✓ A refreshingly fun and easy dating appI'm really enjoying the easy simplicity of this app - no 24 hour clock to message someone back, no swiping for days to find someone you like. Just an easy to scroll list of potential matches. I also really like the feature where you can see who's viewed your profile. And I also like that the same feature applies to you! It really makes you think before you click on someone's profile too many times. I also appreciate how they app doesn't block you from messaging someone even if they haven't 'matched' with you yet. It would be nice if you were able to see who's viewed you - even with a free membership - but overall, it's a great app for being able to scope out the whole playing field without having to commit to a membership first. ✓ Great customer supportAs soon as I had an issue and contacted customer support, they replied back straight away and solved my problem. On top of that they have me some freebies and have been in contact all the time to make sure my query has been sorted. I agree they have to work on their marketing and comms, but if you contact them and explain the situation they are willing to help. Tbh, it’s my first time using any dating apps or sites so it’s really hard for me to say if this one is better or worse than others, but the only thing I would say is that the people I’ve met so far are pretty formal and serious, not people looking for a one night thing, something I’ve heard happens often in other online places. ✓ Flexible approach to high quality datingHaving used inner circle a couple of times since being introduced, the thing that is most immediately obvious is the overall higher standard of people in the app - by which I simply mean people making more of an effort to post decent pictures, write a descriptive profile, and take a little care with messages and interactions. There are also a number of ways to use the app - if you enjoy the “swipe right” approach seeing one profile at a time like a deck of cards you can use that, but you get the chance to send a proper message rather than just a like. But you can also search and review profiles, and take more care over who you interact with. ✓ A Frustrating AppThe process of creating a account did not flow. When uploading photos i got a lot of errors saying the photo was invalid to use as a main photo because it was not showing my face. (Which it was...)The app automatically crops out your face with no option of manually cropping it yourself. once you profile is made there is a bug in the app that prevents you from deleting any photos. i have duplicates i cant remove which is annoying. I tried logging in on the website desktop version to delete the duplicates but i had trouble logging into my account. The forgot password option didnt send a email at all....Ive read several other reviews stating that you can not do much on the app but like other's profiles until you pay for the upgraded versions. One positive thing, there seems to be a lot of options matched for me in my interested area compared to other dating apps I've tried. ✓ So Exciting to Date with ConfidenceI had seen inner circle advertising for moths on Facebook before I gave in and decided to sign up. The app layout is easier to follow, the subscription is slightly higher than other dating apps I’d been previously unsuccessful with such as Match and tinder, and therefore I was intrigued to find out why this is. The guidelines and standards of the app are featured straight away which is so comforting and basically suggests for all users to treat each other kindly and respectfully, this avoids being ghosted or being inappropriate when meeting on dates which eliminates months searching, it’s great. Within half an hour I received an email from Innercircle saying that I had been denied and that they would not be accepting my application at this time. There were no further details. Thanks for making me want to cry today. I did the facial verification and it matched my photo, however I’m left to make up my own reason as to why it was denied. Maybe I am too ugly. Maybe I am not wealthy enough. Maybe there is a social credit system in the United States that uses facial recognition. Maybe I have terrible social credit.
