✓ Much potentialThis app could be great with just a few fixes/additions. They need to allow for multiple hub items in a single map. It also needs to center correctly when building a map. It needs more color choices. It needs more view modes. It also needs a way to fix align containers so it remains orderly. Seems to have been released prematurely..Version: 4.6

✓ A good start...I would like to use this app, but it's limitations at this point are problematic for me to use it for anything serious. The price does not reflect what you get in exchange... At this point. I am hoping that the authors will upgrade items such as: - Increasing the text field size -increasing the amount to text when you can put in a note. -increasing the visible part of the titles on the front page - allow for multiple webs in one document so when presenting you have a flow of ideas. There is a lot of potential with this app, I'm hoping to see some updates in the future..Version: 1.6

✓ Just an add for the pro versionWas wonderful for a while but now the app won't let you do absolutely anything without popping up the "pay $6 for full version." I understand having limitations to incentivize buying the full product, but this is so abrasive all it's done is made me uninstall. At least be honest and force the user to pay upfront instead of having us download an add. Or call it a "free trial", rather than a version. Maybe it's a glitch and the adds only supposed to pop up sometimes but still....Version: 4.6

✓ Decent, pricy?So overall after the first couple of mind maps, I'm thinking hey this is a nice little app, but then I'm like, well what if I want this mind map in my Dropbox, or google drive, or iCloud. Well I need a subscription for that... Want to print, you need a subscription for that, want to PDF it, you need a subscription for that... ✓ Nice app, but....I feel like this app would be exactly perfect for what I would need it for, but I feel like having such a steep monthly subscription for things like cloud storage and removing adds is ridiculous. ✓ Paid for the ApplicationsPaid for the application and they were suppose to send a verification email and it never did. I mean it states it did but I never received it. You cannot use the application without the verification email from them. I have sent 2 requests to correct but nothing happened and then I emailed the developer and yet nothing happened. They also took my $6 for the pro versions as well and yet I cannot use the application. Ridiculous! Plus, without the email verification (I have done 3 registrations with three different emails and yet never received and a verification email. After paying for the software and trying to use the software if just spins and spins. I need to report this to Apple as a SCAM and the BBB. ✓ Ongoing monthly feeApp seems good but the free version is very limited. You can only have 3 maps and export only as a CSV or PNG. Full version at $2 a month is too much as you may end up paying this for years and many apps each wanting a small amount each month soon adds up. ✓ Lost hours of work on a map because of a serious bugStarted briefly working on a map in this iOS app, then continued working on the same map for several hours on their web site, then went back to iOS and simply opened the map.. it instantly overwrote my latest map on their server with the first one I had started on iOS. Lost all the work I had done on the web app. Tech support is clueless, no way of rolling back the data loss caused by their iOS app! I'll be withdrawing this app from my college's list of useful tools.. no way we will risk loosing hours of work on maps because of these sync bugs!.Version: 3.6
✓ Upgrade to enable delete?The second I opened this app, I made the first bubble for my mind map, wrote ‘hey’ as a placeholder to test it and then the second I try to delete the first bubble, I’m told I need to upgrade to the paid version to enable the delete function. I am down with the freemium model, but jeez guys, allow me to at least get started playing with some of the basic features before forcing me to upgrade. I deleted the app straight away. ✓ Good product, bad service.Unfortunately you cannot use all the products facilities without going pro (the same with most apps!). The cost of going pro is £4.95, which doesn't break the bank but the principle still stands. Having said that, it is a great app. It has a nice design, it's easy to use, there is a great choice of colour and styles for your mind maps. You can move each aspect wherever you like. Overall, I would say it's worth it. I would definitely recommend to a friend, despite the hidden charge..Version: 1.6

✓ Good concept but bad executionThe app and the concept is really wonderful but I purchased this app mainly because of its synchronization capabilities with the web. This does not happen and it never get synchronized between devices which is the worst. Great app and a great concept but miles to go before the app becomes perfect.Version: 4.6
✓ I use this for an un intended purposeAfter using this for brainstorming and tracking ideas, I’ve come to the conclusion that this app works wonders to create a structured family tree that is very easy to navigate. I’d give it 6 stars for that alone. Great product. Genius idea. Highly recommend Update: got a new iPhone and went to recover my maps, and I get a promt “please activate your account from activation email sent”, but no email ever comes and it won’t allow me to log in. I’ve tried to contact customer support multiple times to no avail. At one point I got connected to a man who answered the phone as if I had the wrong number, and he told me he would look into it but he sounded like he had no idea what I was talking about.Version: 4.6
✓ Sync problemsNot a bad App but it has limitations. Ideally you want something you can use on your PC (or Mac), your iPad and your iPhone. This App translates across all three but not precisely. If I design a Mind Map and then on the PC I change the colour of some boxes they don’t carry across to the tablet or phone because there is no facility on there to change the colours. In fact even if I change the colour of selected boxes on the PC and save the map it doesn’t save the colour change. I deleted a map on the PC but it didn’t delete them on the devices so I have two different versions. Then when I opened up the PC again the map reappeared! How many times do I need to delete it? Do I need to delete it from each device? I have to say it’s a simple to use system but annoyingly there are some serious deficits with the programming. If you’re not worried about colours and want something simple to use then this is for you. If you want to add an endless stream of emojis I’m afraid there’s only 27 to choose from and five of them are numbers (anything greater than 5 doesn’t appear). The final negative is that if you rearrange the boxes and “tidy” them up the next time you open the map they’re back to square one..Version: 4.1
✓ Trying to steal personal information warningI purchased the app and registered my count, the verification email led back to the developer web page, but was blocked by safari. I got a message that it was a threat and was a security risk. It suggested I close the page. So I did. I tried the App Store link to the developer so I could report this, but the same thing happened. I then tried my desktop and went directly to web address in the App Store. The same warning. I’m not sure what is going on with developer website, but this issue affects access to your files from other devices, which is one of the features it offers. Hopefully this gets resolved quickly, but I had to delete the app and get my money back. This is a great app, but until they resolve this developer website issue, I have to give it a low rating..Version: 4.6

✓ Could be usefulI tried the collaboration feature and it didn't work as advertised. The mail was sent but the map was not transferred instead , information on how to get the app was displayed even though the app was already installed in the target device. In the basic app, you can't delete old maps. I foundation out you have to use the import feature to load also shared map. So I am upping this to 3 stars. Going back to 2 stars. ✓ Good functions, with annoying issueI love the functionality of this app. I used it to document the various domains of my life. The interface is intuitive and allows to arrange the shapes and connections with ease. Good mind map. Now, I don't know how, but the file name keeps on being renamed to the name of one of the nodes. ✓ Easy to make simple charts - lost some data when using on two devicesAn evening’s work was lost after saving and then opening on a second device. If you’re not doing this, maybe it is more stable. But I lost a bit of work so that is a little frustrating. It can make easy to view mind maps, and this is very useful. It cannot create two way links, all links are linear and where relationships can be marked, they are unidirectional. A little annoying when dealing with ideas that are interrelated and that have reinforcing effects. Still, it is quite a useful tool for exploring thoughts. Not the most powerful (no integration of lists and only a limited amount of categories I.e, clip art) available. But ok for smaller maps.Version: 4.6
