✓ So far so goodI’ve only been on this for a few days but I do love the fact that this guy Jay will text message you and ask you if there’s anything that they could do to help you that’s pretty awesome So as far as this app goes it’s all right I like the fact that you can swipe left or right if you’re interested in a job and it will automatically send your resume that’s pretty cool and how you can zero in on the town or city that you’re looking for a job at that’s awesome but for me I have not found a job yet still looking fingers crossed all will go well.Version: 6.1.2

✓ Good app- bad eggsThe app itself is awesome. I love being able to swipe and quickly apply. However, there are A LOT of pyramid schemes masquerading as entry level jobs. It would be one thing if they were upfront about it ( I’m not above standing outside with a clipboard for a few weeks if I can really move up in the company) but I’m pretty sure these companies are lying about that. Many of the companies create a new fake name every few months, but if you look at reviews or stories people post on forums like reddit, it’s the same people pulling the same scam. I hate to think of the eager job-seekers or people looking to change careers who will waste precious job hunting time being duped by these and I hope Monster can implement a better way to vet these out..Version: 7.3.1

✓ Good, could be greatMonsters search engines are lacking. For instance, if you’re looking in the IT industry and put “IT” or IT and a position title, you will end up with a lot of non IT positions. That partly seems to change more if you’re looking at a small town versus a large city, but it’s still a little annoying. I have also noticed less job posting than other apps, but that could be the industry as there are other job apps that are tech specific. Overall, Monster is good to keep in your tool box, but don’t make it the only one you use..Version: 5.6.1

✓ UX great - almost!This is a great improvement on the previous iteration. Smooth transitions and nice sharp cards. I like the icon in the Center... nice touch. However, I still think the list view should be available - when I want to browse at speed - the UI slows me down. The feed itself is the problem. I would expect a smarter algorithm by a company the size of Monster! It’s not good at all. Hopefully that a different team that will be releasing improvements soon! FYI - using taxonomy from feeds will be the issue - hopefully adopting the new taxonomy on the block is on the roadmap... Great work overall....Version: 6.1.1
