✓ Waste of timeTried filling in a form. Works in the app. But can't move the form, transfer, e-mail, print, etc., since they all revert back to original unfilled form. Not going to pay if no proof it actually will work..Version: 1.8
✓ No UNDO in annotationThe app is a great reader. I like being able to sort my documents in different folders. It zooms very nicely which is great for reading without my glasses. My big big complaint is that while the annotations are great, there is no UNDO function. So if I highlight some text and change my mind, it is highlighted for ever. I searched the internet with no result. Some sites refer to a back arrow on the annotation toolbar. It is simply not there..Version: 1.8
✓ Great features but Lite version too limited... You can’t save more than 10 files or create flattened PDFs unless you buy the $20 Pro Edition. And if you can’t make a flattened PDF, you can’t actually share one with any markup on it, so the Lite version’s totally useless for me. ✓ Have to pay on different Mac PlatformsLove the free app so much that I paid for the full PDF Reader Pro for my Mac OS expecting that I would be able to use that purchase across all my Apple platforms (IPhone and IPad). I was very disappointed to find out that PDF technologies has a ‘different’ version for IOS and they want me to pay again. Not how the Apple ecosystem is supposed to work. ✓ Not a very good AppThe app doesn't allow you to fill in PDF files like it says. And the adverts appear every 5 seconds which is waaaaaay annoying! So you have to click them away all the time. The 'cutting edge' comments in the description aren't accurate. By the look of this app it was made for the iPhone 3GS. I'm sure there are better apps on the market. Moreover, they tried to sell me more of their products, asking me to give them good reviews and will give me a discount but completely ignored my request! ✓ Doesn’t seem to workI really wanted to like this app, and I even paid for the premium license. But nothing seems to work properly—it keeps saying that I need to re-purchase the paid edition (even though I have a receipt from the first time I paid for it. At $25, it’s pretty steep!). I have been around in circles with customer service, which keeps repeating the same directions that don’t work. ✓ Used to love this app :(EDIT: After leaving my review I read through some of the other reviews and now I see that this developer responds only with two template responses some of which don’t even apply to the review. As you can see I got the same canned response to my review asking for information that I already have in my review. Because of the continued unresponsive customer service I have stopped using this app and found another one. I’ve been using PDF Reader for over a year and I love it. Except now for some reason it crashes when I try to search and erased all my annotations that hadn’t been saved. I deleted the app and reinstalled and opened a new file and the same thing is happening. Please help! I have an iPad Air running the most recent version of iOS.
