✓ Same Same oldNew version of the game so high hopes! Nope same old same old visually completely different functionality though hasn't change and it's chock full of bugs, probably more than previous version. There are forums to report bugs but I suspect these are just for show as it appears they are not monitored as the developers do not comment back on the bugs or indicate that they recognise they exist and are working on a fix. Game is virtually unplayable in current release due to too many significant and important functions not working properly. Though going by previous version these issues may be fixed by the end of 2017..Version: 2.0.31

✓ Waste of time and moneyPlease look elsewhere as this game is riddled with bugs. Bugs that the owners know about, and have known about for now years. Yet they won’t fix them, happy to introduce new features, more often than not with bugs themselves. However as long as the money keeps flowing in they don’t care. So please do look elsewhere as why pay top dollar to play something that doesn’t do what it advertises it does. Just to add to that Daniel the owner will quite happily take all your money but not any ownership of any complaints. The complaint department is non existent and the game is monitored by over zealous volunteers. Save your money and look for something else as this is one to definitely avoid.Version: 2.1.36
✓ Not sure......how many people are actually playing this game. Joined a league just in time to play one game before season’s end. Studying the other 13 teams in my league, as near as I can tell, 9 are defunct with nobody having played them since the season started, 1 has a manager that hasn’t checked in for three weeks, and three have minor activity varying from five days to two weeks ago. If this is true, then it is too bad, because the game has a lot going for it in my opinion. There is always something to do: one league game per day, training your players, buying and selling, bringing new players up from the youth system, upgrading your facilities. Sponsorship and game bonuses seem generous enough that you can, with careful in-game money management, get along with spending little or no real money on in-apps. A feature I like that I think are superior to those found on a well known competitor here on the app store: this game’s training regimen can be tailored a lot more closely to each individual player’s needs (there are also generalized training routines in place that can be activated with a single tap as well if you don’t have time for anything else). Another neat feature is a scripting routine that allows you to quickly fine tune your general tactical stance using up to 20 different parameters that define how your squad will react to changing game conditions. You set variables by using the forms When, What, Whom, And, Then, and If in an easy to use pictogram format. You don’t have to use this feature if you don’t feel like it, but it is handy to have, especially if you will not be around to personally manage your daily match. I find the bid/auction system onerous, especially when a player goes up on the block for a dollar, and managers painfully try to outbid each other a buck at a time. Every time a higher bid is offered, the countdown timer resets by one minute and starts again, so this can be an irritating and time consuming process. ADDENDUM: Ok, new season started today with first league matches only two hours away. Again, checking on the other 13 teams, only one other manager has checked in today. The others indicate having last checked in anywhere from one to six weeks ago. The games will run on autopilot whether the managers are there or not, and this is mostly what’s happening, I guess. It also means there’s no point offering to buy or sell players, or attempt any other interaction between teams, as 90% of the time there won’t be anyone to respond to you. Truly, I think this is a shame, as I think this game offers much. I was really starting to get into the nuts and bolts of it, but now I’m not sure there’s much point to it... 2nd ADDENDUM: Played three seasons now. Out of a total of 39 teams I’ve been up against, only five had active managers. The rest haven’t signed in for weeks, sometimes months. My first two seasons were all games against “ghost” teams. The game is boring, predictable, and wholly unentertaining. There are many errors that have not been addressed and apparently never will be. Game server updating is onerous and slow. ✓ Could have been goodFirstly, I have never written a review about an app but feel I must for this one. There are so many bugs and glitches in the game it’s untrue. The set up is good and potential is great but it falls far short. But what is most unforgivable for me is the lack of interest from the developers. There is a bug whereby a promised 5* player (given as part of a deal when buying starter pack) just doesn’t materialise. And the only way to contact developers is to post in the forum. I duly did this and not a word back. Seems they are happy to take money and provide poor service. A look at the forum shows that my problem is widespread with many others experiencing the same thing and no relies to their posts either. ✓ Could not get past tutorialThis game has a severe glitch that rendered it unplayable for me. In order to play the real game, it is necessary to first complete a mandatory tutorial. But the problem is that one part of the tutorial cannot be completed and there is no way around it, and as a result no way to play the game. When I was offered the new set-up, it looked like the next step, however, when I accepted the offer I didn't realise that it would mean I'd have to start from scratch. ✓ Too in hock to FacebookI enjoyed this game, invested a lot of time over several months and had a really good team. As a former trophy manager user I thought I was a loyal customer. But then I replaced my iPad with an upgraded version and suddenly there was no way I could get my team back. This wouldn't have happened if I had logged in via Facebook, but I hate Facebook and am not a member and don't see why playing fmu should only be possible for Facebook users. I tried to contact app support but guess what, this is only possible via Facebook!! To be honest there are also many advantages for Facebook users in the game too, it's not really a level playing field for the rest of us. So I give up, too in hock to Facebook. Shame, I will miss it. This means that you can’t get the free PRO credits and other benefits of having friends on the game. The developers won’t even discuss it of answer the queries many have raised. ✓ MehFmu is an allright game, its a fun concept to be able to create your team and led them them to higher leagues and victories however as is the problem with many mobile games nowadays you need to rely heavily on in-app purchases in order to get anywhere, meaning the game isn’t so much a test of managerial skill as much as it is how much money is sitting in your wallet... Also the developers have clearly abandoned updating the game with new graphics and features in favor of creating other copy-off cash crop games. So while this is probably still one of the best football manager games out there, your time and money might be better spent elsewhere..Version: 2.1.16
