✓ Better FiguresCan’t bet a pick 5 or pick 6 through phone app won’t slide to leg 5 or leg 6 when attempting to select horses. Contacted DRF weeks ago about issue. Still same problem. Bad communication on their part. Today is opening day Saratoga and no pick 5 action through phone app. Terrible. Going back to NYRA bets and changing handicapping paper. It says Beyers in the app but it doesn’t give you Beyers, just last 3 races. No access to PPs in the app which I do not like. The desk top site does give you access. All in all not bad. ✓ GlitchesApp has lots of glitches recently. Often shuts down for no reason. Tried to “report problem” thru the app and the submit button is hidden once form fills out. The “my wagers” section always says “no recent wagers” under results and winnings. Also no way of seeing your account history or daily/weekly/monthly/all time win figures thru the app. Live stream works great and so does ease of Betting. I loaded money on this app to place bets on the Kentucky Derby after sending an email to confirm they are allowed to bet the Kentucky Derby from DRF and they responded to my email telling me i will be able to place bets. I get an email this morning saying they are not allowed to place bets for the Kentucky derby but forward you to another site that is supposed to work but does not! What a scam!! DO NOT USE THIS APP.
