✓ Couldn’t Take the First Step of the TestJust ONCE can we make a brain training app that colorblind people can use? Please? I really want to work on things like focus, memory, and problem solving. However, the very first step of the initial test this app give you requires you to decipher red for green, which are the two most commonly confused colors for colorblind people. With 1 in 200 women and 1 in 12 men being colorblind, I’m surprised that I still struggle to find a brain training app I can use. I’m so sick of trying to improve my brain, only to find out that I’m unable to use every app I download..Version: 2.0.2
✓ Slow load, some wonky adminApp is very slow to load on my iPad. I have to close it and reopen it daily as it doesn’t know to move from day to day. I loaded the app also on my iPhone and logged in but it doesn’t see that I purchased the premium account on that device and I get ads. The games work well and I’ve seen good progress but there are sloppy things with the admin of this app that have me thinking of dropping it and switching to a competitor when my annual subscription runs out. FWIW I paid $99 for the annual fee and now I see they are selling it for as low as $25. That’s maddening..Version: 3.15.1

✓ I can't even trial it!Refuses to acknowledge that I've entered a password and won't allow me to register and, as many others have said, support is nonexistent. Now, to all those who HAVE taken the trial and now wish to cancel, it's easy (but not obvious). 1. On the first page of the App Store, there should be a button with your Apple ID on it (it's in the bottom left corner on iOS 9 and 10 on iPad - I don't have an iPhone, sorry!) Tap it. 2. Tap 'View Apple ID'. 3. It'll prompt you for your password. Enter it. 5. A screen will appear with various options, scroll down until you see 'subscriptions'. Tap it. 6. Look for 'Brainwell' in the list and toggle the slider off. 7. That's it, you won't be charged again (NB: if you've cancelled outside of the trial period, note that you won't be entitled to a refund but, if Monclarity makes further charges, then your credit card company or bank should be able to assist you in getting those payments refunded). This review keeps being removed; if I were more cynical, I'd say Monclarity doesn't want people knowing how to stop the subscription….Version: 1.0.440

✓ Sometimes sluggishI am enjoying many elements of this game. However, there are some games within the app, particularly the Get the Pet game, where the responses to the touch screen are very slow. I have tried with both finger touch and a top of the line stylus but find that it takes two, three or even sometimes four taps(!) to activate the answer. Considering that Get the Pet (for example) speeds up as the game goes on, the slow response of the touch screen makes achieving an accurate score untenable, and therefore makes the players stats inaccurate. I have paid for a one year subscription to this app and it was not cheap. For the price paid, I would hope that all games would work to their maximum capability. For many other of the games on the app, the touchscreen works well, but it is very, very frustrating when you encounter a game where it doesn’t! If this issue was fixed I would not hesitate to change my review to five stars. Please consider investigating!.Version: 2.6.0
✓ Really love it but needs improvementI really love this game…it COULD be my favorite of all of my brain games except for the scoring accuracy. I can score well above my age group and it tells me I’m below and to keep trying. For as much as this game costs you’d think the scoring would be correct. It doesn’t make this clear until after so I made the natural mistake of selecting what my strengths are to get the type of games I wanted, which was exactly opposite to what I should have been entering.
