✓ Not GoodThey couldn’t even identify a simple plant. Nickname: “Hen and Chick”.Version: 2.0
✓ Must Authenticate With GoogleI refuse to use any app that requires authentication via Google or some other 3rd party. There seems to be no other way to use this app. I want my 99 cents back..Version: 2.0

✓ Follow-up... work flow isn't polished yetI was pretty thrilled with the initial purchase. I liked the back story on the developers, and I really like the idea of learning about plants. The app works very well on submittal. You can take multiple pictures. I wish there was a comment box, but I use the Request Title field to jot down notes about height and location. The issue I have is one of my first requests was returned unresolved. I wrote to their info email and gave them the result of my research. See, I want to have FlowerChecker be an index to all my plants and who wants "unresolved". I got a quick reply explaining they couldn't change the case (development item!) and to resubmit (because my guess was close and the email exchanged zeroed on the right plant). But when I resubmitted, I got another Unresolved. So now I have two. :( And I guess I've become a PiTA to them as my email go unanswered. So I really like their business model and back story, but this sort of thing has to be "perfect" to really make my heart sing..Version: 1.08
✓ Shame on you!I have tried several free apps and seen this one for $0.99 because it’s in my budget, not only do you want more money but you want total access to my Google account.... For what purpose do you truly need to have total access my Google account? If I don’t let you use it then I don’t get to use you even though I paid for you I don’t think so give me my money back and we will call it good.Version: 2.0

✓ Sorry, but a bit bunkI posted a photo of a plant, gave its location and a bit of background on what it was labeled as but how U believed it was mislabeled. The app ultimately told me it couldn't identify the plant; meanwhile within that 24-hour period I managed to identify it myself. Sorry, but not worth the download..Version: 2.0

✓ Used to be so helpful! What happened ?So I’ve been using this app for at least two years now. Lately, they have not been able to identify all but one of my inquiries. I always include clear photos & my location. I used to really love this app. I certainly don’t mind 99 cents for an ID in less than 24 hours. When an inquiry comes back as “unresolved” no credits are used. This means if it’s not resolved, you don’t spend a credit (99cents). That’s good, however, I really am disappointed, as it’s super obvious it’s gone down hill..Version: 2.0
