✓ Love the app, love the program, but.....Great program, works wonderfully. But beware of customer service!! I was using a trial version and LOVED it, so wanted to buy the premium version. After TWO MONTHS of haggling with McAfee Customer Service I finally have my subscription working. I couldn’t GIVE THEM my money for the subscription! They either didn’t call back as promised, or called to say they can’t yet figure out what is wrong! ✓ Almost thereThe product seems to work quite well however a site opened through TrueKey opens as a sub-window and this reduces the web page size rather. A little annoying but I have the master password to be reconfirmed every seven days but it seems to request it more frequently. I assume it is adequately secure! I do not see any risk with your app for 9 year old. My son have iOS parental control turned on and he is restricted because of apps age restriction settings. He used to used your app but because of apple’s parental control changes, the app was removed. The only way he will use it if apps age restriction is lowered to anything below 9 years old. One element that would improve it is to save these passwords in some type of protected file on a local drive. Nevertheless, very useful, reliable and easy to use. ✓ Great app, but please fix how long password are cut offLove the app the only gripe i have with it is when you go to view longer passwords they get cut off. Even if you could just slide it over to see the end. Instead you have to go to edit mode and view the whole password that way. Which is a little risky if you somehow delete and save it then its gone. Starts cutting off the passwords around 18 characters and I like to make mine 20-22 characters. Other than that I love the app..Version: 6.1.3

✓ Great password managerI was a PasswordBox user and when that was sold to Intel I was worried about losing a very useful and well thought out password manager. I didn't move over to True Key right away but now I have I'm greatly encouraged. Everything looks familiar and it works great. Some sites don't appear to function with True Key in the embedded browser but you just manually retrieve the info and paste it in. True Key is a excellent extra blanket of security and helps you avoid having to remember umpteen passwords. Highly recommend it. When using it on Windows 10 and Ubuntu, a True Key button displays prominently in Chrome. Can't miss it! Not so with Safari. If you open True Key for iOS you have to select Extensions and choose Safari. Then when you go to a website to log in with Safari, you have to select the Share Button and then select the True Key Button on the Share Menu. What a pain to do! The password auto-generator produces passwords so convoluted that I would never remember them, nor is it likely that anyone would ever guess them, so that’s great. Some websites don’t accept the auto generated passwords, but most do. I have been able to use this app across platforms (PS and iPads) so the MK password is the only one I need to know. Works for me. Main qualms is that they haven’t implemented legacy locker for when you pass away...this was promised when they took over in 2015 to have it done in 2016...I’m assuming this isn’t on their roadmap and with that in mind I have other plans in my will to pass on my digital life. ✓ Beautifully SimplePassword managers in 2020 are often packed with features, ranging anywhere from “Dark Web Detection” (whatever the hell that means) all the way to inclusive VPN. TrueKey has kept it simple, offering a safe place to store passwords, notes and personal information away from prying eyes. I switched from Dashlane recently and I won’t be looking back. TrueKey’s integration with iOS auto-fill isn’t flawless and sometimes struggles on more obscure apps, but on the most frequently used apps and websites, it fills instantly without any problems at all, making it easily the best password manager to get used to! ✓ I am now very happy with this appThis is an update for me from when i first done a review of this app the other day. I have now decided to give it five stars now from my previous one star and this is purely on the basis that it works very well now when using it with only my Apple devices that is my ipad air 2 and my iphone 6 plus and i now find it very less frustrating because of using the option of the touch ID when it comes to logging in to the true key app on my Apple devices but sadly as well I've had to sacrifice not using the true key app on my Microsoft Windows 10 where it adds the extraction to the Microsoft Edge Browser but this was the area that was causing a lot of problems especially when it came to where it was asking you too many times to log in and it just did not work well at all and this may be something for the developers of this app to look into to see if they can resolve this. I can now honestly say from the way i have set it up now mentioned above, It most certainly is very good really works very well and most certainly an excellent app and congratulations to the developers of this app for a great job. I would definitely now recommend it to everyone this app but be cautious if you want to use it on Microsoft Windows 10 because of what i have mentioned above and hopefully the developers will look into it to see if they can resolve it regarding there app on the Microsoft windows 10 operation system..Version: 3.3.0

✓ It's not just convenient it also helps me remain secureI've been using this app for some time. It's come on leaps and bounds over the last few months. I'm not exactly paranoid about security but I'm very aware how vulnerable our credentials are. I used to use a combination of the same password for different services. You only have to visit web sites like (search for) have I been pwned online and drop in your email to see if you've been exposed. If your on there you can safely assume your credentials have been shared. If you are and use the same password elsewhere then you've put yourself at incredible risk. True key lets me protect my credentials using multi factor authentication using my face and finger prints, not only that but I'm able to use a different password for every single website / application and have it entirely secure. Of course I'm putting all my eggs into one basket but given Intel's venture into the security arena and purchasing semi developed technologies I trust they have me protected..Version: 3.2.1
✓ Does what I need-full featured and mostly trouble freeThe implementation on my iPad/iPhone seems to be more user friendly and robust than the Windows version, but that could be just the work patterns I’ve fallen into ... I would rather use the mobile devises for training or general browsing and only move to the computer when I have substantial typing involved. A couple membership websites with logins seem to completely block TrueKey and I’m more inclined to just dump these services because logging in becomes an unnecessary hassle. I’m not making constant purchases from these sites ... I have to check the login info, copy the password and paste it in ... frustrating! For most everything else I can simply go to the TrueKey App search the site I need and click login. The site opens in TrueKey’s own browser and I can go right to work. I’ve found easy work arounds though. Love the password generation. I went through and updated all my passwords for my important accounts. It works seamlessly across all devices and consistently enters your login info on every website better than any I’ve tried. Also, when you create a new login it automatically updates so the new login is available to all of your devices. Why would anyone want to pay a monthly fee (like with Dash) when True Key is free..Version: 3.3.5
✓ Folders for Secure NotesWe moved away from LastPass to TrueKey and am pretty happy. I really miss the folder option for sorting notes into groups. Colours is less useful and there is a limited number available. Other than that, so far so good..Version: 6.1.3
