✓ Support is awesome!! Instructions were badOkay so at first I was ready to throw in the towel and move on because the instructions on how to run things were god awful. Then I contacted Nicho in their support department who took care of me, all my demands and demonstrated a patience I have never seen before in any business. They imported thousands of hours of flight info and THEN when something didn’t take, Nicho FIXED it all line by line!!! THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of flights worth of items!! HOLY CR/P!! I am still learning the system but with this support level, it’s hands down the VERY BEST AVAILABLE!! Truly shocked by how great Nicho was and still is to me!! This app has incredible functionality and usefulness!! I have never seen a company with this level of support. I know there are people posting about updates and new rates that take them by surprise but while that certainly isn’t good, I’d be willing to bet the folks at Coradine will change the way they do the updates so that it matches the high level of support they provide. Far superior to anything else available and I mean by a huge margin. A instructional video that goes from the very beginning and assumes total novice would be great. ✓ Shocked at the bad reviewsIt’s a great logbook and works as advertised. I’ve been using this program for ten years and have never had any issues. Sure, it’s $80 a year for the iPad/iPhone version. I’ll gladly pay that to have my logbook done once I get to the gate. Software developers have to make a living just like the rest of us. I would highly recommend this program. ✓ My last logbook!I've only been using LogTen Pro X for 2 months now, but I simply love the product. Coming from the military side and using paper logbooks for the past 22 years LogTen Pro X is proving to be the wisest investment of my post military career. I was initially using ForeFlight but was not happy with that product. When my CFI mentioned he uses LogTen Pro X I gave a try and have not looked back ever since. It took a while to hand jam all my hours (3 full logbook) but now that I have, it's made my life so much better. I've barely scratched the surface on it capabilities but what I've used thus far is amazing. Best part, I had an issue with the report not providing accurate information, so I contacted their support desk and they resolved it in a flash. Thanks Nicho!!!!.Version: 7.5

✓ It just works... Great!Simply put, the app just works. No major quirks, easy in and easy out. Tons of way to present your hours and export to PDF. So the app itself is great, but if I could give 10 stars to L10’s customer service I would. Every interaction I’ve ever had with them has been outstanding. I even had a wild question about how I could easily add ~120 tail’s across 2 fleets to my account, and boom, I got 2 links and the magic happened. Do I wish they didn’t have an annual subscription ? ✓ Best Electronic Logbook OptionAs a professional pilot (Part 121) who cares about (and needs) accurate logging of flight times, as well as various duty times, having a logbook I can completely tailor exactly to my needs is important. I’ve tried numerous logbooks, both paid and free, and I think this is the best logbook solution available. I’ve also found being able to custom track various categories/combos of times has made keeping applications updated super easy. I pay the annual fee, which does make this (I think) the most expensive logbook software. You get what you pay for. For something that I use so often, and for so many important reasons, I consider the cost worthwhile. ADPL charges $150 a year for the subscription. $130 for three years here seems like a good bargain. Now if they could only make a PC version so all my non-Mac friends could use it as easily as me... Finally got the "airlineapps" report to spit out useful information, but still need to work on the graphs for the other reports; the pie charts and bar graphs are unusable..Version: 2021.1.2

✓ Would like to see a more polished interface, and importing on iOSWould like to see some optimization to the interface (particularly on large screens). The layout of the logged flights is not compact at all. Would be good if there was a compact view that could be toggled. Also, I’d like to be able to generate reports with just the fields I select, instead of have to choose from layouts that they’ve made. Huge problem, lack of import options using iPad or iPhone. Instead, you MUST have a desktop mac. Honestly, after hand entering flights, and after trying the RosterBuster export workaround (which frankly, I have to go into the imported flights and clean up the data a lot), I’m not sure I’ll continue with the subscription after this year if import support isn’t implemented. ✓ OverpricedDo not use this if you are a recreational pilot. The pricing is over the top as they don’t have a price model for recreational pilots as it’s aimed at Commercial Pilots and even they think the subscriber price model is expensive. I am going back to my 20 dollar paper book that will last me my entire life. The developers have destroyed this software by overpricing and probably over developing but it’s good software that works really well has lots of features but is not simply not worth the price for recreational pilots..Version: 2019.3
✓ Platform and SupportA great platform, the one addition I hope they bring in is auto cloud backup. I foolishly thought this already was a function and lost all my data when I switched iPads. Their customer support was excellent and after piecing old data with newer data from my current airline records they were able to sort it and put it in the correct format to upload again. ✓ Can’t get it to log Floats for Canadian LogbookTried a balance forward from my previous paper version. Entered type for my float time as Single Engle Sea and entered my time accordingly. Go to generate a report for a Canadian Logbook and NO Floats is registered for my time. I won’t be paying the subscription for this unless this error or glitch is fixed. ✓ Easy to UseLogTen pro is a great logbook. However there is one bug I've discovered which is very irritating. When taking a picture or adding a picture to an entry, it leaves the entry and goes back to the latest entry I've added. And I'm trying to add years worth of flights and current, daily flights. When it leaves the current entry, I have to scroll all the way down and try to find the entry that the app just left. Also, I don't see a total time location in the logbook section. For example, wanting to see how many how's I had for my first solo, or how many hours I had total before my Private checkride. Maybe I am overlooking this one. ✓ Worth the priceI’ve had LogTen Pro for my iPad and iPhone for about two years. I find it easy to use, convenient, and the layouts are intuitive and clean and crisp. What I have found particularly useful is the ability to generate reports which convert into logbooks which are compliant in Europe (EASA and U.K. CAA). ✓ My go to logbook...I've been using Coridine's product for several years now. I find that it works extremely well for my needs. I'm a commercial pilot that flies privately. I log 250+ hours per year and every one of them is detailed in LogTenPro on an iPhone 7. I also use the software on an iPad. I keep details of the flight times, flight conditions, passengers, approaches, business use, training flights, etc. I have always found the product to be reliable and stable. I've also been very happy with the ability to customize data fields and the UI. I've had a couple of issues synching over the years but the Coridine support team have always been able to quickly solve my problem. Most importantly, I have NEVER lost any data. I'm a die hard Apple user and in my opinion, there's no better log book on Apple iOS. In fact, I'm also a die hard Foreflight user and even though the Foreflight log book is now bundled and data can be imported to it, there's no way I'm switching..Version: 7.5

✓ Near perfectI have been using Log Ten since version 6. Every once in a while I go to the currency/limits section on the website and check to see if the app fully supports the CARs for 704 and 703 for rotary. Sadly, the app is not capable after all these years of tracking the 13 rest periods of 24 hours consecutive rest within a 90 day period still. Also for some very weird reason, sometimes the 36 hours consecutive within a 7 day period decides to not work, other times it does. Maybe one day the developers will add the 13 of 24 in 90, but so far it has been years and every time I have enquired I have been given the reply that it is in the works. Otherwise this app, has fully replaced my logbook and I am happy with the fields available for tracking and custom selections..Version: 2020.3.1

✓ App and support failsMy problem is not with the pricing...I’ll save that review for another day. The app periodically fails to work when it doesn’t recognize longstanding login credentials whether they are thumbprint or username/password. Previously, it would spontaneously work for a few weeks, then quit, again. Having changed neither my password nor my thumbprint, one day...Boom! no longer able to log anything. By the way, when the email password rest button fails to send an email reset link...email tech support, right? Well, only if you are anxious to receive ineffective advice like “check your spam folder for the email”. Really?? That’s all the support I get? It’s been a whole 24 hours since I have heard from them and their “amazing” support team. Why can’t we just have a phone number to resolve the issue in a reasonable timeframe? I don’t sit behind a desk waiting for the support team’s email to arrive-I am using this app as a tool because I am busy with other things...like flying. Still no help with the login issues, and no way to continue using this subscription based app.... By the way, it never seems to work without an internet connection, so if you are airborne, better hope someone paid 6 figures for in flight wi-fi if you want to log flight data.....Version: 7.5.4

✓ Awesome logbook...almost perfectThis logbook is perfect for the professional or general aviation pilot. However, there are still a few features I wish it had. For instance, if only Logbook Pro was web based as well. It would then be in a category by itself. Being able to access my logbook anywhere via the web is a bonus that would set it far away from any competitors. Also, it would also be neat if LogTen Pro could track your actual course of flight and display the entire flight path at completion. I know that’s asking a bit much, but, the logbooks in Garmin Pilot and ForeFlight do it. Nevertheless, LogTen Pro is well worth the subscription and by far my favorite logbook app..Version: 8.1.1
✓ A very useful appI have had a great experience utilizing the app. Once you get past transitioning your info from paper to electronic, it’s too easy to keep up with your log book. It eliminates the issue of properly accounting for your time as long as you log it correctly.... ie.. no addition or subtraction mistakes. Plus if you need to correct a time it is easy, no more scratching out incorrect info, no more messy looking log books. If you are just starting out flying and using a paper log only, I highly recommend getting started with electronic logs ASAP, don’t wait till you have 1500hrs of flight time and then try and catch up with an electronic log.... it’s painful if you do..Version: 2019.3

✓ Don't buy!!I have been using iOS and Mac versions of Logten Pro in the past. They were not cheap, but I found the program easy to use and loved the iCloud sync. Given I would be using it for years to come (or so I thought) I was happy to part with my cash. With this new version I now not only have to pay more money every month / year, but get a much worse version full of bugs and an iCloud sync that is dodgy at best (read: not working most of the time and if is does it's very slow). I feel well and truly ripped off and will not be recommending this program to any of my colleagues. In short: Big potential but very poorly executed and far too expensive subscription..Version: 7.0
✓ Customer SupportCustomer support started out awesome. I am now writing this review in the hopes to get some help. I had a few questions and received prompt replies. I purchased the subscription and since then it has been radio silence. I have the iPhone and iPad subscription and require my previous excel logbook to be uploaded by one of the “fantastic” customer support agents. The last contact I had was on May 25th. As far as I have been made aware I am unable to make entries into the logbook until the upload is complete. It’s simple & intuitive to use, beautifully designed, allows a vast number of reports and data-sets to be reviewed at a press of a button, and it great for tracking licence validity, currency and a load more. And most importantly, can be backed up to iCloud to protect against loss or damage. ✓ AWESOME! 100% Recommended for Airline PilotsI cannot say enough how much stress left my life when I finally made the switch to Log Ten Pro. I am a captain at SkyWest Airlines and used a different electronic logbook software for 6 years before making the switch. I was first impressed when I messaged their support to fix a simple date issue and I received a reply within 10 minutes. The issue was fixed and they even offered to upload my CSV files for me to create my new logbook. I previously used MCC Pilot Pro (now: Crew Lounge AERO). I never once was able to sync my schedule without error messages, a 7 day wait for email or their software going out for weeks at a time. It was like pulling teeth to get my logbook updated. Now, the process is insanely easy and it just works. This software was worth every penny and I can’t recommend it enough for those looking for a software that just works with ease..Version: 2021.2

✓ Great logbook. Can be cumbersome, but worth the hassle!Udate: Developer responded with instructions. Apparently, the features I asked for are already there! Five stars :) Great logbook overall, however, the iPad version needs to include the ability to log more than two approaches in one flight. The basic instrument qualification requires three approaches in a single flight. How am I supposed to log that? Also, how can I annotate my route of flight in the ipad version? I don't see any way of doing that. Fix these two shortfalls and I'll update to 5 stars. Note: This app kept crashing for some unknown reason. I tried uninstalling/re-installing to no avail. In the end, I had to completely reformat my ipad (pro 9.7"). Sort of a pain, but I restored from my icloud backup and it seems to be working now..Version: 7.5.4

✓ Best integrated digital professional logbook availableI have been using LogTen Pro since 2017 and it has gotten better and better. This latest update takes out the differences that can occur in the app on your phone and on your iPad (for instance) when using iCloud or Dropbox. This new version allows for sync between platforms within seconds and both iPhone and iPad (for me) now are a mirror. Also, LogTen Pro’s integration with FC View for those of us that use it, is such a time saver and makes having your own digital logbook a dream to use. Highly recommend this for anyone starting out. Also, printing your logbook for job interviews or reports for resumes is the best in the business. Get this app..Version: 2024.1.1
✓ CalculationsA Number of the calculation are incorrectly added up. For instance on my first page there were 2 flights 0.27 and a 0.57 this was added up to be 0.83 when it should be 0.84. This has has a knock on effect to all my other timings meaning my logbook and this electronic logbook dont match. Tha ability to print out in different forms is amazing..Version: 2022.1
✓ Nothing else comes close.As a previous LTP6 customer, I held off upgrading to LTPX simply down to resentment of having to now pay the same price annually that I had paid for life with LTP6. About six months ago, I started to see the writing on the wall. Coradine we're going to stop us using LTP6, Apple were with their release of IOS 10. I researched other eLogbooks but none were able to offer the iCloud synchronisation that LTPX does so well. So, I bit the bullet, was offered a free six months subscription and was given some fantastic product support as soon as I upgraded. The four stars review is simply down to my disapproval of the change to a subscription model but I understand why it was done..Version: 7.3.3

✓ Amazing Logbook and Exceptional ServiceI decided a couple of months ago to switch from an excel logbook I made, to LogTen Pro and I am especially glad I did. I found that the program was very easy to navigate. Even if you struggle with computers you have nothing to worry about because everything is backed up either to the cloud or to Dropbox. I never felt nervous to “explore” the program further because I knew I could always just restore to a previous save if I made an error. The LogTen program has multiple pages, so you don’t get information overload thrown straight at you. Simply write your data entry in the logbook tab, and then when you’re ready to print, go to the reports tab. This made data entry much quicker and easier than when I was using Excel, I didn’t have to switch between cells constantly to then later discover I had put data in the wrong cell. I could talk for ages about how impressed I am with the program (which I have to co-workers), but what I really want to highlight is the service. I wanted help to make a custom logbook loosely based on the Australian ASA logbook. Both Enrico and Thomas were happy to help, and spent what I would presume to be hours upon hours of work to make this happen. They kept me informed via email correspondence with what changes they were making and an expected completion time. The service they provided was absolutely second to none. I couldn’t have asked for better care and eye for detail when they made my new report template. Thank You to the entire team! - Adam.Version: 2021.2
✓ ExpensiveEven if this is a fantastic app. 160$ PER YEAR is a lot of money ... I wish there would’ve been a LogTen pro app with in app purchase that would unlock some features that not everyone needs... I, for example only need the report and the logbook, nothing more...Version: 8.0
✓ Not worth the costI tried a few different digital log books and used them side by side for the last 2 months. LogTen, whole having lots of hype and good comments proved to be rather clunky and at times frustrating. I fly different aircraft and one point of frustration comes from LogTen entering an old Hobbs time that had to be cleared each time an entry is made, including separate legs of the same trip. Tracking and entering approaches flown is also poorly designed. Why do I need to tell you the type and runway of an approach when I’ve told you where it was flown?, why isn’t there a drop down provided? Every trip requires a new identifier to be searched and added, and tomorrow you’ll be doing the same thing, for destinations you frequent. Then the best part, after 250 hours, I need to pay either 80 or 130 if I want it on my computer too? There’s other programs much more intuitive and faster that provide the same reports without the time consuming effort it takes to enter time..Version: 7.5.6

The responses I receive are quick, detailed, and points me in the correct direction. ✓ A Subscription????Logten, Many of us have been loyal customers for a very long time. The new IOS came out and every company updated their software....except you!! I am disgusted with what you have done. You have ripped your customers off. It's not the first time you have done this either. Instead of bringing your software up to date for the new IOS, you decided to charge your customers an annual subscription. The sad thing is, you didn't even advise us. I found out from someone. Else. Shame on you. I will e looking for an alternative Log book program. I have a feeling your customers will desert you like rats off a sinking ship..Version: 7.0.3

✓ Great app for Logbook... pricing getting ridiculousLove the app. Was a little annoyed with the change to paid subscription from the full outright purchase... It was $75/year then and I was annoyed but now with the new pricing being almost $100/yr. Goodbye Coradine... like so many other reviewers I am moving on at the end of my subscription... I refuse to dish out another $25/year when I can find other options... including options that include computer access along with mobile access..Version: 7.5.2
