✓ Be Careful with this scamI used TVG for some betting, when I tried to withdraw I was told that they sent me a checks but that it was returned. Then they told me that they will return the balance to the account. When I tried to use the balance a while later I found my account in zero. I called again a and they told me the balance was are by inactivity fees. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! If it is not enough that betting odds are always against you, these people increase the odds against you getting your profits if any. ✓ Of course ran by FanDuelHope the execs cash out when they get bought out. Just a bottom tier experience relative to other apps. My balance isn’t withdrawalable because I somehow paid via echeck. You don’t get notified that was your method of payment…only when you try to withdrawal. You’re stuck for 6-8 business days without being able to withdraw your balance. Wonder who that helps? Decline the transaction if you need to wait for bank confirmation like we live in the Teddy Roosevelt era. Had a bad experience with FanDuel when I won a decent amount of cash. ✓ Promotions are BSDid the FanDuel risk free $200 bet on the derby. Should have known this was BS when I saw it. I bet $200 on the race and only that race. I unfortunately didn’t win :( so I was like oh well it’s risk free, right? WRONG! They only gave me $50 back and I asked them about this. They said that I apparently didn’t read the rules right and they would only pay my first $50 bet. I placed 4 bets total with my $200. Two $50 on win and two $50 on show. I told them I understood about the show bets and I would take the $100 loss. They still wouldn’t honor my other $50 for the other win bet. They said that since it wasn’t on the same ticket, that they just can’t do it. They were completely irrational and not fair about it. ✓ TVG ScamI recently bet a horse at a track for a good sum of money.. the last minute I bet another $100 to win . It said sorry the it’s close.. for that race .. I then went back and they was not loading them in the gate so again I try .it said it’s close.. the race went off and I ran 3rd .. I said thank god I was shut out . I look at my balance and it was correct.. then a hours later . My $100 was gone from my account. ✓ HorribleWas told about this app by tvg reps as I entered the Del Mar track today. Thought it would be really useful and decided to download it. However then they need to verify your info (ie you have to call them) and I was told they need to "email the supervisor for approval" and then they'd get back to me. By the end of the races for the day, no word from them!! Thank goodness I decided to go bet the old fashioned way. Don't waste your time on this app!!! ✓ Very difficult to verify and no Contact Number just online and they don’t respondI created an account. I sent them clear pictures of my ID. They rejected it. They sent me an email to upload the same info. You had to login to submit. My login was not working. I hit reset user name and password. It didn’t work. It said email them as they don’t have a live phone number. It made me login to email them, again I couldn’t login. And the password reset didn’t work either. ✓ BEWARE AZ ACCTSArizona does not support harness racing. That’s 1/3 of this apps appeal, and the only appeal for me. Customer service was no better, lying to me saying I could only bet, while physically being in Arizona, which I know is not true, because everyone else can travel extensively with their apps. TVG will take your money and tell you that you can’t have it back, because it’s a deposit and not a winning. ✓ One big problemI live this app as everything you would need an a horse racing app is there. But there is not a single day that goes by they I open the app, it turns blue, and will not open up. Every single day I have to delete the app and download it again. Some days it is two or three times I have to do it. ✓ Refunded ticket total instead of paying out the big winPlaced a "missing bet" for $50 across the board to win, place and show. Ticked total $150. The bet appeared in my "Bets" showing with a potential win of up to $1161. This bet then disappeared from the "Bets" after the race. The balance on the account was $306 prior to placing the missing bet. After the “missing bet” was submitted the balance was $156. About 10 minutes later, the "missing bet" ticket of $150 was placed back into the account and the balance went back to $306. The "missing bet" was a winning bet. Per the “active bets” the approximate payout would have been $1161 if the horse took first place of which it did in fact take first place. The winning bet disappeared and the original bet ticket of $150 was refunded to the account balance. Account holders son spoke with a rep. there twice about the situation and was told twice the key account manager would have to call him back regarding the situation. Account holders son was present and witnessed the race that resulted in the “missing bet”. The key account manager never called. The situation is very similar to a review left on Trustpilot left on June 6th 2023. TVG only has an average review of 2.6 stars out of 5 on TrustPilot. Bottom line is you can win a race with a big payout and you are taking the chance TVG will not honor the payout and instead simply reimburse your original bet ticket..Phillip 1234599Version: 3.0.55

✓ OutrageousWas super excited to be betting for the first time on the breeders cup in 2022. Won some money. Super easy interface. Horrible support. Requested screenshots of my personal banking information after claiming them I owed them my deposit a second time. When provided with a date and time along with deposit amounts made through their direct to bank service (plaid) still refused to reactivate account until I paid them a second time. ✓ Worst customer serviceI had accidentally deposited 600 into my TVG account instead of 6 on a Thursday night. The only way you can contact them is through fanduel chat service. No phone center. Was on this cat live with an agent for 24 mins Friday the very next day. Before a holiday weekend. The gentleman told me the funds were on hold and it wasn’t going to hit my account. Well he lied! The funds were quickly taken away from my TVG account so I couldn’t spend money that wasn’t there. Nice one fan duel. What a quick response to make sure your money wouldn’t be spent, yet on Tuesday after a holiday weekend the funds were debited from my account. It is Wednesday and I still have received a refund! Best part is I was heading out of town for vacation, so when the customer service agent told me it was all taken care of i was relived. What a joke! After explaining to them over and over the ach wouldn’t be returned by the bank, that they would have to credit the account and not my bank. They still said no. Asked for a manager to call me, but said it will be by email. I am canceling my account. I’m going to have overdraft fees, yet they still don’t care enough to keep me as a customer. I tried to sign up and I put in all my personal information INCLUDING my social, all to be told that I have to call to be able to create an account. I call and the guy over the phone tells me that I have to fill out forms send out my ID mail everything and still can’t even place a bet. What a waste of my time! ✓ Update made it glitchyI love the app and have had it for a few years. It’s now really glitchy. I bet a little for fun every day and it is disappointing and confusing because I can’t pay super close attention while doing other things. 1. Doesn’t show a bet unless it is closed and reopened. I have bet twice on the same race because it doesn’t show my bet. I don’t mind losing some money, but I don’t want to lose more because the app is defective. 2. Doesn’t auto refresh. Sometimes it’s many races behind. Example: It shows race #1 is in 2 minutes. But the track is on race 4. Not just one track, but several: Thorough breds and harness. ✓ TVG is TrashI stated betting on horses as a pass time about a year ago. I never had an issues with their system until I started to win and was withdrawing money from their system. When I deposited money to their site it would sometimes take multiple days for it to be deducted from my debit account and I would loose track. I would be playing with money I didn’t have. I have been wake up to emergency overdraft emails from my bank for the past week. My “winning” withdrawals from their site go into my account as pending and never post. ✓ App Freezes all the timeI have been using TVG app for few years and I like a lot of features this app provides but few changes I would like to see are as follows. The most frustrating part is the app freezes on me all the time. I have to switch off my phone and switch back on which is frustrating. ✓ Blue screens and not even WindowsI have to delete and download this app at least once a week , you try to load app and all you get is a frame and blue screen . When you get this no matter how long you wait it does not load and you cannot close and reload it stays on blue on screen not loading all the way . So I am constantly deleting, redownload and logging back in .
