✓ Keeps crashingIt’s great if and when working! Installed the first time, no problem, then less than a week it crashed. Called support who suggested to remove then install, which we did and another crash which my mom finally gave up. Fortunately, she had other support toward her recovery, but she really prefers this app… count your blessings… oddly works better on PC, but on on iPad… whole different story. Now here I am again after a year from her recovery and reinstalled for the umpteen time.. my dad had previously reinstalled, made calls, etc to get the app functioning… I’m doing the same again.
