✓ Really good gameReally good game to play when waiting for something like riding on a subway. This is a good game to just play to pass some time, not really a game you would play for a really long time but otherwise great. Only thing that could be changed is the cheats. The cheats are way too expensive, they could be changed to like you have to beat the game and have a decent amount of money like 2k or something. Otherwise great game!.Version: 2.80

✓ Great game!Really good game with detailed gameplay. So many symptoms to play with, risk factors to adjust, and ways to affect the life around your victim. I love the aspect of being able to affect how the doctors are treating your victim, or if your victim is even willing to go to the doctor at all. This game also has many unique symptoms that i dont usually see in games like this. Only 2 things i'm not a huge fan of is how you gain points to use and ads. I wish it just automatically increased rather than having to go to each part of the body and select the germs. But it's not awful either. The game does have frequent ad pop ups, which i understand. Gotta make your money somehow. Aside from that, this is a fantastic mobile game with a lot of cool, and fun features. I would recommend to anyone who wants a game that doesnt cut out features for being free. You can pay for ad free, which i think is worth it. This game is hours of entertainment..Version: 2.62

However, there is a glitch in the game where if you want to play the game more than once it won’t let you click “start game”. This happens every time, it is not just every so often. It is easily fixed by just closing the app and reopening it, but doing this every 10 minutes is quite frustrating. This is the only flaw with the whole game. I think that when you make your victim overweight he should actually get fatter and when you give him stomach flu he should vomit immediately. I also think you should be able to be on the doctor’s side and try to help John Smith. Doctors should also be able to put organ transplants in him when they fail to make it more challenging. ✓ Reck havoc and then be guilty about it.When I played this game, I thought it would be something like Plague Inc, except on one person, patient Zero. Little did I expect for me to get a bit emotional and guilty when I destroyed the Central nervous system, and he went into the emergency room. I got quite sad too when I heard the victim cry when I gave him the worst kind of depression. All and all, it's a heart string tugging game, where you feel guilty for what you did to the patient. To get further into the game, I recommend first selecting mild(easy) mode, and soon coming back to that stage and playing on a harder difficulty for more stars. And don’t worry, you can get coins by completing and re-completing stages. Plus, you don’t really need coins for boosters, as they are optional. So just start easy and work your way into harder difficulty settings. (Mild->Moderate-> Severe->Leathal).Version: 2.81

With real humans, it takes significantly less morbidities and complications for conditions to be fatal. It doesn't take 20 different medical conditions to kill a healthy person. Even a person blessed with the greatest health ever would die easier and for less. The humans in this game a superhuman. Even the unhealthy/unstable humans have a superhuman ability to not die. ✓ Fully Realistic?Ok, yes, all diseases are real but how can stress or arthritis kill someone. I understand symptoms of stress can probably kill but arthritis makes no sense. Everyone knows diabetes and it isn’t in bio inc. Bio inc redemption has diabetes and diseases named for multiple famous people [If it is from famous people like Parkinson or Alzheimer.] But it’s still a good game. And another thing that I don’t really like is the doctors find a cure and your instantly feel better from having arrhythmia, AIDS, Immunodeficiency, Crohn’s Disease, Epileptic Seizures and Lung Cancer like all of those diseases got cured. It doesn’t make sense, and it saying that they’ll live a long and happy life. Life expectancy may decrease so maybe not too long before they die. But anyways, still a good game. But saying this: not everyone will like this game and think it’s a copy of plague inc, though it’s not..Version: 2.80

✓ Little bug I foundHello DryGin studios, The game is good overall, but I found this bug which stops recovery. So I was playing immune shield on lethal difficulty, and I used the recovery break booster, and when recovery stopped for a few days once, it stopped for the rest of the game!!! Until you can fix this bug I hate to say but the game becomes 100% effortless when you apply the recovery break booster..Version: 2.81
✓ Better than Plague Inc.Right, so we all love the game Plague Inc, but this is better. Yes, you kill the world in Plague Inc, but it's a lot more difficult. I'm not good at this game, but I have completed the first two on Severe, the third on Lethal and the rest on Mild. Also, people say that you need to use Bio Coins on Lethal. I'm lookin' at you, Rainbow Pig. But, it's quite easy. Evolve all of the recovery except Strikes and the ones that remove 10%. Then, evolve one disease from each part, and keep going. This usually works. Also, sometimes it can get kinda crazy, so then upgrade the ones that are on high percentages. Now, once the recovery has started and they are consuming poisons, delay it by 10%. Let's skip ahead to when you get to the emergency room. Get the doctor to make a surgical error, then get the nurses on strike. When, and if, you reach 90%, get the doctors on strike. Then evolve what you can. I hope this helped..Version: 2.51
