✓ Mobile App flawWhile watching a race on iPhone without fail the screen freezes and you miss the end of the race. You have to close the race and re-enter the race to view the now finished race. ✓ TVG 4 MEIn California I have a variety of choices to spend my discretionary dollars. I can drop $50 on all kinds of lottery games or scratchers sponsored by the state. Or I can buy a bag of weed from a shop that has the states seal of approval. I feel that gambling is at best a long shot and the weed is so overpriced I would rather go to my neighborhood drug pusher. My gambling of choice by far is TVG. I get the same odds as going to the track and don’t feel the hot breath of any politicians as I do with the lottery or buying their pot. ✓ Results show but bets do not show correctlyNot sure what has changed in the last month or so, but after race results show, but the bets do not show correctly. It displays other races. They also at times stop showing your bets. I am thinking they do this to make more money, you can’t be sure you bet it or not and do it again. Had to revert to the book I got neatly 20 years ago when we bet with them by phone to find a number to call customer service. Called 3 times in last two weeks leading up to Derby. ✓ Really great except for one thingThis app is one of the best apps when it comes to betting on horse tracks. It has such great features such as: One of the only sites out there that let you deposit and withdraw so fast. Customer service is really understanding and helpful Only app I’ve seen that will send you alerts when a race is about to start My only complaint and the reason why I couldn’t give 5 stars is that the alerts the app sends don’t make a notification sound, so I have to check my phone every so often to see if there’s any races coming. ✓ Fun, but “caveat bettor”Fun to use, but their predictions/picks seem utter trash. I’ve lost more money following their analyses and picks than I have by just looking at horses, info/details, and odds, and trying my luck. By trial and error, I realized that if I don’t bet on their top picks, I can actually win some money. You’ll hit the occasional W/P/S if you go by their recommendations/picks, sure, but be smart - rely on your own knowledge, and do your homework. It’s almost as if they know they’re pushing the worst picks to more ignorant punters so folks lose the most money. Pretty brilliant, if that’s so..Version: 3.0.15
✓ White. OutI have enjoyed TVG for years with no problem. Suddenly I am getting screen white out for no obvious reason. I have to shut down and re-boot to open the ap. It will work for a little while and then white out again, thus starting the whole cycle again. Is anyone else having this problem? TVG is the only ap that has that problem for me. ✓ Great Racetrack SiteWe love to watch the horses and this is the best website to review, bet, and watch the races. I love the emails I get with boosts. This is the best site for family members even if they only bet the derby and other big stakes races. We used to go to OTB every time a big race would come up.. but now we just use our phone. ✓ A lot better appsI’ve used TVG on and off for a few years now and it has not changed much. Once you start doing multiple bets it will crash. Double bets that I never did, and delays when it comes to betting on a track that you know cheat..Version: 2.1.8

✓ Account changes emailTVG just arbitrarily changed my account so that I can no longer participate in any of their offers/promotions as of today !!! The reason is (they say) I don't bet enough money on the races !!!! They will not however give me an amount that they require to opt in to the promotions.... ✓ TVG is great to me for about 20 years already.But you have to link my Fan Duel account with TVG to my TVG account number and consequently be able to bet out of one pool of wagering money. TVG is not really Fan Duel until you do that. I feel uncomfortable using separate account balances. It stinks. You are losing a lot of horse race wagering customers if we can’t bet everything out of the TVG account..Version: 3.0.46
✓ Great app butEverything is great about his app as far as videos and all the races and courses. The only reason 4/5 is because the app still doesn’t show you as much handicapping as a computer or tablet would. For example you can’t view the horses previous races to see their past performances. ✓ Working man’s rebateI have several other accounts and I use this one mostly. Its easy to use place bets and doesn’t log out as fast as other accounts. There’s a 1/2 hour between races and there nothing more annoying than to handicap a race and come back to a logged out account. When my father got to old to drive to Keeneland I signed him up with TVG as a birthday present years ago and hopped on board when they opened in Illinois.....Customer Service has always been impeccable and they are always climbing the Technology Ladder. Love the mobile app soooo easy and convenient! It’s hard to tell you how difficult it has been listening to idiots like Todd And Simon for the last 15-20 years. The only thing worse is contemplating the next 20 since you’ve never displayed the common sense to show any of these poor handicapping, singing goofballs like Todd, Simon, also Perloff, Weaver, Joyce, and Ken the door, with the rare exception being Geno. I have tried to log in over 40+ times and it times out or I get an error. My husband is experience the same thing. Clearly they did not stress test app to ensure it can handle the traffic. ✓ Good app but I keep getting the blue screenI really enjoy tvg and the app. The features on it are great. But the app will go into blue screen and it stays like that. I can’t do anything when the blue screen comes on. And it happens frequently, at least once a day. I have to delete the app and install again. ✓ New lookI’m still getting used to the new look but I’m liking it so far. I like that you can review your bets and watch the race at the same time. I also like it when you launch the race video, you actually have to click the arrow to see the race and there is an option to disable the sound first. I don’t know how many times I play TVG in public and the race starts blasting in front of people. LOL. Only issue I’m having is when I make a TVG Prepaid card deposit, after I fund my card, I get the usual pop up and click Close. But after I Close, I get a message if I want to cancel operation rather than it closing and allowing me to fund my TVG account. It gets stuck and I cannot proceed. I have to completely close the app and log back in, then I can go fund my account. Please fix this issue. - FIXED! Great job! Also it would be good if you’re playing P4/P5/P6 plays, when you go to the next leg, I would like to be able to see the TVG picks at the bottom. - Added. Awesome! New issue- Video cuts out/freezes on almost every track/race. Race starts, freezes, continues, freezes, resumes again but this time they’ve already crossed the finish line. Annoying! ✓ Great for betting on the go or at homeThis can be addicting! It’s fun to watch races on phone or TV and have a stake or bet in the race. I am beginning handicapper and started out by betting on my micro-share racehorse ownership, but have learned a ton watching FanDuel TV ( previously TVG ) This is great if you live far away from tracks, or you just can’t make it to your local track. I have not decided if the expert hosts picks’ win more than I do. They are like the weather person - they get paid and have a job no matter how often they are wrong or right LOL!
