✓ Disappointing customer serviceI downloaded this app to help me with wine(obviously), because I’m in the business I wanted something I could use as a reference for work. I tried to purchase the app for $3.99, so I could have access to everything. Unfortunately it doesn’t prompt me for purchase, initially I assumed it was a problem on my end ie credit card expired, wrong info, or my settings were off for in app purchases. It wasn’t any of those things. So I contacted Apple thinking something was wrong on their end, after trouble shooting we discovered it wasn’t them either. So I sent an email, over a week ago, to this company to see if something was going on on their end. Crickets. No one has reached out to me about getting this app, and I’m seriously disappointed. Which is unfortunate, as the other reviews have said, it’s a useful tool. But it isn’t all that useful unless you buy it, so I’ll be getting something else..ColoradoTaurusVersion: 5.1

✓ Poor valueI can’t believe I got charged 3.00 for this app. It still does not have a comprehensive list of grapes and does not include any wines for pairing with desserts. It is a half hearted attempt at trying to look like it provides an entire vault of knowledge, when it doesn’t even come close. ✓ DisappointingI have a restaurant within my b&b and although I enjoy a glass or 2 wanted help in pairing wine and food. This app has too many in app purchases even to create a profile to obtain your own tastes. Explains some stuff but no way conclusive for pairing wine. Certainly free to install, but that's about it. ✓ Food ChoicesWhen i first came across this App many years ago i was impressed with the refreshing ease of use and variety of dishes. However nothing as changed. This could have grown to have been a fantastic reference for matching food and wine. Adding a few new matches each week.
