✓ Joy if ignore set up and pop upsOnce over the hideously painful part of setting up, which included putting in my password numerous times and a lot of patience, then hitting ok on the pop ups about washing machine being off when I know it’s on and another wait it is wonderful. I have saved my favourite washing cycles, which was something I initially missed after my AEGs motor stopped working, because I like to do my laundry at 30 but this isn’t the standard temperature on the cycles I use. Also I can see when my laundry has finished as it’s in the lean to outside I can’t hear when it’s finished and used to make numerous visits to see if the cycle had ended. Shame it doesn’t include optional settings for pre-wash etc..Jenpea74Version: 3.1194.938

One thing I’d love to see is if you could add the child lock feature to the control system in the app. I can’t seem to use the app and child lock same time. Secondly why even have have it connect to a server who knows where when it should just be a direct connect to the appliance. ✗ Doesn’t work!The manual that came with my fridge says to use “smart home app” and then when I try to connect it the refrigerator screen says I need to use “Samsung connect”! Also have been trying all day to get the stove to connect to the smart app but has been giving an error saying failed to connect please try again. It is sad to spend so much on appliances that don’t work! I’m using an iPhone! Then to top it off now I’m told I need to use family hub app for the fridge. Multiple apps to control your connected devices?!? Sad! Had the potential to be great! Samsung’s support is a joke too! Nothing like waisting your time with them!.Matt 3.0Version: 3.1193.926
