hosts a terrible time. Unless they fix all the problems with this app, find a better app..Version: 3.2.1

Can’t get inHad this job for 2 weeks now and was re-sent an invite.. I tried to email the customer service email provided in the text I got, and it’s been discontinued. So. Don’t use this app if you have a choice..Version: 3.4

Difficult to use and poorly designedMy company just switched from HotSchedules to CTuit and it's been the worst transition. Hotschedules was simple, straightforward, and immediately easy to understand. CTuit is confusing and so poorly designed. It feels like switching from a Mac to Windows 98. My coworkers and I hate the extra steps you have to go through to do simple things like view your schedule or request time off. Additionally, there is no function to delete messages, and mass messages appear as individually sent messages in your inbox/sent box. There is no way to delete them (at least that I can find on this terribly designed app) so the homescreen always appears messy and chaotic. Horrible, terrible, no-good app. If you have the choice, go with HotSchedules..Version: 2.2

Weird interface, not efficient enoughMy work recently switched over to Ctuit. There’s some problems with the app that hopefully the developers can get worked out to make this a more efficient app. - We’ve got two locations and in order to toggle between them you have to get make four taps. A simple swipe up or to the right would be better. - If you want to contact a co-worker who is not working that day to cover your shift the app will think that if someone is working at the other location they could still potentially work and lists them as available. (And sure you can drop shifts and just leave them to ether but a quick text message to an available person is always quicker) - It’s really inconvenient that the app deletes schedules from the previous weeks. Multiple reasons why; checking with coworkers about projects, calculating your own hours, etc... - Why is the first thing you see the bulletin board? What company has ever actually used one! When the app is opened, the first thing we should see is the schedule. The little avatars are cute though..Version: 3.0.0

Schedule disappearedI’m having the same issue as some of the other reviews. App worked great until a recent update and now my schedule doesn’t show up anywhere in the app. Everyone else at the restaurant doesn’t have a problem, and nothing is fixing it. It’s definitely on the app makers side, and contacting them is very difficult. Please fix this!.Version: 3.2

Good but could be betterThis app is generally convenient to use, after reading other reviews I understand that creating an app is difficult and there are always going to be little kinks to get out. My biggest problem with this app is that the little red bubble that appears on the app when on the home screen doesn’t disappear even if you’ve opened the message or don’t have any. For example (and this keeps happening over and over), I switch a shift with a coworker or they’ll pick one up...it says I have a message, I click on the “messages”...it says you do not have any recent messages. Yet time and time again that little red bubble shows up after some time and in the app it keeps thinking I have messages. This is extremely annoying for people that actually read their messages, emails etc. to get rid of that little red bubble (on any app). PLEASE FIX..Version: 3.0.0

Schedule fly is better!!My employer recently switched to this app. It is super lame compared to Schedule Fly!! Apparently the bosses like it better for their back end crap, but for us regular folk there’s nothing convenient about it. I can’t get text messages (only push notifications) about shift trades, seeing what shifts are available at one glance is impossible, and seeing everyone’s schedule in a weekly format is nearly impossible. I hate all the functionality compared to schedule fly this app belongs in 1980!! Hopefully Ctuit can step up their game so employees can also find the convenience!!.Version: 3.1

AnnoyingIt refreshes every 3 seconds taking you back to the top of the page when you’re trying to see your shifts or see the roster, pretty much anything that you need to scroll down for, it just refreshes automatically and doesnt let you see it because it takes you to the top of the page.Version: 3.3

UnreliableI use this app through my unemployment and it rarely works. most of the day i get errors when trying to use it, and have to wait several hours for the server to reconnect. very frustrating because i rely on this to get to work on time.Version: 3.4

Can not access appI’ve used ctuit for over a year and a half and haven’t had any problems but recently the Facebook log in feature hasn’t been working and it’s been like pulling teeth trying to get it resolved. There has been no response in the last 3 days to any of my requests and it’s becoming very frustrating. Please help..Version: 3.1
