✓ Switch to Office 365Have used this App for a few years and been happy at v3 having bought this. As other reviewers this is a bitter-sweet relaitonship as the App is great, clean interface, easy to manage multiple accounts, fast, and uses much less memory that the flaky bloatware of browser-Outlook. As others have said, having paid a one off for v3 I thought this was set, but the switch to a subscription at the same price each year thus does feel a bit narky. However, the other gripe is that the 'free' v4 without subcribing does not support Office 365 so that immediately disabled use of work acct from a App I had not so long ago paid for!! This feels like a snare, as with many users work switchign to 365, this is going to mean you get caught in this dragnet and have to subscribe or lose your work email access through Airmail! But, the upside is that some 365 work set ups (like mine) don't use IMAP, EWS etc., and this means some other clients (like Spark) cannot ever connect. Te positive rating for Airmail is that it does support MA 265 accoutns and adds them with ridiculous ease, and so this means no longer having to battle daily with the exruciating mess that is browser-based 365. So, four stars because it enables this so easily and for functionality, speed and low memory hog..even if still a bit aggreived had paiud for it only to have subscribe anew to get back features I already had in v3....Johann97Version: 4.5.4

✓ Great Alternative to Mail for macOS11 BetaI get a ton of email – 350+ per day. Also, I installed macOS 11 Beta. I’ve been an Apple Mail users for years, ever since I ditched Gmail due to privacy conerns around 2012. Anyway, with macOS 11, Apple Mail would take about 5-10 seconds to load a new message every time. I get too much email to wait so I sought alternatives. I tried both Airmail and Spark and settled on Airmail because it has a ton of features, shows the mail count in the menu bar, and has EXCELLENT customer service. I had questions about resetting my folder colors to use the Airmail color palette among other things and Steven was extremely helpful. He quickly answered all my questions and got me to a happier place. I have Airmail installed on my mac, iPhone, and iPads and have encountered no issues. Overall, it has been a very smooth process in part due to Steven. (I also asked Spark some setup questions about 12 hours ago. I’m still waiting for a response.).TheHumanistaVersion: 3.3.2

✗ Glitches ruin the experienceI've used Airmail Pro for a few years and really like the interface and functionality. But...it has been glitchy for me, especially with iCloud mail. Recently iCloud mail has stopped working for some unknown reason - other accounts in Airmail5 work fine still and no iCloud mail problems via Apple Mail or Spark. I contact support but their response was "maybe it will be fixed in the next update" whenever that is. So I pay for Airmail Pro but it doesn't work and support doesn't help. What do you do? Stop using Airmail I suppose!.Sh!7Version: 5.0.4

✗ AirMail is not free, it is a paid app that is incorrectly advertisedI have been using the app for a couple of months without any problems but this morning I was frozen out of the app and not allowed to access my email until I paid a steep subscription charge.
